In the former case thin wall, which at its ends opposite the io can immediately after pulling off an adapter sleeve Support body sealed on by elastic sealing rings (O-rings) with different diameters is. are pushed, in which case the grooves are completely filled with pressure medium. Air inclusions will be known mandrel of this type, the depressions are hereby avoided. In the latter case, a gene in the support body helically according to Art 15 part of the pressure medium, namely the one who of a thread formed The clamping sleeve has adjoining surfaces of the support body wetted, yerdie Form a »mug and is on the thread of the Ioren. One can, however, before postponing a Support body pushed on. By means of an over the new clamping sleeve with different through-clamping sleeve pushed and rub the support body with oil on a collar knife, whereby the same supporting retaining ring, which itself with ao thanks to the small cross-section of the wells is screwed to the support body, the clamping sleeve is again completely filled with pressure medium held on the support body and against rotation and this pressure medium also by adhesive effect secured. As a further holding device is also held. When pushing on the clamping sleeve Another screw running in the axial direction is then applied to the pressure medium between the seen, the bottom of the cup-shaped tensioning depressions located 35 points of the support body from the sleeve penetrates. In this way the cocking is pushed. As a result, the clamping sleeve pushes one sleeve, even if with a certain amount of work and time, a certain amount of pressure medium in front of you, the effort, exchangeable on the support body, also ensures complete filling of the grooves, keep. Replacing the clamping sleeve is therefore not entirely sufficient if the adhesive effect is insufficient required, since such a clamping sleeve should only be 30.

Lich diameter is located in the recess 40 in the drawing with 2 of the support body is air. This air must, if possible, be fully drawn, from which an exchangeable clamping sleeve 3 is constantly removed, since air is known to be pushed in and, by means of the screw 4, constitutes a considerable source of interference in hydraulic systems, both against rotation and against axial displacement. The air inlet is particularly detrimental to exercise. At the ends, the clamping sleeve 3 is off when the mandrel itself is provided with a collet 45 through elastic ring seals 1, which are embedded in the support and a cylinder for generating a pressure body, opposite this. This piston and cylinder are compressed. The support body itself has an axial holding device designed to be small so that there is space within the pressure medium channel 11 and a radial pressure medium of the clamping body. The volume of the channel 12 and is therefore limited in the embodiment cylinder shown, as is the stroke so approximately example at the connection point A with the pressure of the piston. If there are now air pockets, medium-fed. In most cases, however, a considerable part of the piston travel only has to be used in the support body itself, with a cylinder with a piston therein, in order to provide the air in this piston which can be displaced so that the results can be compressed. An overpressure can then be generated in the pressure medium in such a way that the piston stroke that is still present cannot take place in the support body itself. However, since this is enough to generate the necessary pressure. are known measures, a diagram is used here since every time the clamping sleeve is replaced, the position in the drawing is omitted,

The grooves or depressions, as shown in FIG. 2, advantageously have a plurality formed by flats 6 extending in the axial direction, between these flats Parts of the cylindrical outer surface of the support body 2 are present in the form of support ribs 7, on which the clamping sleeve is supported with its smooth, cylindrical inner surface 8. The flats 6 jo each extend only between the two sealing rings 1, while at the ends of the support body the cylindrical surface area is retained in its entirety. The flats are proportionate easy to manufacture and have the advantage that they have a very favorable and even pressure distribution enable. Even at the beginning of the pressure, the pressure medium acts on a relative basis large clamping surface of the adapter sleeve. If the pressure is increased, the pressure medium can ao thanks to the flat wedge space between the inner cylinder wall 8 and the clamping sleeve 3 and the flats 6 is formed, also partially insert between the cylinder wall and the support rib 7, so that the pressure surface increases as and thereby the clamping sleeve in an even stronger way Dimensions is expanded.
If you want to clamp a workpiece with a different clamping diameter, you can prepare the mandrel for holding a workpiece with a larger clamping diameter by exchanging the clamping sleeve 3 for a clamping sleeve 3a, which is shown in phantom in FIG. For replacement, the threaded pin 4 is removed and the clamping sleeve is then pulled off. Before the clamping sleeve 3 a is pushed on, the supporting body! with pressure medium, e.g. B. oil rubbed in. It is important here that the depressions 5 are designed to be relatively flat and have a small cross section. The flattened areas 6 have, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, a height of only 0.2 mm, so that the oil rubbed in is held in the depressions by means of an adhesive effect. When the clamping sleeve 3 a is pushed on, the oil is stripped off the ribs, but it remains in the depressions 5 at least for the most part. After inserting the threaded pin 4, the mandrel is then immediately ready to accept another workpiece. Rubbing the support body with oil not only has the advantage that all of the depressions are filled with oil, but it also has the advantage that the clamping sleeve can easily be pushed onto the support body.
Instead of forming the depressions by flattened areas 6, as shown in FIG. 3 is to provide also narrower but deeper grooves 5 'in the support body 2'.
