Hydrodynamische Kupplung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine hydrodynamische
Kupplung.
Hydrodynamic coupling The invention relates to a hydrodynamic coupling. This has a bucket wheel and a turbine wheel each provided with blades in a housing.
This coupling is already known in principle. A hydrodynamic coupling is often required to be as hard as possible, that is, the ratio of the moment M # 00, which is 100% of the slip when the turbine is set, to the moment M #, which corresponds to 2-3 1 of the slip when the turbine is running at full speed, becomes small as far as possible, and only slightly larger than one. The characteristic of the course of this relationship during the start-up of the turbine should be as flat as possible and should approximate the ideal course according to the diagram in FIG. 1 on the attached drawing. Such a coupling then enables, for example, asynchronous motors with a squirrel-cage rotor to also be used to drive work machines with a difficult start-up. It can also be used as a torque limiter , as a so-called overloaded clutch and the like. A simple hydrodynamic coupling without any adjustments has a hardness which is greater than The large moment with small slip can be reduced by reducing the amount of liquid circulating either by reducing the filling, or by reducing the speed of the non-flowing liquid or at the same time by means of both types of implementation. This is achieved either by means of external regulation interventions or automatically by means of various stores, partitions, etc., possibly by means of asymmetrical profiles on the clutch rotors.

Fig. 2 a in dung abgewickelten Zylinderschnitt in der Ebene A - A dargestellt sind,

6 a radial verlaufen,
Fig. 3 a, 3 b) Supplementwinkel werden,

There are also used inclined blades, which are shown in Fig. 2 in cross-section and in Fig. 2a in a developed cylinder section in the plane A - A, where 1 denotes the bucket wheel and 2 the turbine wheel. As can be seen from Fig. 2a, both the blades of the scoop wheel 1 and the turbine wheel 2 are inclined towards the indicated direction of rotation at the angle> 90 °. With an increase in the angle #, the hardness decreases and can thus practically be reduced again to about a value of 2 to 2.5. However, a further reduction in hardness is desirable , if possible down to 1.25 resp. 1.3. The present invention is based on the object

to create a coupling with the least possible shepherd,

According to the invention, the aforementioned effect is achieved by the special design of the blades of the coupling, which are characterized in that the exiting parts of the blades of the bucket wheel are inclined in the direction of rotation, while the exit parts of the blades of the turbine wheel are inclined in relation to the direction of rotation, The inlet parts of the blades of at least one of the two wheels have known means for reducing the inlet losses, such as rounding of the leading edges, curvatures, leading blades, etc. The special design of the oblique flat blades is that they have either rounded or other shaped edges , or there are leading blades inserted in front of the leading edges, or their entry points are so curved that their running edges begin at the angles in the region of the angle of influence of the liquid. In addition, the leading edges of the bucket wheel can be radial, while they can be inclined at any angle for the turbine wheel. Likewise, the coupling can also be provided with thin-walled or shaped blades that are spatially curved in such a way that the entry angles of the approaching edges lie in the region of the angle of influence of the liquid. All of these mentioned procurements according to the invention, which lead to a reduction in hardness, can be supplemented by further improvements, which are that the blades of the bucket wheel are shortened and begin on a larger radius on which the blades of the turbine wheel end. This narrows the angular range at which the liquid enters the bucket wheel, and thus also the entry losses. In addition, an expansion of the operating range of the clutch can be achieved in all cases mentioned, namely by premature termination of the casing of the turbine wheel, so that the opening of the active space of the turbine wheel into the reservoir of the liquid in the inner. Extent that forms the active space of the clutch . The invention is illustrated using examples, which are shown in schematic form in the drawing, specifically in FIGS. 3 to 9. But this is not necessarily * a prerequisite.
The coupling according to FIG. 4 contains inclined, flat blades like the previous one, but to reduce the inlet losses, forming blades 3 are inserted in front of the fin tread parts of the edges in the bucket wheel 1 in Fig. 4.a and 3 in the turbine wheel Z in Fig. 4b . The coupling according to FIG. 5 is equipped with oblique flat blades, like the two previous ones, but the inlet parts of the blades are bent in such a way that they begin at the angle which is in area 4 in FIG. 5 a or 5 in FIG. 5 b is the angle of influence of the fluid, i.e. between the angles which correspond to the maximum operating states of the coupling. The coupling according to FIG. 6 contains inclined flat blades, designed according to FIG. 3, 4 or 5, the leading edges 1o of the blades of the bucket wheel 1 - rig. 6 a run radially, on the other hand run the contact edges 2o of the blades of the turbine wheel Z - Fig. 6 b pivoted by the angle 6 on any side with respect to the radial direction. The turning of the blades is advantageously carried out in such a way that the exit angles of the two blades (see Fig. 3 a, 3 b) become supplement angles, i.e. f. #CI + # T z = 180 ° The coupling according to FIG. 7 has thin-walled or shaped blades, spatially curved in such a way that the exit angles become supplement angles (but this is not a requirement). The entry angles load in area 4 (Fig. 7 a) and 5 (Fig. 7 b) of the flow angle of the Eltissipkeit. The coupling according to FIG. R contains blades which are carried out in any manner by the described method , but the blades of the bucket wheel 1 are initially shortened so that they have a radius R #, which is greater than the radius R # , on which the blades of the turbine wheel 2 end. As already mentioned, this narrows the range of angles at which the liquid enters the bucket wheel and thus also the entry losses. The coupling according to FIG. 9 has blades which are designed in any desired manner in accordance with the previously described construction methods , but the casing of the turbine wheel is terminated prematurely by means of the edge 6. If the centrifugal force C # of the relative flow, 4.i. of the fluid circulation, the centrifugal force C # of the guiding movement, ie the rotation of the turbine, overcomes, the fluid escapes from the circulation behind the edge 6 and fills the reservoir 7, which is located in the inner active space of the clutch. This reduces the amount of liquid circulating and with it the transmitted torque. Since in the hydrodynamic clutches of the invention a pre- increase in the speed of rotation of the liquid is used to reduce the torque, the centrifugal force C # is sufficient for the liquid to escape into the container 7 even at a relatively low slip. The torque reduction, which is achieved by reducing the filling , thus applies in the larger part of the operating range than with the axially terminated blades (ß C 2 s P T 19 as they are currently used .
