You can make these extremely reactive compounds according to the procedure according to the German Auslegeschrift 1 112 732 by implementing the easy accessible Alkylphosphorigsäurechloride with the equivalent amount of a mercaptan in one produce inert organic solvents and in the presence of acid binders.
It has been found that the O, S-dialkyl iö mentioned thiolphosphorous acid chlorides with optionally substituted alcohols, phenols or thiophenols can be implemented preferably in the presence of an acid binder in such a way that the hitherto still unknown O, S-dialkylthiol or dithiolphosphorous acid ester develop. The addition of sulfur to these compounds gives the very stable OjS-dialkylthionothiol or -dithiolphosphoric acid esters. The abovementioned labile intermediates are expediently isolated here not, but sets the reaction products of O, S-dialkylthiolphosphoric acid chlorides and alcohols or (thio) phenols directly with sulfur. The method according to the invention has the advantage that it is applicable to practically all alcohols, phenols or thiophenols. One receives on this A large number of new thiophosphoric acid esters, which have good insecticidal properties and for this reason it is used as a pesticide, especially in crop protection should find.
It is already known, 0,0-Dialkylphosphorigsäurechloride, thus the homologues of the products to be used as starting materials according to the invention with compounds capable of esterification to implement the corresponding Phosphorigsäuretriestern and the latter to react with sulfur bring.
For example, German Patent 1,023,760 describes the preparation of nitroalkylthionophosphoric acid esters by reacting nitroalkyl alcohols with Ο, Ο-Dialkylphosphorigsäurechloriden and subsequent sulphurisation.
Furthermore, the subject of patent 1044 826 is a process for the production of dialkylthionophosphoric acid esters, which is characterized in that 2 or. 3-Oxyphenylsulfonamides with O, O-Dialkylphosphorigsäurechloriden be implemented, and the reaction product obtained by a subsequent Treatment with the stoichiometric amount of sulfur in the corresponding thionophosphoric acid ester convicted.

It is also known from German Patent 1,050,761 that thionophosphoric acid esters are obtained if you Ο, Ο-Dialkylphosphorigsäuresäurechloride reacted in the presence of acid-binding agents with pinacoline alcohol and then Introduces sulfur; the method according to patent 1,078,117 deals, among other things, with the implementation of Ο, Ο-dialkylphosphorous acid chlorides and alkoxybenzyl alcohols and the subsequent addition of sulfur to the intermediate products obtained.
Finally, in German patent specification 1032 247, the connections that can be produced according to the method analogous O ^ -dialkylthionodithiolphosphoric acid S-alkyl mercaptoalkyl esters described.
Diese technische Überlegenheit der Verfahrensprodukte gegenüber analogen Vergleichsverbindungen geht aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle hervor:Compared to this state of the art, there is technical progress in the claimed process in that the thiophosphoric acid esters obtainable according to the invention are compared to known ones and compounds of analogous composition which can be used for the same purpose by essentially better insecticidal properties. This technical superiority of the process products compared to analogous comparative compounds is shown in the following table:
Die erhaltenen Versuchsergebnisse sind aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle ersichtlich:The following were compared: The one obtainable according to the process O-ethyl-S-methyl-O - (/ 3-ethylmercaptoethyl) -thionothiolphosphoric acid ester (Compound 1) with the O-ethyl-S-methyl-S-i / J-äthyhnercaptoäthy ^ -dithiolphosphorsäureester known from the German patent specification 1 032 247 (Compound 2) for biological activity against aphids, flies and Bed bugs.
