Description
Set of components for protective roofs, in particular for platform roofs, and their fixtures " The invention relates to a set of components, in particular for platform roofs, of roof panel elements for roofing, of single or multi-stem girders and their connecting elements for the substructure and wall elements for the fixtures, Es Prefabricated platform roofs, which are built in a modular system, are known whose load-bearing structures are made of steel, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete or prefabricated wood parts such as single and double-leg frame, portal or butterfly ties, supports, purlins, wind braces and the like. Structural elements such as pumice, gas or prestressed concrete slabs or shells or corrugated or trapezoidal profiled roof slabs made of asbestos cement, steel or aluminum sheet or plastic and the like are used as coverings.
So much for such platform roofs with lightweight or heavy concrete slabs are covered, they have the disadvantage that they are also small-format training a relatively high one Resulting area weight, a purlin construction or require very closely spaced locks and thus the weight and the cross-section dimensioning of the substructure down to the foundation is unfavorable influence. Another major disadvantage is that such roof elements and the additionally required roof cladding in two work steps, mostly different Manufacturers, must be applied. This in turn often has the consequence that the Roof panels are soaked and damaged by rainwater, if the work of the roofer is not carried out immediately after laying the roof panels can be. This disadvantage becomes apparent with roofing with corrugated sheets of the known type partly avoided, but here too purlin constructions, wind bracing, are one Variety of holding devices, seals between the overlapping points and special fittings necessary. Further disadvantages of asbestos-cement corrugated sheets are the brittle material, the lack of firm crush resistance, the non-dust-repellent surface and the Minimum roof pitch to be observed.
z.T, wesent-
lieh verteuert wird, In trielen
fällen fehlt auch entweder der
Platz für solche Verankerungsbauwerke
oder sie stören den Ver-
kehr auf dem Bahnsteig, Die Erfindung
bezweckt, die Nachteile bekannter Bauformen zu be-
seitigen

The Kragarmelemente the binder have to a further embodiment hollow cross section for removal of the snow and rain water, the formed to the waste water down pipe one end as Anachluß to Traufrinne, the other end as AnaehluB The interior of the vertical binder hollow carrier is preferably divided, wherein an inner space portion with concrete is backfilled, the other free section is used to guide the rainwater . The transverse and longitudinal beams of the trusses of the building element set can also be filled with concrete in sections. Angled reinforcements can protrude into the concrete-filled interior of the vertical and the transverse and longitudinal support parts of the trusses.

The fastening of the roof panel elements is carried out either in a previously known manner by connecting, screwing or according to the invention with the help of Klemmagraffen 8 (Fig. 4,5 and 16/17) and / or Stützagraffen 9, (Fig. 20) on the underside of the Roof panel elements are welded in the transverse direction to the corrugations in Fora, by strip-shaped bands or as individual brackets. This type of fastening eliminates the need for fasteners such as retaining hooks, special seals and, above all, all corrosion-promoting perforations in the roof membrane, which cannot be dispensed with with the usual coverings with small-format corrugated sheets. The clamping clamps 8 enclose the upper flanges of the connecting elements 4 (FIGS. 16 and 17). The support clamps 9 are inserted with their tongue-shaped ends into the U-shaped abutment of the eaves gutter elements 5 (FIG. 20) or the edge elements 6 or the central gutter elements 7. This has the advantage that the assembly and fastening work can be carried out under the roof panel element, that is to say under the roof and thus protected from the weather.
(Fig. 18). In the embodiment according to FIG. 5 , the roof panel elements 1c are slightly bent or arched upwards and can be held at their ends in an edge element formed with an abutment. be. They can either be installed in a freely stretched manner or additionally rest on support strips 11 (FIG. 17), which are either flat or cams 11a adapted to the profiling of the roofing plate elements. (Fig. 18). Such underlay strips 11 provided with cams are not only well suited as a support bed for the roof panel elements 1, but also form a tight seal between them and the substructure, which is particularly desirable for wall connections below the corrugations. It is expedient to form such underlay strips made of wood with a lamination made of permanently elastic plastic 11b (FIG. 16). Underlay strips with an exclusively sealing effect can also be made entirely of foam plastic or the like. like the bar 11c, (Figs. 19 and 20). The ends of the roof panel elements protrude in a known manner just beyond the inner edge of the channel or, according to the invention, completely cover the channel. In this case, the corrugations of the roof panel elements are provided on their underside with openings 12 (dashed lines in FIG. 5) for the Ragen water drainage to the gutter below the bar. If the drainage channel is arranged in the middle, the entire platform roof width can be bridged with one roof plate element with such roof plate elements. In this case, the breakouts 12 are provided at the level of this central channel (FIG. 5).
As the load-bearing capacity and rigidity of the roof panel elements also one Allow free cantilevering, can be dispensed with tie cantilever arms if necessary so that the roof panel elements-. E.g. for portal girders via the cantilever-less ones The corners of the binder with butterfly or gallows binders protrude beyond the ends of the binders, as shown in Fig..13. With such a roof training more Material and weight savings achieved.
The edge trim of the roof panel elements takes place with double-sided, external drainage using the gutters 5, with one-sided drainage with one gutter 5 on the drainage side and the edge part 6 on the higher one Roof side, with central drainage with the central gutter 7. The gutter is box-shaped, open at the top, Fig. 20, and connects in a self-supporting manner the ends of the truss cantilever arms 3. At the same time, it is the carrier for a special, concealed gutter 13 and the ends of the roof panel elements. Your outside is expediently as a wide, smooth frieze with an upper protrusion and a lower water nose shaped. In a modified form, the gutter can be designed to be closed and the ends of the roof panels can be pushed into them.
The components of the substructure supporting the roof, such as binders, Yerbindungs-, eaves gutter and edge elements consist of rolled or box-shaped profiles of a known type The structural steelwork is particularly suitable and with them. the indi-. Vidual requirements of the platform roofs can be advantageously met. For example, the ties and especially the connecting elements 4 can be designed in the form of anchor rails on one side, FIG. 19, or also on several sides. Lighting fixtures 14, train indicators, loudspeakers, signs, luminous inscription transparencies and the like can be attached to be transversely displaceable in a simple and quiet manner. At the same time, high-voltage, low-voltage and telecommunication cables 15 can be laid invisibly and nevertheless easily accessible. This means that there are no visible fasteners for installation cables that were previously attached to the outside of the substructure, partly to the underside of the roof panels. When using rolling and Kaetenträgerquersehnitten for load-bearing components of the anchor substructure, the rail-shaped formation is achieved by a special device 16 or 16a, Pig. 18 and 20. The truss supports are also expediently provided with such an edge formation on one or more sides. In addition to installation lines, sewage downpipes can also be installed , partially or completely covered and protected against mechanical damage . Another advantage is that the profiling is particularly good for receiving the frame- shaped and panel-shaped walls 10 (FIGS. 1 to 3) from which the walls of the built-in components, such as waiting, snack and supervisory staff rooms , etc., are made. suitable. The vertical support profiles 21 of the girders are preferably formed either from a hollow profile or from two channel profiles 22 , 23 facing each other with their openings, the webs or bends 24 being directed into the resulting interior space and lying against one another. The profile is filled with concrete B and sunk into the ground or into a foundation, such as the platform, as at 21a. The bends 24 directed into the interior form a reinforcement of the poured concrete.
The second section of the support profile 21 is formed by a U-shaped or channel-shaped Profile part 25 is formed which extends only up to the level of the cantilever 3 and at its lower end in the drain, not shown, for rainwater or ends at the level of the ground or foundation. This profile section 25 is preferably screwed to the profile part 22, but can also by'Klemmen or another Connection to be connected to this. The interior space 25a can be used as a rain drainage pipe serve or take up such a drain pipe 26 via gber. The interior of the support profile 21 can also only be filled halfway with concrete, e.g. there is only one channel profile 22 or 23 filled, while the other channel profile forms the rain drainage pipe or records.
The upper end of the section 25 is connected to the gragträger 3, while at the level of this section the bottom 3a of the cantilever 3 has an opening or bore 26, which in the interior 2 $ a of the section 25 or in the with the cantilever 3 connected rain drainage pipe 26 or in the forming this pipe Section of the profile 21 opens.
The bottom 3a of the cantilever beam 3 is inclined toward the Trai running profile 21, so that the rain water from the gutter 5 pass through an opening at 27 into the interior of the hollow cantilever beam 3 and from there without using a WEI direct pipes to the Tube 26 or the interior 25a of the section 25 or one of the hollow channel profiles 22,23 can reach. The transverse profiles 28 of the binders are also backfilled with concrete and have an opening 29 (FIG. 24) on their upper side, which is formed by strips 30 or the like. is bridged, with the help of which, for example, the roof covering can also be held. The longitudinal profiles 4, which are shown in FIG. 25, have a similar embodiment. Here, a downwardly open channel 31 is provided, which is filled with concrete and whose lower opening can be bridged by a strip or a bar 32, with the help of which lighting fixtures or signs can be held. The support profiles 1 can be provided with outwardly projecting lugs 33, with the aid of which the partition walls 10 of the internals are held.
