Description

Verfahren zur Verhinderung de8 Einsinkens von Polyamidspritzaüftrag auf VliesstoffMethod for preventing the sinking of polyamide injection onto nonwoven fabric

It is already known to provide items of clothing with stiffening inserts to give them better shape and stability admit. While horsehair deposits were used almost exclusively for this purpose in the past, they always sit down more so-called nonwovens. This is understood to mean textile Fibers, which are connected to each other at their crossing points. Among the numerous manufacturing processes optionally only refer to the one according to DP 920 211.

Ein derartiges Verfahren ist z.B. aus der DAS 1 146 028 bekannt ,around the tedious sewing of the stiffening materials into the To bypass garments, it has also already been proposed to provide the same with an adhesive powder, which is in the Heat softens · With so-called · ironable stiffeners, it is sufficient to have the prepared insert with the adhesive side on put on the fabric to be stiffened and run over it with the hot iron. Under the pressure and the heat both fiber fabrics are firmly connected to one another. Such a method is known from DAS 1 146 028, for example ,

Attempts have also been made to apply polyamide as an adhesive to stiffening inserts. In this case it will because of the high melting or softening point of the polyamide not sintered, but rather a solution of the Spray on polyamide. A partly coarse, thread-like, partly flat, fine spray coating is obtained, depending on the Spray condition, which due to the high solvent content, however, partially seeps into the interior of the fiber layer. Since the adhesive effect can naturally only be brought about by those parts of the adhesive which are on the Surface, the spraying of polyamide brings despite some advantages compared to conventionally used Adhesive masses have the disadvantages listed above. If you spray on too large amounts, then the one you want will be Stiffening so great that the interlining materials are unusable for many purposes (breakdown phenomena) · Sprays on the other hand, if you do not do enough, the desired adhesive effect is not sufficient reaching.

It has now been found that the undesired sinking in of solutions of polyamide and other adhesive materials can be prevented by treating the stiffening insert with an oleophobic agent. Particularly favorable results are achieved when using fluorocarbon resins. While tissues are generally oleophized with such amounts that a weight increase of 6 # results, amounts of $ 0.25 are sufficient in the present package.

It is more likely that the anti-repellent agents immediately coagulate the polyamide or one of them other adhesive effect on the solution. This Koagullsrung occurs at the moment when a polyamide droplet hits the "deophobic" surface of the stiffening insert · The immediately re-coagulated polyamide then remains on the upper " stick to the surface. A similar effect also occurs when spraying the polyamide solution on wet or damp goods "because it is known" wise coagulate water ^ acts on Folyamldlusungen · However is this effect cannot be compared with that which occurs when "oil-repellent" material is sprayed.
