Am unteren Ende der· Kolbenstange D, und zwar in der Gegend, wo die Spitze B in das Rohr A eingepafst ist, ist das Gewinde d, welches in eine im Rohr A befestigte Mutter E pafst. Eine Hin- und Herbewegung des Kolbens würde den Niederschlag der Dinte an der Rohrfläche entfernen und sich dieser entweder mit der aufgesogenen Dinte wieder verbinden, oder er läfst sich beim Reinigen mit Wasser, welches man durch den Kolbenaufgang in das Rohr einführt, ganz entfernen.
