Magneten
Bohrungen
6 und ? mit Hilfe der Nut 9 herstellt. An-
stelle eines anstehenden
Druckmittels könnte auch eine
mechanische Federvorgesehen sein.
Zu der vig. 2 sind drei verschiedene Austübruagefornen eines
"naoh der 8'ctindnrtg= ausgebildeten Schwebeankers dargestellt.
In lig.
2a
den Vorteil, äaß eine größere Haltekraft innerhalb
der
Dsstestellmg entwickelt wird, xeil.der Nagnettluß sich
jeweils an zwei Stellenkonzentriert.
In allen drei Aus-
In
diesem Falle würde-die noch verbleibende Remanens eine
schnelle Betätigung des Steuerschiebers verhindern.
Die Erfindung kann auch so ausgeführt werden,
daß an dem
Anker mit den schneiden- oder kammartigen.Vdrsprüngen
ein
zusätzlicher Anker in der üblichen Konusform angebracht
wird, der bei Überschreiten einer bestimmten Stromstärke
vom
Elektromagneten angezogen wird und dadurch den ersten
Anker
aus der Haltestellung in entgegengesetzter Richtung in
eine
andere Steuerstellung bewegt. Einderartiges Aus führwÜgsbeispiel
zeigt Fig. 3. Hier ist in dem unteren Teil der
erfindungsgemäß
ausgebildete Elektromagnet dargestellt, wobei der Anker
2 oben noch einen Konusanker 11 trägt, der
sich an die entsprechend
geformten Polschuhe 12 eines von
dem gleichen Strom erregten Blektromagneten
legt, wenn dieser
Strom einen bestimmten Wert überschreitet. In diesem
Druckmittel
erreicht.
Der Elektromagnet nach der Erfindung läßt
sich mit Vorteil
bei Wechselstrom anwenden, da sein Anker keine
feste Be-
mechanischen Einflürjse auftreten "Electromagnet, in particular for triggering control operations' a The invention relates to a ätektromagneten, the particular-to serves triggering control operations, and - taking a characteristic in that its anchor a holding position in the current-carrying state of the electromagnet accurately and securely without. metallic abut pole pieces of the magnet and that it also develops a certain holding force at this position. this is achieved in that the pole pieces and armature of the Elektromag = Neten at predetermined locations with knife-edge or kammärtigen projections are provided and the armature in a guide so accordance with the invention is movably mounted in that it is perpendicular in the currentless state of the electromagnet movements can perform to the magnetic air while he * which the pole pieces in compliance with Iuftspalten faces in the current-carrying state of the electrical. magnet with its projections in the retaining position. the cutting edge or comb-like Vo rsprünge to the pole shoes and the armature, so DAB shifts opposes a strong resistance from this position and thus the holding position is safely maintained ensure that concentrates the magnetic flux at those locations. If you were to provide a sheet metal magnet @ with an armature without protrusions , like the one in the Big. 1a and b of the drawing is shown, as would the current is flowing through the conductor 1, can also occur a stromdUrchtlossene coil in its place, the armature 2 give the Blektromagneten 3 no guarantee Dab the holding position is accurately eingehalten_. Rather, it will be such that the armature 2, movable in the vertical direction in the housing 4, deviates more or less far from the desired holding position , depending on the current strength and the force loading it, so that the slide 5 attached to it may already be in the current-carrying state of the electromagnet, a gaseous or liquid medium present at the bore 6 can flow out of the bore 7 . However, this only occurs when a pressure medium pending at the bore 8 is in the de-energized state of the sheet metal magnet moves the slide 5 with the armature 2 upwards from the position shown and the slide closes the connection between the bores 6 and? producing with the aid of the groove. 9 In place of an existing pressure means could also be a mechanical spring is provided. To the vig. 2 are three different forms of execution

Such beneficial effects would not exist,

The invention can also be carried out in such a way that an additional armature in the usual conical shape is attached to the armature with the knife -edge or comb-like jumps, which is attracted by the electromagnet when a certain current strength is exceeded and thereby moves the first armature out of the holding position in the opposite direction Direction moved to a different control position. Einderartiges from führwÜgsbeispiel Fig. 3. Here is shown in the lower part of the inventively constructed electromagnet, wherein the armature 2 above still carries a cone armature 11 rests against the corresponding shaped pole pieces 12 of an excited by the same current Blektromagneten when this Current exceeds a certain value. In this case , the holding force between the armature 2 and the pole pieces .3 is overcome. The slide piston 5 then moves downwards and a pressure medium present at the bore 13, which can also be gaseous or liquid , is then used via the bore 14 to initiate another control process . The return of the slide piston to its normal position is achieved again by a pressure medium applied to the bore 8 . The electromagnet according to the invention can advantageously be used with alternating current, since its armature has no firm contact with the poles and so no disruptive acoustic and mechanical influences occur
