Verwendung von Walzdraht aus Stahl für die
Herstellung
Use The invention comprises check relates to the production of drawn wire of steel from steel wire rod for the production of drawn wire, the same high bending strength and high torque values, having the same high bending strength and high torsion.
be-
unmittelbar hinter d« Walzwerk" d.h, unmittelbar
abzukühlen" was bei

bereiah. Die Abk'Jhlungaverläu:re des Lewie-Verfahrens
und des
Stelmor-Verfahrens sind in Fig. 1 in ein sole&a;
ZT3-Sohau-

Zusam-

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abkühiung auf Umwandlungrs-

gehalten. It is known that the wire rod, the AC3 rapidly from a temperature above 500 - 55ü ° C abgektlhlt hrurde and its W-- e - conversion was carried out in this temperature range; a fur processing into drawn wire loading Sonders having favorable texture. This violet consists mainly of sorbitol, ie a perlite rides so fine lamellas that they can no longer be broken down with a light microscope. The eggs position this structure is carried out customarily, by a special heat treatment, the patenting, the patenting yields the best quality wire in the lead bath. For this purpose, the pickled wire rod is cooled after rolling, heated again in a continuous furnace to a temperature above AC3 and then passed through a lead bath of around 500 ° C. As a result of the good conductivity of the lead, it quickly cools down in this lead bath to around 500 - 5500 C and converts at this temperature. If the wire rod is cooled more slowly in air after it has left the furnace , the result is an air patented wire which is not considered to be of very high quality in terms of quality. - The wire rod patented in the lead bath combines high strength with good ductility. The good deformability manifests itself to the effect that the about 80 - 90% by pulling withstand deformed gezoüene wire in eogenannten bending test a large number of bends. This indicates that the plastic and elastic properties of a drawn wire with such a sorbitic structure are nooh good despite the high deformation of over 80%. Another way of testing the plastic and elastic properties of the drawn wire is offered by the so-called torsion test. In this sample, a wire drawn from 3uft # patented wire rod gives higher values than the lead patented one. In Deutachlam this function is mainly used for spring wires. Up to now it has not been possible to produce a drawn wire that gives both high resistance to exposure and good torsion values, whose plastic and elastic properties in the drawn state can therefore be described as smooth in every respect. In contrast, the invention is based on the object of a
to create drawn wire, the same time high Diegefe-tig-
and high torsion expertise. The invention proceeds
from the well-known proposal, the patenting of wire rod
immediately behind the rolling mill, that is, immediately after leaving

where the one from the rolling mill with one above AG3

All known measures of patenting wire rod directly behind the rolling mill do not take into account the time of the onset or termination of the conversion after leaving the last roll stand of the rolling train and thus overlook a critical parameter of the system Invention the use of forest wire made of steel, the temperature curve of which in the ZTU diagram has broken through the G03 line of the iron-carbon diagram no later than 10 seconds after leaving the rolling mill, and which then moves at an average speed of min at least 200 C / sec. has been cooled down to a transformation temperature between 480 and 5800 C, for the production of drawn wire, which has high flexural strength and high torsion values at the same time.
