Wärmetauscher für gleichzeitige oder wahlweise Erwärmung von Heizungs- und Brauchwasser, wobei mit Abstand um den mittig angeordneten Warmwasserbereiter das Heizmittel in einem schraubenlinienartig gewundenen Rohr innerhalb eines den Warmwasserbereiter seitlich umschließenden Mantelraumes für das Heizungswasser einer Sammelheizungsanlage geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Mantelraum von einem zylindrischen Außenbehälter (1) mit einem Rücklaufstutzen (e) in seinem Boden und einem Vorlaufstutzen (a) in seiner Decke gebildet ist und im Außenbehälter mit Abstand von diesem und voneinander zwei gleichachsige, schraubenlinienartig gewundene, durch einen gleichachsigen, oben und unten offenen Blechzylinder (2) voneinander getrennte Rohrschlangen (3, 4) angeordnet sind, wobei durch die äußere Rohrschlange (3) zwischen Blechzylinder (2) und Außenbehälter (1) das Heizmittel und durch die innere Rohrschlange (4) das Brauchwasser strömt (Fig. 1).
