Description
Entrance structure for an underground facility The invention relates on an entrance structure for an underground facility, which consists of an and exit shaft and a cover that can be extended upwards from the corridor level exists, the side walls of which have door openings.
Such a structure in the form of an underfloor elevator for transporting people and loads is the subject of the earlier patent 1 246 963.
There is also a freight elevator known, in particular for lifting ash buckets, garbage cans and the like. In shafts between two floors, for example from the basement to street level, in which the load platform with the load on it by a chain hoist consisting of an electric winch and a Pull chain guided by pulleys is raised and lowered at the same time as the frame, so that when the elevator is extended, the shaft cover also rises (German utility model 1825 921).
It is also known to use underfloor lifts in the form of bumper lifts with one or two cover flaps that open upwards or in the form of Train elevators with positively controlled, horizontally movable cover flaps.
But with such an underfloor lifts, it is not possible within a relatively - to carry a greater number of people from one level to another short periods of time. This problem arises, for example, when an additional entrance or exit has to be created for underground means of transport at the time of peak load, while the rest of the time a uniform upper floor level is required which can serve as a roadway. The situation is similar with underground bunker systems, which must be quickly accessible to many people, while in the event of danger the bunker entrances and exits must be covered at the same level as possible and must not have any high-rise structures.
The invention is based on the object of an entrance structure for to create an underground system, via which, if necessary, in the shortest possible time as many people as possible can get from one level to another.
This task is achieved with a structure of the type described at the beginning Art according to the invention by two mutually offset in height, by a staircase interconnected door openings leading to the corridor or underfloor level.
The door leading to the corridor level is preferably designed as a recessed door, whereby the upper edge of the lowered retractable door is also the top step of the Stairs is.
The door leading to the corridor level can also be arranged around a lower axis swiveling flap door or be designed as a pivoting door.
The door leading to the underfloor level is expediently optional hinged on the shaft wall or on the side wall of the cover.
The total width of the door opening leading to the corridor level is preferably the same divided into several adjacent aisles in the cover, which run through Push rods are limited, which can be extended from the door opening within the cover hood are stored and carry handrail tabs at their front end.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. It shows F i g. 1 shows a section through an entrance structure according to the invention with part of an underground installation, FIG. 2 and 2a a modified embodiment of the in F ig. 1 structure shown in two different positions, F i g. 3 and 3a, a further embodiment of the input structure in two different positions, F i g. 4 shows a modified embodiment of the structure in the entrance structure according to FIG. 1 located stairs and F i g. 5 and 5 a an embodiment of an entrance structure with auxiliary doors in two different positions.
In Fig. 1 shows an entrance structure for an underground bunker. However, it can also be used for other purposes, for example as a hoist entrance and exit for underground transportation.
A shaft 2 extends downward from the corridor level 1. An opening is provided in the side wall of the shaft 2 which leads to the underfloor level 3 , which is to be temporarily connected to the floor level 1. In the shaft 2, a cover 4 can move up and down, along conventional guides, which are not shown for reasons of clarity. The upward and downward movement of the covering hood 4 by conventional drive means is expediently carried out by a hydraulic drive. Such a hydraulic drive 5 consists of an end pipe 6 embedded in the bottom of the shaft 2, a cylinder 7 located in the end pipe 6 and a piston rod 8 engaging the cover 4.
The cover 4 consists of a cover plate 9 and side walls 10 and 11. The lower end of the cover forms a base plate 12, which, however, can also be omitted. The drive acts via a cross member 13, for. B. a box girder on the cover. The cross-sectional shape of the shaft 2 is arbitrary. The shape of the cover 4 is adapted to the cross section of the shaft 2.
Die obere Kante 20 der Versenktür 18 bildet im abgesenkten Zustand der Tür die- oberste Stufe der Treppe 14.The cover 4 has two door openings 15 and 16 which are provided in the side walls 10 and 11 of the cover. and are connected by a staircase 14, so that a walkable connecting path between the upper floor level 1 and the lower floor level 3 is created. The door openings 15 and 16 can be closed by means of elevator gates. For the door opening 16 leading to the lower level 3 , an elevator door 17 is provided, which is mounted in the side wall of the shaft 2. The door of the upper door opening 15 is connected to the cover hood and is lowered together with it. In FIG. 1 , the door assigned to the door opening 15 is designed as a recessed door 18 . The actuation of the recessed door 18 takes place by means of a locking mechanism 19, which acts on the door, for example, by means of a cable. The upper edge 20 of the recessed door 18 forms the uppermost step of the stairs 14 in the lowered state of the door.
In the lowered state, the cover plate 9 of the cover, which protrudes slightly beyond the cross section of the shaft 2, rests on the floor level 1 and is sealed gas-tight and watertight by means of seals 21 on the shaft edge 21 a. Above the drive 5 elastic buffers 22 are provided, on which the cover 4 rests in the lowered state.
The arrangement is made in such a way that the cover hood is operated in compliance with the statutory provisions for elevators. This means that the cover 4 can only be lowered after the doors are closed or can only be extended when the control is carried out from floor level 1 . In the event of a disaster, however, this rule, which is not conditioned by technical factors, will be abandoned. As a result of damage occurring in the area of the floor level 1 , it may no longer be possible to control the cover 4 from the floor level, because z. B. Debris has accumulated over the lowered cover 4. It is therefore also provided, especially in the case of underground bunkers, to make the extension of the cover 4 controllable from the area of the underfloor level 3 or from the bottom of the shaft 2, which is accessible through suitable, not shown doors, and the drive, connecting means and cover hood even so strong and powerful form, that extension is then possible -also if- debris overlying the cover.
The cover plate 9 of the cover hood is provided with a cover layer 23 made of radiation protection concrete. Furthermore, it is expedient to arrange the actual bunker 24 even lower than the underfloor level 3 in order to have the possibility of a correspondingly stable construction of the bunker ceiling, because of the difference in height between the floor level. 1 and the underfloor level 3 can not be arbitrarily large, taking into account the size of the cover 4 and the length and slope of the stairs 14. For this purpose, a further fixed staircase 26 is provided between the underfloor level 3 and the bunker base 25. The top step 27 of this fixed staircase can be designed as an extended platform in order to create a good transition to the staircase 14. The bunker 24 is accessible through a door hole 28 which can be sealed by a sliding block 29. The sliding block 29 can be extended out of a niche 31 by means of a chassis 30 and lies against the front edge of the door hole 28 in the area of the sealing surface 32 .
. - In order to avoid congestion in front of the upper door opening 15 , guides are provided that span the entire width of the entrance opening. m divide a series of narrow, adjacent corridors 33 and continue over the area of the stairs 14 and 26 . In Fig. 1 , a number of push rods 34 are provided next to one another, which carry balustrade tabs 35 in their front part and which are slidably mounted inside the cover 4 so that they can be pushed outwards when the cover is extended and the upper entrance door is open. The push rods 34 can be supported, for example, in guide elements 36 which are connected to the ceiling plate 9 via struts 37 . The guide elements 36 are expediently designed so that the push rods can still be pushed back even if they are slightly tilted or bent, so that in this case, too, retraction of the push rods 34 and lowering of the cover 4 are not hindered. The push rods can be operated hydraulically, by hand or by other means. The dashed line 34 a in FIG. 1 indicates the position of the rear part of the push rods 34 in the retracted state.
Further possibilities of avoiding congestion in front of the door opening 15 are shown schematically in FIGS. 2 and 2 a as well as 3 and 3 a explained. According to FIG. 2 and 2a, in addition to the shaft 2, an auxiliary shaft 38 is also provided, in which a post 39 can be moved up and down. This post is passed through an opening in the upper cover 40 of the auxiliary shaft 38 to floor level 1 . At its lower end, the post 39 is connected to the side wall or the base plate of the cover hood 4 via a strut 41 and a spring 43. Furthermore, a stop 44 is provided on the post 39, which is when. Extension of cover and post - optionally under slight elongation of the spring 43 - against the lower edge of the auxiliary shaft-C g cover 40 applies. Instead of a rigid fastening of the post 39 to the covering hood 4, secured by a tear-off protection, a driver connection or some other connection can also be provided.
Another possibility is shown in FIG. 3 and 3a explained. In the embodiment shown there, a flap door 45 is provided for the upper door opening 15 of the cover hood, which is hinged in the area of the upper step 20a. This hinged door 45 is 15 corresponding sides provided at both the sides of the door opening with one side plate 46 and further contributes not to divide the width of the door opening 15 in the required only individually accessible programs the appropriate number of division grids 47. The side plates 46 and the dividing grids 47 fold as soon as the door for lowering the cover 4 is in the position shown in FIG. 3 a visible position is folded up into the interior of the cover.
In one of the embodiment according to FIG. 3 similar training, the flap door 45 can be replaced by a recessed door, which is the one in F i g. 1 corresponds to the retractable door 18 shown, be replaced. The articulation of side plates 46 and dividing grids 47 is then made so that they are not moved with the door, but remain in their position. This has the advantage that the dividing grids 47 and side plates 46 can already be folded up when there are still people between them, so that in an emergency the door opening 15 can be closed a few seconds earlier. On the other hand, a door in the manner of the hinged door 45 makes it easier to enter and exit the covering hood 4, since the folded-down door acts as a catwalk.
If the covering hood 4 has to extend through rubble in the manner already described, the door to the door opening 15 would perhaps open at a height at which it is still largely blocked by rubble. For such a case, the Abdeckhaube4 is extended higher, for example in the direction indicated in Fig. 1 StellungK. On the other hand, however, the underfloor level 3 is fixed, so that the stairs 14 must be designed so that its lower end does not rise above the floor level 3 , while its upper end follows the lower edge of the door opening 15 beyond the upper floor level 1. With such an additional extension of the cover 4, the lower edge of the door opening 16 extends beyond the underfloor level 3 , so that the floor panel 12 of the cover 4 can be omitted in this case, but must have a recess 12a at least in the area of the lower end of the stairs 14, so that the lower end of the stairs 14 can be held at the level of the underfloor level 3 , although the cover hood extends higher. In this case, the staircase 14 must not be a completely rigid staircase, for example welded to the side walls of the covering hood, but it must be relatively movable.
In the simplest case, an inherently rigid staircase 14 is pivotably mounted at its upper end in a bearing 48 in the cover hood 4. At its lower end, the staircase normally remains locked to the cover hood 4 by a bolt 49. However, as soon as the cover 4 moves up beyond the normal extent, the locking of the lower end of the staircase is released. Since when the cover 4 is raised above normal, the lower end of the stairs 14 must move away from the step 27 and towards the interior of the cover 4, the locking mechanism 49 is designed so that it can be moved along a slide 50 ( FIG. 1). is displaceable in the side wall of the shaft 2. The gap resulting from the displacement of the lower end of the staircase between the lowest step of the staircase 14 and the fixed stair step 27 can be covered by metal sheets, which are arranged, for example, in the area of the slide 50 or at separate locations in the side wall of the shaft 2.
Instead of a rigid staircase 14, an accordion-like staircase can also be used variable-length stairs can be provided. With such a variable length Although the stairs change the height of the stairs with the entire length of the stairs, on the other hand, in addition to the advantages already mentioned, there is also the Another advantage that the individual steps remain horizontal and not how in the case of the rigid staircase, get a slope down which makes walking the Stairs difficult. Instead of a length-adjustable accordion staircase, also used a staircase consisting of two mutually displaceable parts will.
Another possibility of being able to extend the covering hood 4 beyond the floor level 1 when the underfloor level 3 is fixed is shown in FIG. 4. A parallelogram staircase 14 a is used. The Parallelogranmitreppe is made up of individual, parallelogram-like articulated components, of which the horizontally extending components are designed as plates or connected with plates and form the individual steps 52 a to 52x, while the inclined struts 53 a and 53 b as side walls of the Stairs act. The top step 52a of the stairs 14a is rigidly connected to the side walls of the cover 4, so that the hinge points 54 a and 54 b are the articulation points of the struts 53 a and 53 b . The strut 53 a continues beyond the lowest step 52 x and is supported in a guide rail 55 mounted in the side wall of the shaft 2, namely by means of a suitably designed guide element 56. The guide rail 55 runs below the underfloor level 3 perpendicular to the Wall of the shaft 2, in such a position to the shaft wall merging into the step 27 that the lowest step 52x of the stairs 14a can slide past the last-mentioned part of the shaft wall when the cover 4 is lowered. In the height of the under-floor level 3, the guide rail 55 bends at a right angle inwardly from - During normal driving operation of the cover 4, only the vertical part of the Führungssöhlene ply 55, so that the stairs 14 as the g in F i. 1 described, with the cover 4 locked stairs 14 behaves. However, as soon as the cover 4 has to be extended beyond the normal height, the guide element 56 moves into the horizontally bent part of the guide rail 55 . The stairs become steeper and overcomes a greater difference in level, namely now the difference between the underfloor level 3 and the upper edge of the rubble piles 51. The steps 52 a to 52 x of the stairs 14 a remain in their horizontal position due to the articulated parallelogram design. Since when the guide element 56 is moved along the horizontal part of the guide rail 55 a gap is formed between the fixed step 27 and the lowermost step 52x of the staircase 14a, both the arrangement according to FIG . 4 means to cover this gap may be provided. Here, too, the above-mentioned sheet metal sheets can be used again, but it is also possible to connect a shutter-like cover 57 composed in the manner of a plate hand and movable with the staircase 14a to the lowest step 52x or to the guide element 56 Gap between steps 27 and 52x covered. The cover 57 can slide in or on the guide rail 55 or also in a separate guide rail ( FIG. 4).
If, when using the invention for underground bunkers, there is a risk that considerable debris will accumulate above the cover plate 9 of the cover 4 and it is therefore to be feared that, due to the relatively large area of the cover plate 9 , lifting of the cover 4 will be called into question can be, an arrangement is proposed as an emergency exit that is shown in FIG . 5 and 5 a is shown in two different positions. This arrangement is based on the same principle as the arrangement according to FIG. 1, however, differs from this essentially in that a shaft and thus also a cover plate with a much smaller cross-sectional area is required, so that with the same lifting forces, correspondingly higher pressures are available for the extension.
Recognizing 5 and 5 a blank, that a floor level in the 60 - shaft is recessed 61 which has an opening for underground level 63rd The shaft 61 continues through the sub-floor level 63 also continuously and, in this lower part of the - preferably hydraulic - Antnebsaggregat 64. In the area of the shaft floor or an engine and a mounting space 65 may be provided in which even further aids for the supply of the drive energy for the drive unit 64 can be housed, such as. B. an emergency power unit or a battery unit intended for the failure of the emergency power unit or a number of mechanically operated pumps.
In the shaft 61 , a tubular cover 66 is slidably arranged, the cross-section of which can be circular, square or the like in accordance with the shaft cross-section. At the upper end, the cover 66 is closed with a cover plate 67 , below which radiation protection material 68 is located. The ceiling plate 67 lowers, as shown in FIG. 5 a can be seen, sealing on the floor level. 60 when the cover is retracted.
In the side walls of the cover 66 doors 69 and 70 a and further auxiliary doors 69 a and 70 are arranged. The individual doors are by a stair 71, z. B. a spiral staircase, which is connected to the inside of the cover 66 up to the top of the piston-cylinder unit 72, which is connected to the drive unit 64, around the height of the individual doors, the stairs 71 with Platforms 73 a to 73 d provided. The platform 73d at the same time forms the floor for an upper room 74 which can be occupied by a corn mando guide and which is equipped with viewing slits and optical and acoustic communication means 75 .
The arrangement is such that, in the lowered state, the auxiliary door 70 is accessible from the underfloor level 63 via an inclined path 76. The command leader can access the command room 74 via the auxiliary door 70 and control the extension of the cover 66 . If there is no debris 77 above the floor level 60 , the cover hood only needs to be extended so far that the door 69 is located directly above the floor level 60 . In this position of the cover, the door 70 a has got into a position in which it (as previously the auxiliary door 70) is accessible from the oblique path 76 from. The bunker occupants can now leave the bunker via door 70a and door 69.
If debris 77 is present, the cover 66 must be extended even further, for example into the position shown in FIG. 5 position shown. Since the door 70 a rises above the lower end of the inclined path 76 and possibly even above the underfloor level 63 , a driver connection is provided for the inclined path 76 , for example an eyelet 78, which is located below the door 70 on the cover and which can engage in a hook attached to the free end of the inclined path 76. As soon as the cover is extended beyond the normal extent, the driver connection comes into effect, and the inclined track 76 is lifted from its fixed support in the inclined recess 63 a at its end facing the cover and raised together with the cover, as shown in F i G. 5 can be seen in detail. In the same extended state of the cover 66 , the bunker occupants can also get outside via the door 70 a and the auxiliary door 69 a if there is no debris.
Like F i g. 5 further shows, the cover 66 remains in its maximum extended position within the guide in the lower part of the shaft 61, so that good guidance is ensured even in the event of jamming or the like.
