Der Erfindung liegen iolßende Hauptaufgaben zu Grundes

hoher elektrischer Widerstand und geringe Wärmeübertragungen:

zu erhalten, so muß man ebenfalls den Nachteil relativ hohen

in Xauf nehmen.
3.) Es soll eine möglichst einfache Gehäuseverschlußtechnik
benutzt werden, die speziell. auf die. lötfreie Kontaktierung
abgestellt ßsat.
Es ist-bekannt. bei ä'ristallhalbleiter-Gleichrichterzellon
eine Stromzuleitung unter Verwendung von Glas oder_Eeramik
vom
Gehäusekörper zu isolieren. Glas-.,. Metall.- bzw. Keramik-Metall-
verbindungen sind sowohl von der Materialseite als auch
von der
Fertigungesdite a.ehr kostspielig, so das eine lotfreie
und
bruchsichere.Gehäusedichtung bei gleichzeitiger hoher Wärmebe-
atändigkeit erwünscht ist.
Um die genannten Nachteile zu vermeiden und die gewUnach.-
tan Ziele zu erreichen, sind bei einer Iffalbleiter-ßleichrichter-
solle auf Bilisium- oder Gernuaiumbaaie mit
Druckkontaktierung
erfindungeg«U mindestens einer der en sich bekannten Druckken--
takte zwischen Halbleitertablette und Bodenzuleitung bzw.
zwi-
aohen Halbleitertablette und weiteren Zuleitungen unter

Außerdem ist es zweckmäßig, im Rahmen der Erfindung die

eine Schraubverbindumg die Seeamte Einheit gegen den ZUhlkörper

Fig.2 stellt eine Variante der Halbleiterzelle nach pig.1
dar, wobei für gleiehe Einzelteile die gleichen Bezugeseichen
wie in Yig.1 vorgesehen sind. Die Halbleitertab fette 4
ist in
dieser Ausführung allerdings ohne Steuerkontakt gewählt.
Das .Übergangs$tück 25 ist so ausgebildet, dag eine
Isola-
tions- und Dichtbeschichtung 2? als Umpressung, Yormstück
oder
Schrumpfteil vorgesehen ist.
Das Ansehlußseil 13 ist hier z.D. mittels einer Hohleahrau-
ba mit Innenkonus 28 eingesetzt. Durch ein Innengewinde Im
