in
oben
her bis zu seiner Grundplatte umschließt, aber die me-
chanische
Electric kitchen machine, especially hand-held whisk. The invention relates to an electric kitchen appliance, in particular hand-held whisk, with easily interchangeable working tools that are held in their operating position by a spring latching device and by actuating etues-at the same time serving to adjust an electrical switch via at least one sliding ejector plunger from the spring latching device can be pushed out. Electric hand-held whisks are known in which the ejection device is operated by pressing the ratchet wheel into the housing of the hand-held whisk. The ratchet wheel can be moved in its zero position in the ejection direction and transmits force and movement in a straight line directly to the ejector plunger. Here, because a relatively strong spring force is needed the tools to keep in machining heavy batters in the locked position, the force required to release the tool from its locked position for housewives is generally too large-. Furthermore, electric hand whiskers are known in which the switching wheel of the electric rotary switch has a projection which is eccentric to the axis of rotation of the holder and which, when the switching wheel is turned from the zero position , presses on the ejector plunger against the current switching direction. The disadvantages of this device are predominantly in the complicated and thus also expensive handling, the Handquirls both during the initial assembly as well as all maintenance work. This is because it is necessary that the switch be accommodated in the upper part of the housing in the device handle and that the ratchet wheel must be mounted in a stationary manner where these parts are difficult to access . Moreover, since the top of the housing normally forth to enclose the drive unit from the top to its base plate, but the mechanical and electrical Verbindung_des switch or the switch wheel with the ejecting device and the Antriebsaggregut can be made only when the upper part of AntriebsagtSd: .. egat is removed, it results in a complicated and expensive ejection device, the installation of which is difficult and therefore relatively expensive. The disadvantages of the known kitchen machines of the type described above are eliminated by the fact that, according to the invention, the switching wheel of the electrical switch is rotatably mounted on the ejector plunger and has a cam extending into the machine housing on its circumference, which during the rotary movement of the switching wheel is freely movable in the power switching stages, and that furthermore in the housing, a projection provided :: is around, against which the cam is in the neutral position of the switching wheel rests, and which serves as a rotary bearing upon pivoting of the indexing wheel when continuing irehen of the ratchet wheel beyond the zero position beyond . The ejection device according to the invention ensures that the ratchet wheel is supported with the cam on the housing when it continues to rotate beyond the zero position and is pivoted as a whole. The pivot point is shifted from the center of the switching wheel to its periphery. The ratchet wheel forms an extended lever arm that only requires a small amount of force to eject the tools. In addition , a significant simplification of the ejection device and the assembly of the food processor is achieved. The switch and ejector consist of only a few main parts, all of which are readily assembled on the drive unit in an easily accessible manner before the upper part of the housing is slipped over the drive unit. When the upper part of the housing is slipped over the drive unit, the fully assembled parts only need to be pushed into the receptacle of the upper part of the housing. The simplification according to the invention also shows significant advantages for repair work, because after removing the upper part of the housing, the entire unit is exposed in an easily accessible manner.

so

The figures show: FIG. 1 a diagrammatic representation of an electric hand whisk with working tools inserted; Fig. 2 is a side view of the hand whisk, partly in section; FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section along line III - III of FIG. 2; FIG. 4 shows a partial longitudinal section along line IV - IV of FIG. 3; Fig. 5 is a side view of a ratchet wheel; 6 shows a front view of an ejector ram, the foot part of which is inserted in a guide of an insulating material plate, which is only partially shown in section n8: irir_ @ e VII der N @ - 6.
An electric motor (not shown) is housed in a housing 10 of an electric hand-held whisk on the base plate 10a, which drives two worm wheels 13 and 14 rotating below an insulating material plate 12 fixed at a certain distance on the base plate via a drive worm 11. The worm wheels sit on hollow output shafts 15 and 16, into which two tools 17 and 18 can be inserted with their shank from the outside. The output shafts are rotatably mounted in the base plate 10a and have a plurality of coupling slots 19 at the outwardly directed end into which the coupling lugs 20 of the inserted tool shafts engage. In recesses 21 in the drive-side part of the output shafts are mounted spring elements 22 which, by engaging in an annular groove 23 of the inserted tool shafts, lock the tools in the coupled operating position. To eject the tools 17 and 18 from their latching position, an ejector plunger 24, movable in the axial direction of the tool shafts and held by spring force in an upper, ineffective day, is used, from the foot part of which two cantilevers 25 extend over the upper ends of the tool shafts. With the head part 26 of the ejector ram extends until under a slit-shaped, which serves for receiving an electrical rotary switch opening 27 of the housing upper part 10b in addition to a device-handle 2 and is seated slidably with two on both sides of the flaohen head part of the ejector ram ed-4.ehendon trunnions 29 and 30 in PUhrungsschlitzen 31 and 32 of two ribs 33 and 34 of the housing upper part. According to FIGS. 3 and 4, both ribs run from the longitudinal edges of the slot-shaped opening 27 perpendicular and parallel to one another, from the lower edges of which the mentioned guide slots 31 and 32 are cut opposite perpendicularly upwards to a certain height. The space between the tilt increases in addition to the head portion 26 of the AuswerferstöBels still a ratchet wheel 35, dee sauf the one bearing journal 30 * erstößels is'% rotatably supported the Auswer and with its periphery in the EFR @ ng 27 of the housing up to its surface extends . In addition, a contact arm 36 is also rotatably mounted on the Zagezzapfen 29, which is coupled to the ratchet wheel and adjustable via this ratchet wheel on a segment-shaped switch plate 31 which is fixedly arranged on the ejector slide. For the handling of the ratchet wheel ers G'reekt there is a 3-holder handle j6 d?. @ Ch di3 opening 27 of the housing to the outside from its circumferential surface. The projection 41 of the housing provides the ratchet wheel 35, which is supported by the shoulder 40 of the cam 39, with a firm support, so that a leverage force is exerted on the bearing pin 30 as the ratchet wheel moves further on its bearing point. In this way, the ejector plunger 24, which is held movably in the ejection direction, is moved downward in the direction of its longitudinal axis against the force of a return spring 42, the tools 17, 18 being pressed out of their attachment via the arms 25. It can also be seen from the illustration in FIG. 4 that the ratchet wheel here forms a one-armed lever, the power arm a of which is about twice as long; is like the load arm b, so that the force Q delivered to the bearing pin 30 of the ejector ram is approximately twice as great as the finger pressure P applied to the switch handle 38. The transmission of the finger pressure 11 is increased when the shoulder 40 of the cam 39 is opposite the radial plane is oblique, and: was old; an inclined plane or, as in Elen FiG. 2, 4 and 5, as a similarly running curve, the gradient of which from the circumference of the ratchet wheel runs against its direction of rotation or pivoting when the tools are ejected. This causes the shoulder 40 of the cam 39 to slide on the projection 41 of the housing during the pivoting movement of the ratchet wheel, which is guided in a straight line in the guide slots 31 and 32 of the housing in the ejection direction, and the effective length of the driving lever and its Swivel angle increased.
Auswerfvorrichtung in allen Stromschaltatufen I, II und III.
Daraufhin
To ensure that the ejector is not accidentally actuated during operation of the food processor, there is a safety cam 43 on the ratchet wheel 35, shown only in FIG shown locking groove 44 attached. The securing groove runs approximately with a length of a quarter circle around the point which the bearing pin 30 occupies in the guide slot 32 in the uppermost part of the ejector ram. In this case, the ratchet wheel can be turned from the zero position in one direction to switch on the drive and in the other direction to eject the tools. Only when the ratchet wheel is rotated in the first-mentioned direction to switch on the machine drive does the safety cam 43 enter the safety groove 44 and lock the ejector device in all current switching stages I, II and III. In FIGS. 6 and 7, specially designed guide means are shown with which the foot part of the ejector plunger is anchored and slidably held in the housing of the food processor easily and quickly. A foot 45 is cast on the ejector ram approximately next to the arms 25, under which a guide pin 46 sits, which according to FIGS. 2 and 3 is vertical; alej in the direction of the ejection movement and extends into a guide hole 47 of the insulating material plate 12 of the housing. The guide pin consists of a round rod that is profiled lengthways by flattening it. The guide hole 47 of the insulating material plate 12 is provided with the same profile, under which a stop lug 49 protruding laterally from a tapered shoulder 48 at the lower free end of the inserted guide bolt grasps. The outer shape of the stop lug also corresponds to the profile of the guide pin and guide hole, but sits at the lower end of the guide pin in an angular position offset from this pin. This means that the lower part of the guide pin can only be inserted into the guide hole when the ejector plunger is opposite its later operating position is twisted around its axis. After the stop lug has been pushed through, the ejector ram can be rotated into the operating position so that both the guide pin in the guide hole can be moved in the ejection direction and the bearing pins 29 and 30 on the head part of the ejector ram when the upper housing part 10b is placed on the base plate 10a can be inserted into the guide slots 31 and 32. The guide pin 46 also serves as a receptacle for the return spring 42, which is placed around the pin as a helical spring. This spring is supported with its lower face on the insulating plate 12 and presses with the upper face under the foot 45 of the ejector plunger. From all this results in the standing here in question Final assembly of the food processor as follows: After assembling all drive and transmission parts to the bottom plate 10b, the electrical connection is made of the rotary switch 35 to 38 and its mounting on the ejector 24. Then, the ejector to the guide pin 46 fastened in the guide hole 47 of the insulating material plate 12 in the manner described. and turned to operational status . The parts are held in the gear position by the return spring 42. The rotary switch is then turned to the zero position and the housing upper part 10b is slipped over the unit, the rotary switch and head part of the ejector plunger being pushed into the opening 27 and the guide slots 31 and 32 of the upper housing part. Thereafter, if necessary, only the upper part of the housing and the base plate have to be connected to one another in the usual way.
