Besehreibusg :
Bekannt sind Massagebursten bei denen Grundplatte und Besatzma-
terial eine stoffliehe Einheit aus thermeplastischem Kunststoff
bilden und deren Bärstenkörper in eines SriffkSrper mit rillen-
förmigen oder nutenfBBigen Aussparungen eingesetzt werden.
Gegenstsad der Anmeldung sind Massagebursten, deren BSrstenkSrper
mit dem Beaat=ateriel eine stoffliche Einheit aus theraeplastie
sehen Kunststoff bildet und deren Bärztenk-Urper durch das
Aufset-
zen einer Beekplatte mit dem riffkörper verbunden wird.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird vorzugsweise für die Rerstel-
lung von Msssagebärsten, insbeaandere Xopfmassagebürsten Anwen-
dung find-en Es ist aber aaeh fS. r die Berstellung anders
gearte-
ter mrsten wie z, B. XletderbSrsten, Eardätsehent Eandwasehbür-
sten usw. geeignete

einen BSrateskerper dessen Grundplatte 2 mit den Bürstenstif-

Abbildaß 3 zeigt im Längsschnitt, Abbildung 4 im Querschnitt

gelegt. Der Griffk5rper 5 ist an seinem Rucken 6 ausgehöhlt

daß die Seitenflächen 4 der Grundplatte 2 eingreifen. Eine
Deck-
platte 7 greift derart in den Rücken 6 des Griffkerpers 5s
daß
der BärstenkBrper 1 fest mit demSriffkSrper 5 verbunden wird.
Abbildung 5 zeigt im Querschnitt eine flach gewölbte Maaasgebur-
site, deren Grundplatte 2 des Btirstenkörpers 1 an den Außenkanten
der Unterseite durchgehende Verstärkungsrippen 8 hat. Diese

stärkangsrippen 8 legen sich'um entsprechend geformte
gen 9 des riffkSrpers 5 derart. daß beim Aufschieben der Deck-
platte 7 Bürstenkörper 1 und Grlffkörper 5 fest verbunden werden.
Abbildung zeigt im Querschnitt eine stark gewölbte Massagebar-
ste. deren Grundplatte 2 des BüratenkSrpers 1 an den Außenkanten
der Oberseite durchgehende Verstärkungsrippen 8 hat. Diese
Ver-
stärkungsrippen 8 werden von entsprechend geformten Abschrägun-
gen 10 der Beekplatte 7 umfaßt derart, daß beim Aufaehieben
der
Deckplatte 7 BürstenkSrper 1 und Griffkörper 5 fest verbunden
werden.
Schutzansräehes
1.) Massagebürste aus thermoplastisehem Kunststoff, deren Srund-
platte und BSrstenstifte eine stoffliche Einheit bilden da-
dureh gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte des BurstenkSrpers
durch Befestigung einer Deckplatte mit dem Griffkijrper Ver-
banden wird.
