November 1954 an welcher teilgenommen haben : Direktor Dr. Hägermann als Vorsitzender und die Oberregierungsräte Dipl.-Ing. Klein Dipl.-Ing. Niggeschmidt nach mündlicher Verhandlung entschieden : Das Gebrauchsmuster 1 637 173 wird dadurch teilweise gelöscht, daß die Schutzansprüche 3 und 4 gestrichen werden.
