Abstract
Flexibler Laminatfilm zur Beschichtung eines Substrats (300), wobei der Film umfasst: hauptsächlich eine Basisschicht (301); und eine UV-Schutzschicht auf Acrylbasis (302), umfassend einen UV-Absorber und mit der Basisschicht (301) laminiert; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass: die Basisschicht (301) ein Pfropfcopolymer aus einem Polyacrylat und PVC umfasst.
Claims (15)
- Flexibler Laminatfilm zur Beschichtung eines Substrats (
300 ), wobei der Film umfasst: hauptsächlich eine Basisschicht (301 ); und eine UV-Schutzschicht auf Acrylbasis (302 ), umfassend einen UV-Absorber und mit der Basisschicht (301 ) laminiert; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass: die Basisschicht (301 ) ein Pfropfcopolymer aus einem Polyacrylat und PVC umfasst. - Film wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, wobei die Basisschicht (
301 ) des Weiteren eines oder eine Kombination aus der folgenden Gruppe umfasst: • zusätzliches PVC; • eine UV-Licht-Stabilisatorverbindung; • eine Antioxidansverbindung auf Phenolbasis; • eine Aminfängerverbindung; • eine thermische Stabilisatorverbindung; • eine acrylische Verarbeitungshilfsverbindung; • eine Epoxystabilisatorverbindung; • eine Schmiermittelverbindung auf Esterbasis; • eine Lichtstabilisatorverbindung auf Esterbasis. - Film wie in Anspruch 2 beansprucht, wobei die Basisschicht (
301 ) frei ist von monomeren und/oder polymeren Weichmachern. - Film wie in Anspruch 2 beansprucht, wobei die Basisschicht (
301 ), unpigmentiert, umfasst: • 50 bis 80 Gew.-% des Copolymers; • 0,5 bis 2 Gew.-% der UV-Licht-Stabilisatorverbindung; • 0,2 bis 0,6 Gew.-% der Antioxidansverbindung auf Phenolbasis; • 0,3 bis 1,0 Gew.-% der Aminfängerverbindung. - Film wie in Anspruch 4 beansprucht, wobei die Basisschicht (
301 ) des Weiteren umfasst: 20 bis 30 Gew.-% PVC zusätzlich zu dem Copolymer. - Film wie in einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche beansprucht, wobei die UV-Schutzschicht auf Acrylbasis (
302 ) des Weiteren eine Mehrzahl verschiedener UV-Absorberverbindungen umfasst. - Film wie in einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche beansprucht, wobei die UV-Schutzschicht auf Acrylbasis (
302 ) des Weiteren umfasst: mindestens eine Art von Gehinderte-Amin-Licht-Stabilisator-Verbindung („hindered amine light stabilizer”, HALS). - Film wie in einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche beansprucht, wobei die Basisschicht (
301 ) des Weiteren umfasst: ein gedrucktes Design oder Muster, das sichtbar ist durch die UV-Schutzschicht auf Acrylbasis (302 ). - Film wie in einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche beansprucht, wobei die Dicke der Basisschicht (
301 ) größer ist als die Dicke der Schutzschicht auf Acrylbasis (302 ). - Fenster und/oder Rahmen, umfassend einen Film gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
- Tür und/oder Türrahmen, umfassend einen Film gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
- Wintergartenstrukturelement, umfassend einen Film gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
- Gebäudestrukturelement, umfassend einen Film gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
- Architekturzubehörteil, umfassend einen Film gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines flexiblen Laminatfilms zur Beschichtung eines Substrats (
300 ), umfassend: das Bilden einer flexiblen Basisschicht (301 ) als eine hauptsächliche Komponente; und das Laminieren der Basisschicht (301 ) mit einer UV-Schutzschicht auf Acrylbasis (302 ), umfassend einen UV-Absorber, um einen flexiblen Laminatfilm zu bilden; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass: die Basisschicht (301 ) ein Pfropfcopolymer aus einem Polyacrylat und PVC umfasst.
