sohen Reinigungsanlagen aufgenommenen faeerfluge
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum automatischen
Sammeln des von bei Textilmaschinen verwendeten, in
Bereich der Teztilmaaohinen autonatisoh bewegten pnen-
satiaohen Reinigungsanlagen mittels Saugeinrichtungen
aufgenommenen laaerflugs und Entleeren demselben in einen
vorsugeweine unter Unterdruck stehenden, vorsugsweiee
stationären Aufnahmebehälter.
Bein Verarbeiten mit Textilfasern zur Rerstellung von
tarnen entstehen bekanntlich gsoBe Xengen sogenannten
Yaaerflugs.
Pläohen in Nasohinensaal absetzen.
schlechte Qualitäten der herzustellenden Produkte be-
Reinigungsanlage erzeugten Blaegtrons, ggf. in Verbindung
sene Eilfelufteinlaßöffnung au öffnen, so
in
vorteilhafter Weine vom Semmeltilter aus
der Samelkammer
in den stationären Aufnahnebehälter überzuführen. :3o
gibt
Filter-
in Gegenstrom durchgeblasen wird. Der gesammelte faeertlug
wird darauf durch die Saugrüssel ausgestoßen.
Andere 'Ausführungen worden s.H. in dem US-Patent
3 003 178
und den deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 1 767 997 angegeben:
In der US-Patentschrift wird dass aaauggaitig angeordnete
Filter periodisch durch Klappen freigemacht tür Saug-
rüssel, die mit offenbar erhöhtes, Saug-Unterdruck
den
angesammelten Faserflug abausaugen versuchen.
I:ü spielt im
Filter enthaltenden Saaelkaraer vorgesehen
Denn
Sammelkammer
durch Steuerung von außen geöffnet oder geaohlonsen,
die
Klappe den Aufnabaeteile des Aufnahmebehälters jedoch
wird
durch die geöffnete Klappe der
selbst ge-
steuert.
in

(Fig.5).

Direction with blowing and suction blades, in which
by means of a complicated Kieppenateuerung the: '- 3augetrom
at the point in time the lower void is unrestricted, and the filter
is blown through in countercurrent. The collected faeertlug
is then expelled through the proboscis.
Other implementations have been made in U.S. Patent 3,003,178
and the German utility model 1 767 997 indicated:
In the US patent it is arranged aaauggaitig

led the accumulated paser flight under a funnel,
softer with a strong suction fan,
whereby the suction effect that with the cleaning equipment
seductible blower # 6 by the more powerful stationary blower
overcome and thus the fiber fly should be removed .
Common to both of the aforementioned publications is the
Thought of placing the pilter on the suction side of the blower
put in order. This undoubtedly has the advantage that the
etros did not transport Paserflug into the parts of the
blows can come, and W oh never ht through the blower

The arrangement of the Pilt ers in the suction line, however, brings
also disadvantages with not due to the constantly effective suction ..
etros became the paserflugteile above not only in the time
recorded on the filter, honoring which one so desires
is, so during the Gamnalns the faner flights, but
even when the filter needs to be cleaned.
A remedy here is to stop the blower, like
the aohweisserohe patent 410 716 suggests,
or at least throttling the suction flow, as it is at
a now-cleaning bekamt in industry and agavor-
riohtua is handled.
However, the throttling of the Saugetroave bgw. even that

This inventive measure primarily achieves

the blowtroa generated by the blower is not lost, and
can especially affect the blower organs also-during the filter-
cleaning. Since then the filter is no longer

supplied with increased blowout. I: ü plays first of all

The method according to the invention can now be expediently

side of the fan is arranged, the -N: 'j augluftetron through
an opening downstream of the filter in flow direction
to lead. This opening forms a kind of by-pass, like that
that the fan still has enough air
is delivered, but the colder in the sense of the invention
remains relieved.
The removal of the fiber flight ton filter then happens
expediently again on pneumatic paths, namely by
