Zusatz zu Patent 1 191 898
Bei dem Gegenstand den Hauptpatentes handelt es sich
um
einen Mechanismus fÜr Sehaltgeräte mit thermischer und
magnetischer Auslösung sowie Iland- und Freiauslösung mit
einem einseitig an einer ortsfesten Achse drehbar gelager-
ten Schwenkhebel, an dem das Handbedienungsorgan unmittel-
bar angreift und dessen freies Ende über einen Klinkenhebel
den beweglichen Kontaktträger, an dem auch der Anker
der
Auslösenpule als Schlaganker eingreift in Einschaltlage
arretiert. Dieser Mechanismus ist insbesondere für Instella-
tionsselbstschalter geeignet und der Schwenkhebel ist zu-
sammen mit dem Kontaktträger auf nur einer gehäusetenten
Achse schwenkbar gelagert. Der Klinkenhebel ist gelenkig an
dem freien Ende des Schwenkhebeln angebracht und er wird
außer von-dem Anker der Auelösenpule auch von einem als ther-
miaohes Auslöseelement dienenden Bimetall beeinflußt. Da bei
der heute Üblichen 7.Iachbauweise Hochleistungsschalter sehr
eng nebeneinander angeordnet sind, ist die Wärtnaerzeugung
pro Volumen relativ groß, die Wärmeabfuhr dagegen relativ
klein, was eine Beeinträchtigung der Auslöaagenauigkeit
den
Schalters wegen der Temperaturabhängigkeit den Binetalls
zur Folge haben kam. Außerdem wird bei dem Schalter
nach
dem Hauptpatent als unbefriedigend empfunden, daß der
Ver-
klinkungsmechanismus noch nicht das mögliche Minimum an
Aufwand darstellt.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Mechanismus für Selbstschalter
mit einen einseitig an einer ortetenten Achse drehbar
ge-
lagerten Sehwenkhebelg an dem das Handbedienungeorgan
unmit-
telbar angeeift und dessen fr,*ies Ende ainen um dieselbe
Achse schwenkbaren Kontaktträger, auf den auch der Anker
den
magnetischen Auelösenystems als Schlaganker einwirkt, in
Einschaltlage arretiott. Sie bezweckt, die Nachteile
den
Hauptpatent« 'zu vermeiden-und erreicht das daduröh" daß
der mit tiner an sich bekannten hydraulischen Versägerunge-
einrichtung versehene Anker mit den einen Ende auf eine
in
der Nähe den Drehpunktes ax Kontaktträger befestigte,
als,
Kontaktarm ausgebildete Kontaktfeder und mit den anderen
lud* auf-einA als Klinke dienende am,
Kontakthabel umgebrachte,
eine Abstätzstelle f«r den Schwenkhebel bildende Klinken-
£oder einwirkt. Der in an sich bekannter Weige'als
ölgefüll-
teag einen untor Pederspannung stehenden ferromagnetischen
Kolben enthaltenden Aluminiumrohr ausgebildete Anker Ist von
einer Spule ebeng die zwischen den-Schenkeln einen U.tiset.
rückschlusses angeordnet ist. Der Aeer steht an den

die auf einen am Anker angebrachten Auslösestössel einwirkt.
Am anderen Ende ist der Anker mit einem hinter die Kontakt-
feder greifenden Schlugbolzyn verseh»a. Die Klinkenfeder, die
mit dem einen Ende an den freien Ende dos K*atakthebels
ange-,
bracht ist, bildet mit den anderene um i800 abgeknickten
Ende
die Abstützstelle,tür den Sthmenkhebel. In Anwendung auf mehr-
polige Schalter mit mehreren gleichartigen Systemen ist auut
der den'Kontaktträger und den Schwenkhebel tragenden Athse
des einen Systeme ein Kupplungehebel gelagert, der an einem
über
den Kontaktträger rngenden Nehelarr etne Über die Kontaktträger
der anderen Systeme ragenden Traverse und an einem parallel
zum
Kontaktarm angeordneten Hobelarm eine auf der HÖhe der Sthlag-
bolzen verlaufende Traverse aittweist.

Mechanismus auf mehrpolige Schalter im Prinzip dargestellt.
Der S*halter besteht aus einem als Winkelhebel ausgebildeten
Kontaktträger 1, der um eine in einem Gehäuse 2 ertstest
gelagerte Athse 3 setwenebar ist. Auf der Aehse
5 ist gleich-
zeitig ein Schwenkhebel 4 angpordnell auf den ein Bedienunge-

eine Abstützstelle. Zwischen dem Ende den Sehwenkhebelü 4 und
dem parallel liegenden gebelarft des Kontaktträgers
ist eine
Zug-feder 11 angebracht. Umrahmt von der Klinkenteder
10 -and dem
Kontaktträger 1 wird ein magnetisches AuslöWesystem,

einem U-förmigen Eisenrückschluß 12 Seitragen-ist. In den Sehen-
keln des Eisenrückschlusses ist.ein Aluminiumrohranker13
geführt,
der auf-der einen Seite direkt im Eisenrückschluß und auf der
anderen Seite mit Ni.Ife einen Stößels 14 in diesem gelagert
ist. An der dem Stößel gegenüberliegenden Seite weist der

Der Schalter isfin seiner Einschaltstellung wiedergegeben,
d.h.9 die Kontaktfeder '7 liegt auf dem ortsfesten
Gegenkon-
takt auf und ist dabei von dem Ende le des Ansatzes
lb abgeho-
ben. Sie ist somit igespannt und erzeugt am Kontakt den nötigen
Kontaktdruck. Der Schwenkhebel 4 stUtzt sich auf-der Stirn-
seite des umgebogenen Endes der Klinkenteder 10 ab.
Der Be-
dienungsknebel 5 wird durch Reibkraft in der dargestellten
Lage gehalten, da die Aussehaltfeder 9 über den Kontaktträger
und die Verklinkungsstelle den Schwenkhebel kräftig gegen
das
untere Ende den Bedienungsknebels drückt. Tritt ein
Kurz-
schlußstrom auf, so wird von der Auslöaespule 18 eine
Kraft
auf det terromagnetischen Kolben 16 ausgeübt, der sich
in
Riehtung den eingezeichneten Pfeiles bewegt. Der Kolben

nimmtg da das im Aluminiumrohr 13 befindliche
Öl. der vom
Kolben#äusgeübten Kraft nicht plötzlich ausweichen kann,

Der.Kontaktträger sehwenkt im Uhrzeigersinn und hobt die
Kontaktfeder vom ortetesten Gegenkontakt ab. Die Abrißbewo-
gung wird durch den Schlagbolzen 15" der mit einem Flahaph

trische Befestigung der Kontaktfeder 7 ralat,iv zum

ergibt eich an der Kontaktstelle beim Öffnen und Sühließen
eine
reibende Bewegung, die eine Selbstreinigung des Kontaktes be-
wirkt. Da die Ausschaltfeder 9 nach der Aualösung nicht
mehr
auf den Schwenkhebel 4 einwirkt, kann die Feder 21 den Bedie-
nungsknebel in eine Ausschaltlage schwenken. Der Sohwenkhebel
4 wird durch die Peder 11 dem Kontaktträger nachgeführt
und
verrastet mit seinem Ende wieder an der Klinkenfeder. Naeh
Kontaktunterbrachung wird der Anker 43 dürch die Rückholteder
20 wieder in seine ursprüngliche Lage zurückgeführt.
Die

Überstrom bis
zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht zurückgegangen, so erfolgt schlag-
artig die Auslösung, da der Kolben nach Überwindung der
Fe-
derkraft der Rückholfeder 20 den Luftspalt im Eisenkreis dehnell
verkleinert und die auf ihn wirksame Kraft rasch ansteigt.
Der Auslösevorgang geht dann wie bei der Xurzschlußauslösung
weiter.
Wird der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Mechanismus auf einen
mehr-
poligen Sehalter angewendet, so ist eine Kupplung zwischen
den bonachbarten Systemen erforderlich. Die einzelnen Systeme
sind untereinander gleich. Die Kupplung erfolgt durch einen
Kupplim.gshebel 24, der auf der auch den Kontaktträger
1 und
den Sthwenkhebel 4 tragenden Achse 3 angebracht ist.
Der
Kupplumgahebel hat einen parallel zum KontaktträSer
1 verlau-
fenden Hobelerm 24a und einen parallel. zur Kontaktfader
angeordneten Hebelarm 24b. An den Finden dieser Hebelarme
sind
Isolierstofftraversen 25 und 26 angebracht, die die
