Wälzlager Das Hauptpatent ..... (Patentanmeldung K 49 687 XII/47e)
Rolling bearings The main patent ..... (patent application K 49 687 XII / 47e) relates to a rolling bearing supplied by splash lubrication, the rotating parts of which bring about the conveyance of the lubricant in an outer_Leistumgssystem, this conveying exclusively through the gap between the outer surface of a cage and its guide track in the stationary outer ring comes about and takes place through a bore in the guide track out of the bearing through a hole in the guide track below the level of the lubricant sump. As a result, the rotating parts of the bearing act as an oil pump, which means that expensive thirds can be saved to achieve oil circulation. This advantage is further improved according to the invention in that the bore in the outer ring is offset from the bottom bracket in the direction of rotation of the bearing shaft in such a way that the maximum jerk of the lubricant, which does not shift to the bore with increasing speed, at high speeds with the bore coincides.
the radial bore 14 lying on the oil surface, which is arranged offset in the direction of rotation of the trowel 1 from the lowest position. Drainage bores 15 and 16 are connected to bore 14. The bore 16 has a thread 17 into which a pipe elbow 18 is screwed in such a way that its free end is directed vertically upwards. The elbow pipe 18 is extended by a glass pipe 19.
According to the schematic representations in FIGS. 3 and 4, 20 is indicated
the guideway of the cage 21, with 22 the bearing center point and with 23 the center point
of the cage. The largest gap that forms when the cage is at rest is
marked with S.
"ei. J- x2.The mode of operation is as follows: When the cage speed is zero, the center 23 of the cage 21 lies perpendicularly below the bearing center 22 (FIG. 3) by the amount of half the gap width S / 2. With increasing cage speed, the cage center describes an approximately semicircular arc 24 running in the direction of rotation with the radius S / 4, so that at very high speeds the cage center point coincides with the bearing center point. Depending on the level of the rotational speed, the hydrodynamic pressure rock and thus the location of the maximum hydrodynamic pressure P max is located at a point of the desümfangs. With increasing speed, the pressure maximum shifts out of the lowest point of the bearing in the direction of rotation of the 'dent until it coincides with the bore 14 at very high speeds. This results in the fact that at low speeds the oil pressure at the bore 14 is relatively low, since on the one hand the oil pressure is still low at low speeds and on the other hand the maximum pressure of the hydraulic pressure has not yet shifted to the bore. With increasing speed, the oil pressure rises with simultaneous shifting of the pressure maximum in the direction of the bore 1Q, so that the pressure in the bore rises steadily until the pressure maximum coincides with the bore. With the increase in the oil pressure in the bore 1 ¢, however, the amount of oil pumped out of the Zager also increases. In this way, when an external oil tank or oil cooler is arranged with a separate return line to the Zager, the oil circulation can be adjusted according to the respective speed.
Drehzahlbereich maßgeblich von einer etwa konstanten Temperatur am Spindelbock abhängt.without a separate return line, the oil level in the bearing is determined by the speed
be regulated, in the sense that with increasing speed of the oil level
decreases in the Zager, as the pressure height increases, whereby more and more oil in the container
is dismissed. This is advantageous in that it is when the oil level is high and the oil level is high
.) re numbers occurring Ülpantsch losses and noise heating are avoided, whereby
there are no major temperature fluctuations with changing speeds. Dine beneficial
practical application of such an automatic oil level regulation is for example
given in machine tools, their consistent accuracy in a wide
Speed range depends largely on an approximately constant temperature on the spindle block.
