Description
Circuit arrangement for synchronizing electrical waves In The paper, textile and machine tool industries are increasingly using synchronous drives used with electric waves. Before starting up such a synchronous drive the electric shaft must be synchronized. The synchronization of an electrical Wave usually happens when the synchronous groups are at a standstill. Under sync one understands the alignment of the runners to the same spatial phase position and that Establish the switching connections required for synchronism between the Wave machines and the network.
It is well known that the shaft machines cannot be connected directly to the three-phase network in three phases, since the two rotors are accelerated to different degrees towards the synchronous phase system due to the asymmetry of the torques. In particularly unfavorable starting position of the two rotors can then come to an asynchronous run-wave machines. This is electrically the case in particular with a relative angular position of the two rotors in the vicinity of 1801. In order to avoid asynchronous start-up under all circumstances, the synchronization is carried out in stages . For this purpose, for example, only two power supply lines are initially switched on. The third network connection is established when the rotors are in the synchronous position with single-phase excitation. are brought. With a single-phase mains connection, asynchronous start-up of the wave machines is not to be feared, since the torque characteristic of the single-phase excited electric shaft is symmetrical at standstill.
The alignment of the rotors to the synchronous phase position usually takes place in the form of an oscillation which, depending on the actual damping, decays more or less quickly. The electromagnetic attenuation is particularly weak with a simple mains connection and an open third line. In order to accelerate the decay of the transient movement to the synchronous position, the synchronization is carried out in three stages with low mechanical damping.
Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of such a known circuit. 1 and 2 denote the two wave machines which are connected to one another on the rotor side via lines 3 and can be connected to a three-phase network 6 on the stator side via lines 4 and contacts 5 of a contactor. With 7 and 8 , the contacts of other contactors are referred to, the mode of operation will be explained below. In the first switching stage, the contactor contacts 5 are closed. In this way, two terminals of each wave machine are connected to the network. This initiates the alignment movement of the rotor of the wave machine. The third winding phases of the wave machines are then connected to one another with the aid of the contactor contacts 7. Under certain circumstances it can be useful that these winding phases are additionally connected to one of the first phases, which is indicated by the dashed line and the normally closed contact of the contactor 8- . This considerably improves the damping of the vibrations. In the third switching stage, the final three-phase mains connection of the two wave machines 1 and 2 is finally established by closing the working contact of the Sdhützes 8 . These known synchronization circuits have the disadvantage that incorrect synchronization cannot be ruled out with certainty. If z. As the rotor prior to synchronizing are precisely in opposition position, then namely for single-phase power supply, the torque is zero, and remain the rotor in this position. If the third power line is then switched on, the wave machines run up like asynchronous motors at different speeds. In the case of important systems, however, incorrect synchronization of the track drives can lead to sensitive disruptions in the operational process.
It is also known to improve these known circuit arrangements in order to avoid incorrect synchronization, namely by changing the relative position of the fields in the wave machines step by step before initiating the actual synchronization process, the rotors always taking the desired position in the last step . The object of the invention is to create an improved arrangement in which the wave machines consume the same power in each synchronizing stage. This object is inventively achieved in that is produced in the first stage by Ehischaltung of two different phase windings of the two wave machines "an angular difference between the fields, and this is in each case made in the second stage by switching on a further phase winding to zero.
As can be seen by comparison with FIG. 1 results, the cost of switching devices is completely the same. Effectively the same parts are again provided with the same reference numbers. The circuit arrangement according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 in that when the contactor contacts 5 are closed in the first switching position, not the same, but different winding phases of the two Wellerunmaschinen 1 and 2 are excited.
. # - 9 Öffnen der Schützkontakte 8 wird der Synchronisierungsvorgang abgeschlossen (F i g. 3 e.In Fig. 3 shows the stator windings of the two wave machines 1 and 2 and their field vectors for the individual switching operations. F i g. 3 a shows the switching state when the contacts 5, F i g are closed. 3 b shows the switching state during the closing of the contacts 5 and 7, and F ig # 3 c shows the switching state during the closing of the contacts 5, 7 and 8. As F i g 3 a shows close in the illustrated different excitation of the phase windings which both field vectors 01 and e. an angle of 600 electric. The runners initially align themselves with this position. In the second switching stage the contactor contacts 7 close, whereby the aforementioned phase difference is eliminated again ( FIG. 3 b). The runners now take up the spatial SteRun. By closing or . # - 9 When the contactor contacts 8 open, the synchronization process is completed (F i g. 3 e.
With the Syngluoni $ iezimgssQhaltung according to the invention, only two running positions are possible after the first switching act, which lead to synchronous ställung in the second stage with Sigherileit. After closing the contactor contacts 5 , the runners either start moving in order to focus on the relative position of the field vectors 0, and (P, g to F i. 3 a set, or they remain in opposition position. in this FO but they are aligned in the second shawl clock in the same phase position. on closing of the contactor contacts 7, the phase difference in general 601 is electrically or - when the rotors remain in the opposition position in the first switching position - electrical 1201. Both angle differences are eliminated in the second switching stage.
In addition, it should be noted that in the vicinity of the opposition position (p qg = 180 ' el) the fields of the harmonics and their torques are extraordinarily strong. This changes the torque characteristic significantly. The opposition position, which in itself only exists as an unstable point, is thereby expanded into an angular zone with stable operating points, which, in conjunction with the frictional moments that are always present, increases the risk of incorrect switching. Due to the circuit arrangement according to the invention, these disadvantages can no longer have a disadvantageous effect.
