With electrostatic gas cleaning, not only is the dust on the collecting electrodes provided deposited, but also the spray electrodes are covered with deposited dust after some time. It is therefore It is necessary not only to remove the adhering dust from the collecting electrodes at certain time intervals but also the spray electrodes.
In addition to the various types of cleaning, most Preference is given to cases of vibration by tapping. The German patent specification 406 451 describes for example the knocking of electrodes of an electrostatic dust collector by means of hammering hammers, which in a certain Rhythm can be put into action by electromagnets. A drop hammer goes from the German patent specification 561 511 out, the one beneath a pole. Electrodes knocks off. Special constructions are for spray electrodes has been developed. German patent specification 1 001 671 shows such a tapping device for spray electrodes. Here, the spray frames that carry the spray electrodes are knocked off periodically using drop hammers. That German utility model 1 964 221 shows a knocking off of two spray frames by means of drop hammers excited via Npckenwellen, the drop hammers being arranged between the two spray frames and against their own knocking frame, which is connected to the The spray frame is firmly connected to it. Drop hammer constructions for cleaning electrodes are from the , German utility model 1 865 538 and for example the Swedish patent specification 163 339 as known *

In all devices, the knocking is essentially in a single direction ', either vertically from above or below, v / ie the two Germans Patents 406 451, 561 511 and the German Batentschrift 1 001 671 show; from the side as can be seen in the German utility models 1 964 221 and 1 865 538. It is important to introduce the knocking energy effectively into the spraying elements via the frame with as little loss as possible. It has it has been shown that by knocking with different intensities good effects can be achieved. For example, the German utility model 1 865 538 suggests first dropping a hammer with a lighter weight on the anvil and then a hammer with a larger one Weight. Here, however, an initiation of the knocking energy is required maintained in the same direction. It has surprisingly been found that good cleaning can be achieved if Vibrations can be made, for example, by spray systems in different directions.
The invention therefore describes a device for cleaning spray electrodes in electrostatic dust collectors by shaking with drop hammers with the introduction of knocking blows of different directions and intensity into the support rods via an anvil firmly connected to them, the anvil being knocked on both sides with a drop hammer with a surface lying in the vertical and one opposite to this is formed with a surface inclined at an acute angle to the vertical.
According to a development of the invention, the monkey / over the anvil is bewegbarangeordnet pendeiförmig ,,, ^ t.
The drop hammers are driven by semicircular Mitneifcnerscheiben or a two-armed lever.
The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment.

Figures 1 and 2 show the same arrangement with two different positions of the hammers and the drive plate. The anvil 1 is arranged on the support rod 2, to which the electrodes (not shown) are attached via intermediate rods 3, and firmly connected to it. Above this is located on a knocking shaft 4 the hammer 5, which executes the pendulum-shaped movements around the knocking shaft k by means of a drive plate 6. As the figures show, the hammer hits the line, vertically directed surface of the anvil once and thus introduces impact energy in the horizontal direction into the rods. After turning the drive plate back, the hammer hits the inclined surface of the anvil on the right-hand side and thus shakes the rod at an angle of about 45 °. With this device it is achieved, on the one hand, that the angle of the impact energy introduction is changed between two blows and, on the other hand, that two blows with different intensities can be introduced into the linkage. The different intensity of the hammer blow results from the fact that when it strikes the vertically extending anvil surface, a higher drop height of the hammer is given than is the case when the hammer hits the inclined side of the anvil. In addition, the different directions also contribute to different energy distribution.
