Description
The invention relates to a self- starting synchronous reaction motor in general and a direction-dependent drive control for such a motor in particular.
Motors of this type have a multi-pole field whose alternating poles have opposite polarity at a given point in time and change their polarity in phase with an alternating current which is fed to an associated field coil, and a permanent magnetic rotor whose pole faces cooperate with the field poles - to switch up the rotor in synchronism with the changes in the supplied current . These motors generally start by themselves if, due to the initial polarization or polarizations of the field poles, the rotor becomes unstable in a rest position and soon starts to coast in one direction . Since it is necessary for the meihten applications, Dab the motors run in a-vorbestämten direction, they are provided with a direction-dependent driving control, which allows that the rotor starts up in EIAR direction, and causes the motor in the right direction to - turn back if it started in the wrong direction. Most of the known directional drive controls work with springs or inevitable cam. The invention is concerned with a drive control with a. inevitable Rocke to achieve in a better way with a very simple and inexpensive construction such purposes as maximum Preiheit.des rotor to a starting torque to wrap unloading, the operating torque bslten as high as possible below, and durable, reliable and noiseless performance the control in all working conditions. The known controls with an inevitable curl have edge has a rotor driven member having a Curls and shoulders, and another portion with spaced plungers, wherein the lure cold is the driven part in the normal .Rotorantrieb in engagement with the tappets to those in the and to bring the shoulders out of the plunge from the shoulders with such a change that they release the shoulders with each pass , but with a rotor start-up in the wrong direction they are out of engagement with the tappets, so that one of the shoulders with the next * in plucht collides lying plunger , whereby the reversal of the rotor in the correct drive direction is achieved. But not, these known control systems achieve because of their rapid and abrupt effect of the above-mentioned objects loekenstößel since they produce substantial Trägheitakräfte, which are attached to the Preiheit of the rotor to prevent the response to the excited PELD in a certain scale. In addition , the rapid and abrupt action of the Noeken plungers of these controls results in accidental incorrect punctures, malfunctions and also destruction of the controls.
A purpose of the invention is to provide a synchronous motor that starts up and that has a direction-dependent drive controller; with an inevitable lock , which achieves the above- mentioned goals of maximum freedom for the rotor in order to develop its potential starting torque and operating torque to the fullest, and a long-term, reliable and noiseless performance of the control in all operating conditions .
Steuerung
mit zwangsläufiger Rocke enthält, die bezüglich ihrer
Lockenwirkung

In FIGS. 1 and 2, a clockwork 10 for a time device, in this example a clock, is shown, which contains a syncnron motor 12 for the main drive and a direction-dependent notor drive control 1.4 according to the invention. The motor 12 has the usual Feldanardnunjj 16 with a field coil 18 and a permanent magnetic rotor 20_, which due to the excitation of the field coil 18 (Fig. 2) runs in a Bichxun- .starting and continuing . The clockwork 10 has hour, minute and minute clocks 22, 24 and 26, which carry the usual (not shown) pointers, and a gear train 28 which connects the motor 12 with these shafts. The hour, minute and second shafts are beleatigt in a conventional tilt and received in a bearing bush 30 at a naptiörmigen gear case 32, the bottom 34 forms one of the end plates of the movements, with the opposite end plate 36 is held in parallel Spacing thereof by pins 33rd In this example, the ind plate 36 has apertured tabs 40 attached to thinner ends 42 of the pins 38. The motor 12 is also attached to these thinner pin ends 42 with its outer field plate 44, the motor 12 and the adjacent end plate 36 being attached to the pins 38 by screws 46.
Often the drive of the cam part 80 in the wrong direction, until its shoulder hits the next aligned slide format piece, is significantly more than a few degrees. This results, together with the Unstend that the rotor 20 with the cam part 80 by the Geschwindigkeitauntera: tsungestufe 48 the gear train 28 is connected, that the rotor has little opportunity to want to be in a start-up in the wrong direction to achieve torque, whereby it in the right drive direction by the described rebounding action of the drive controller 14 is reversed, weahalb the rebound effect determined sufficiently powerful "is around the rotor to reverse and bring it quickly in synchronized step with the change of the feed stream to produce its full torque and the continuous running nmd ensure under full load. the Antriebseteuerun & 14, however, operates such that the rotor 20 is securely reverses at a start in the wrong direction under all circumstances, wherein the rare rest position of the cam member is enclosed 80, from the latter only in the wrong direction in Uhrseigersinn is driven a few degrees before e r reached the next aligned ram format piece 92 or 94. As a result, it is conceivable that the basin part hangs on the ram shape once within a very long period of time, which results in holding the rotor and thus the notore . In order to avoid such an entanglement of the curl part 810 on a plunger format piece under these or similar circumstances, the shaped plunger pieces 92 and 94 are all at least at their end flanks 96, that of the shoulder 90 of the loek part in the case of a drive in the wrong direction in Uhrseigersinn the opposed "rounded. It is believed that the loakenteil 80 comes in a significantly unfavorable position for its reversal at a starting of the rotor in the wrong direction to rest, for example in the position of the aoekenteils in-gig. 6A, in which the shoulder 90 only a few degrees of the plunger fitting 92 is located in these circumstances, the shoulder 90 on the loekenteil at a starting of the rotor in the wrong direction and a subsequent end very short movement into engagement with the aligned Stößelforastüok 92 may be hooked on this 3tößelformstück, if the effective end of the shaped plunger s.8. is designed at right angles , while with ei With a rounded design of the effective ram end at 96, it is practically impossible to hook in the aockontal part , since the high point 88 of the crouched edge 84 either collides with the rounded end of the ram 96 and bounces off it or is brought sufficiently to the left by the ram end of the 3-ram part 82, around the shaped ram piece 92 to release and 94 vorsurUßken to the other ram formetüek, with which the shoulder 90 then safely collides and rebounds, as a result of which the rotor is reversed in the correct drive direction .. pig. 68 shows an arrangement in which the operative ends 96 # of the tappets 92 and 94 are preferably concave as opposed to the rounded, convex ends 96 of the tappets in Pig. 4 to 6 are .. The tonlcavität this Stäßelenden 969 is preferably t .. Derar that ... the EIA 90 plunger end 96 'loekenschulter at .a initial vowel of the rotor in the wrong direction on their: misses width as long as the sharp edge 97 missed. The lockenkante.90 are in a rotor run in .falscher direction accordingly either the next 92 or plunger 94 vollstündig free or will surely come along with the sharp gante 97 and bounces back this sound, whereby any possibility of the hooking the cam member 80 at a = pestle and an with stopping the rotor is excluded .
As already mentioned, during normal running of the clock and thus of its motor 12, the third part 82 of the drive clock becomes; 14 once the äocksnteils 80 reciprocates during each Urdrehung, wherein the Stößelforastüeke are placed 92 and 94 out of alignment with the shoulder 90 at each passage for a continuous drive to the cam member 80 in the normal direction counterclockwise.
Hei a normal drive the cam member 80 against the Uhrzeigereinn in the current position? 1g. 5 and Uber is also thus operates the cam edge 84 with the Stö8elforatüek 94 together to the Stößelfor: atück and therefore the plunger member 82 to the right to loading because, until the high point 88 of the cam edge of the Stößelfonmatüek 94 ER ranges, at which time the opposite ram member 92 has been brought into substantial engagement with the portion of the neck edge 84 which is diametrically opposite the high point 88. Hei continue running drive of the aookenteils 80 operates accordingly the-iöcken- @ edge 84 with the Stößelrormatück 92 together to this, and thus to move the plunger member 82 to the left (Fig. 5) until the high cam point 88, the plunger fitting 92 reached (Fig. 4), at which time the plunger fitting 94 point again in substantial engagement with the Mockenkante 84 is, so that in turn the movement of the accepts right jtößelteils 82, since the high cam point 88, the plunger fitting 92 f reigibt . The cam action of the drive control 14 during the normal running of the motor 12 is thus continuous and each individual back and forth movement of the plunger part 82 has the maximum duration that ensures a smooth and effective: cock-controlled movement of the at all times. By forming the cam edge 84 eleven a spiral which extends over substantially 360o , the plunger part 82 is moved in one direction by the wedge-shaped action of a small wedge angle of the cam part with the result that the b (drive-related displacement of the plunger part is only a small Fraction of the circumferential displacement of the cam part per unit of time, which moreover increases the smooth action of the movement of the plunger part and leads to the fact that the inertial forces of the drive control become so negligible that they do not prevent the freedom of the rotor from maintaining its torque to the greatest extent . Zn this context should be noted that the continuous operation and the cam action of the drive control in the normal Luui of the engine require torque only a small rotor, so that the entire rotor torque is actually available to the load to be driven. the present drive control is _iueh essential simplicity under construction thus d offers itself for a lei3tungatUhige mass production at very low costs, but works reliably for längstmödliche time and without producing a sound. While in the drive control 14 described, the apiral cam edge 84 of the cam part 80 extends over exactly 364c, so that the straight chultcr 90 really extends radially in relation to the axis z , the dashed line in Pig. 6, it is within the scope of the invention to extend the spiral-shaped cam edge over a little less or more - up to 3600 and to design the connecting shoulder like! -. U 3o or similar, such as pour shoulders 90 'and 9011 (fig. 6) show in dotted or dash-dotted lines Area of the invention to design the ram pil for a swinging, flake-filling movement around a pivot axis 80a oscillates during normal operation of the motor -> c leads.V = hr @: nd in the drive control 14 described, the cam part 80 is the driven part, the cam part is also within the scope of the invention i n to be arranged in a fixed position and to arrange the tappet part on the gearwheel 64 for a rotary movement and for a guide thereon for a rectilinear or narrow movement following the stick. Pig. 8 shows a @ -2nderc -.bchange .. ': ntriebssteuer.in14b, whose driven cam part 80b has a.: Cheib ¢ with an Ausep, -: run #, 102 i: t, whose peripheral edge 104 to eefc: #L: t i-: t, di-iß @ :: ie which forms the llo-kenk,: ate 8-1b and the shoulder 90b, the pushrod; irmstflcke 92b and 94b of the pusher part 82b being on; -reorclnet as shown, so that -they are brought liechael into and out of alignment with the shoulder 90b in such that e; is the shoulder on every LlurcLt;? alng during normal drives the cam member 80b in the right direction in serving all the direction in Clock $ eigerainn is released ,
