Description
Device for stabilizing the speed of a DC-fed drive motor for clocks and the like. Addendum to patent 1110 292. The subject of the main patent is a DC-fed drive motor for clocks and the like, in which tension pulses are induced in an auxiliary coil by passing poles or teeth, ekies motor rotor. which, after amplification in an electronic amplifier stage via a motor field winding, drive the motor rotor, and in which, to change the direction of rotation of the motor rotor, a magnetically closed magnetic core or laminated body of the auxiliary coil, which is magnetically closed over the teeth or poles of the motor rotor, is arranged to be pivotable about the axis of rotation of the motor rotor Carrier g is set with respect to the teeth or poles of the motor rotor.
This engine has an asynchronous characteristic d. In other words, its speed decreases with increasing load.
The object of the invention is to provide this motor with a device for Stabilize the speed and thereby give it the characteristic of a Synchromnotors to lend.
It is already known to drive a synchronous motor with an alternating voltage generated by a tuning fork oscillator and appropriately raised in an amplifier stage. It is also known to use an oscillator of a fixed natural frequency, which is excited to oscillate by the passing poles or teeth of the motor rotor, to mechanically synchronize the rotor of the motor to some extent. While the first type of drive has two units, namely an alternating voltage generator and a synchronous motor, making this drive device relatively complex, the second type has the disadvantage that it is only able to exert a certain stabilizing effect at approximately the correct speed. If the speed is too high, the coupled oscillator quickly becomes ineffective, as the rotor spins as soon as the two links fall out of step. Likewise, the stabilizing effect is lost if the speed drops below the target speed, even for a short time. That mentioned device is by the way, only be fully effective if coupling Jie is very close. A free oscillation of the stabilizing oscillator in its natural frequency is thereby largely made obsolete again, rather it is pulled along with it.
In contrast, it is proposed according to the invention to arrange a tongue or tuning fork oscillator with an inherent frequency between the motor rotor and the auxiliary coil, which can be excited to oscillate directly (from the passing poles or teeth of the motor rotor by magnetic forces and in turn By rhythmically changing the magnetic flux penetrating the auxiliary coil, an alternating voltage with the frequency of the oscillator is induced in the auxiliary coil. Da-M, the magnetic coupling between the motor rotor and the oscillator can be so loose that the oscillator neither directly reacts on the motor rotor nor in its natural oscillation frequency is significantly influenced, i.e. is dragged along.
Details of the invention emerge from the description of two exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. 1 shows a plan view of the motor with a device according to the invention without an electronic part, FIG. 2 shows a simplified side view of a motor with another device according to the invention and with the electronic part shown in a circuit diagram.
According to the engine according to the main patent is 1 in Fig. 1 with a field coil, with 2.3 two stator halves of the engine and 4 denotes a rotor. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the rotor consists of two pole parts 5 and 6 which have tabs 7, 8 angled in the axial direction. These tabs 7, 8 are each set in a claw-like interlocking gap .
. By means of an axially magnetized permanent magnet 9 , all tabs 7 of one pole part 5 are north, all tabs 8 of pole part 6 are south poles, or vice versa. The rotor 4 is mounted in bridges via a shaft 10 , of which the upper one, 11, is visible in FIG. 1. To fasten the stator parts * 2, 3, the bridge 11 and a base plate 19 to one another, fastening bolts 13, 14, 15, 16 are provided. On the base plate 19 , a support arm 20 is arranged so that it can be moved around the shaft 10 as the pivot center. At the side, the carrier 20 has a bracket 21 which is provided with an elongated hole 22 and can be fixed to the base plate 19 with a screw 23. The pivotability of the support arm 20 is used for the most favorable setting of the parts fastened on it with respect to the rotor 4 or for reversing the direction of rotation.
In the arrangement according to FIG. 1 , a disk 36 is rotatably arranged on the support arm 20 and can be adjusted by means of a preferably eccentric screw 37. This is used to be able to precisely adjust the correct axial and radial setting of the parts fastened on the disk 36 with respect to the rotor 4. A laminated laminated core 38 is fastened to the disk 36 , over one leg of which a hoop coil 40 is pushed. Furthermore, a tongue oscillator 41 is arranged on the disk 36 on a bolt 39 so as to be movable in the vertical direction. Its two tongues 42 and 43 are oppositely magnetized and firmly connected to one another on the side facing the rotor 4 with a non-magnetic material. The tongue oscillator 41, 42, 43 and the grain 38 of the coil 40 are spatially assigned to each other in such a way that the permanent magnetism of the tongues 42, 43 influences the magnetic field in the no 38 when the tongues 42, 43 vibrate and an alternating current in the coil 40 generated by the oscillator 41, 42, 43 imposed frequency. The tongue oscillator 41, 42, 43 is in turn excited when the prongs or poles 7, 8 of the rotor 4 pass, in particular as soon as the resonance frequency of the oscillator 41 to 43 is reached.
In Fig. 2, a rod or tuning fork transducer 44 is provided instead of a tongue, which is rigidly attached to a block 45, for example a permanent magnet. A sliding weight 46 is used to set the frequency of the oscillator 44. A laminated core 47 is arranged next to the rod 44, on which a coil 48 is wound. When the poles 7, 8 of the rotor 4 pass, the rod 44 is either attracted - if the polarity is different - or repelled - if the polarity is the same. In doing so, however, it also changes the magnetic field in the laminated core 47 or in the coil 48. In the resonance state, the rod 44 vibrates with the greatest amplitude, and thus it presses the natural frequency of the entire system; on. The alternating current induced in the coil 48 controls the drive circuit for the field coil 1 via a transistor 49 operated in an emitter circuit. A supply current source is denoted by 50. As already mentioned in the main patent, two transistors connected in push-pull can also be provided. The transistor circuits known per se and their additional components, for example a capacitor for raising the resonance, a voltage divider for setting the most favorable transistor operating point, etc., are not described in detail here.
The frequency constancy of the motor described is fully determined by the accuracy of the tongue or voice vibrator whose deviation is known to be about 10-4 or 10-5 and results in a gear counter of about 9 or 0.9 seconds per day. The motor is therefore fully suitable as a direct drive for clockworks. At the same time, the problem of converting the tuning fork vibration into a rotating movement without mechanical braking of the tuning fork is reliably solved.
