Description

Maschine zum Betonieren von Flächen Das Hauptpatent betrifft eine Maschine zum Betonieren von Flächen, wie Straßen, Rollfelder und Böschungen, mit der das Problem gelöst werden soll, den aufgebrachten Beton bis zur Auftragsfläche gleichmäßig zu verdichten. Die Lösung dieses Problems besteht nach Anspruch 1 des Hauptpatents darin, daß an einem zur fortlaufenden Aufnahme von fertiggemischtem Beton eingerichteten Einfülltrichter durch Fallkanäle hindurch ein federnd aufgehängter Auslauf angeschlossen ist, der nach Anspruch 3 des Hauptpatents der Einwirkung einer hochfrequenten Rüttelvorrichtung, z. B. mechanischer oder elektrischer Rüttler, ausgesetzt ist. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht nach der Erfindung bei einer Maschine, die einen sich über die Arbeitsbreite erstreckenden Auslauf aufweist, der an einem auf dem Maschinenfahrgestell verfahrbaren Betonierwagen angeschlossen ist, darin, daß die Rüttler aus am Auslaufende an der Innenseite der quer zur Arbeitsrichtung liegenden Auslaufwände angeordneten, sich über die ganze Breite des Auslaufes erstreckenden, in Kreisschwingungen versetzbaren Rohren bestehen, die über zwischengeschaltete kreisringförrnige Gummifedermittel in ihren Halterungen derart befestigt sind, daß die Schwingungen von den Auslaufwänden ferngehalten werden. Maschine zum Betonieren von Flächen, wie Straßen, Rollfelder und Böschungen, nach Anspruch 3 des Patents 862 616, mit einem sich über die Arbeitsbreite erstreckenden Auslauf, der an einem auf dem Maschinenfahrgestell verfahrbaren Betonierwagen angeschlossen ist, da - durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rüttler aus am Auslaufende an der Innenseite der quer zur Arbeitsrichtung liegenden Auslaufwände (16 und 17) angeordneten, sich über die ganze Breite des Auslaufes (6) erstreckenden, in Kreisschwingungen versetzbaren Rohren (18 und 19) bestehen, die über zwischengeschaltete kreisringförmige Gummifedermittel (24 bzw. 25) in ihren Halterungen (26 bzw. 27) derart befestigt sind, daß die Schwingungen von den Auslaufwänden (16 und 17) ferngehalten werden.
