Description
The invention relates to a magazine for storing and automatically feeding empty bobbins on automatic winder with a large number of flat, both above and next to each other arranged bobbins containing the container, which runs in pairs at an angle to each other Bottom parts merge into several guide shafts that receive the coils individually one on top of the other.
In the case of automatic winding machines, it is known to use the machines for winding fed sleeves or tubes. To store empty bobbins in such a way that the bobbins are placed in vertical guide shafts, within which the coils lie individually one above the other in a horizontal position. In this situation the each bottom bobbin released by the changing mechanism of the automatic winder and fed to the winding unit. Such stacking of the empty bobbins in vertical guide shafts has the disadvantage that the latter can only accommodate a limited number of coils. That's because the magazine slots are limited in their height dimensions, once because of the required accessibility by the operating personnel and on the other hand because of the otherwise occurring jamming of the coils. It it is therefore necessary to refill such magazines frequently.
There are also magazines for storing and automatically feeding empty bobbins to automatic winding machines became known in which the magazine consists of a large number of flat lying, both above and next to each other arranged coils containing container is made with pairs Bottom parts running obliquely to one another in several, the coils individually receiving one above the other Guide shafts passes over. In these magazines it often happens that the empty reels, in particular at the junction points of the guide shafts, jam in the magazine container and cannot enter the guide shafts in the correct position. This is especially the case when the 4 <> Magazine container is completely filled with empty bobbins, since then the upper empty bobbins are relatively press heavily on the lower coils, thus preventing them from opening up for entry into align the guide shafts accordingly. This has the consequence that also with these magazine containers only a comparatively small supply of bobbins can be accommodated, or the magazine container must be kept relatively flat, otherwise malfunctions are inevitable.
The present invention achieves the above-mentioned Problems with empty reel magazines are avoided with certainty, namely by the fact that in each case one of the oblique coil magazines leading to a guide shaft

In this way the empty bobbin supply located in the magazine container is repeatedly loosened, in particular at the most critical points of the magazine for unhindered reel tracking, namely immediately above the junction points of the guide shafts. This will ensure that the at this. Place located empty bobbins are repeatedly relieved of the weight of the overlying bobbins, so that the empty bobbins entering the guide shafts can align themselves accordingly. The consequence of which is that the new empty reel magazines are built much higher and thus also unequal Can accommodate a larger number of empty reels like the known magazines with permanently installed Inclined floor parts.
Spool containers with pivoting flaps arranged in their bottom are known per se. It acts However, it is not an empty bobbin magazine upstream of the winding machine, but a former downstream container for receiving wound bobbins. The swivel flaps are also used here not for the occasional loosening of the bobbins in the container, but to provide them only closure members for openings located in the container bottom through which the coils in the Container are filled. The swivel flaps here only form locking flaps when they are swiveled in In addition, no lifting of the overlying coils already located in the container he follows. These locking flaps are therefore neither in terms of shape nor in terms of effect with the pivotable ones To compare inclined floor parts of the subject invention.
Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung besitzt jeder einschwenkbare Schrägbodenteil an seinem zum Führungsschacht weisenden Ende ein nach untenAccording to a further feature of the invention, each pivotable sloping base part has on its to the end pointing downwards

Dadurch wird sichergestellt, daß die im Spulenbehälter befindlichen Hülsen, bevor sie in den Führungsschacht gelangen, gewissermaßen vorsortiert werden, so daß sich ein gleichmäßiger, unbehinderter Spulentransport ergibt.angled guide plate which is essentially curved in accordance with its pivoting circle, which when pivoted Inclined base part with the opposite, fixed inclined base part a guide slot of forms at least one coil width corresponding width. This will ensure that the in the bobbin case pods located before they get into the guide shaft, sort of pre-sorted so that there is a uniform, unimpeded package transport.
In dieser zeigtFurther details of the invention will be based on an embodiment shown in the drawing described. In this shows

The new one, with a container for a large number of both stacked and side by side Magazine provided with reels has a stationary rear wall 1 and side walls 2 and 2 '. The width of the latter is adapted to the length of the sleeves or coils. The side walls each carry one Tab 3, on which the front wall 4 by means of screws 5 or the like. Fastening means is to be attached. By loosening the screws 5, the front wall 4 easily remove.
Spulen Platz.Bearings 6 are arranged in the rear wall of the magazine, each in the present exemplary embodiment four of them. In the bearings 6 pivot shafts 7 are rotatably mounted, at the ends of each one outside of the bobbin case arranged operating lever 8 is attached. On the pivot shafts 7 is in each case by means of a pin 9 an inclined base part 10 'is attached, which is connected to a respective opposite, stationarily arranged inclined base part 10 "" forms a downwardly tapering shaft, which merges into a guide shaft 11 located below, in which the coils individually one above the other lie. The pivotably mounted sloping base part 10 ′ is at its side facing the guide shaft 11 facing end provided with a downwardly angled guide plate 10 "which is essentially the Swivel circle is bent accordingly. The guide plate 10 ″ has an angled portion at its free end 10 '", which in the pivoted-in state of the inclined base part 10' on the associated side wall of the guide shaft 11 is applied. The guide plate 10 ″ of the pivotably mounted sloping base part 10 'is designed so that it is in the pivoted state with the opposite sloping bottom part 10 "" forms a guide slot, the width of which corresponds to the width of a reel. In this guide slot there is only space for one row of individually stacked sleeves or coils.
To start up the reel magazine, the sleeves or empty reels C are inserted by hand with the front wall 4 removed. If the magazine is sufficiently full, the front wall 4 is attached, whereby the sleeves are limited in their longitudinal direction. By the known changing mechanism of the automatic winder or by a control movement derived from another point of the automatic winder, the pivoting inclined base parts 10 'are set in corresponding pivoting movements during operation of the magazine via the lever 8, within the limits shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the present exemplary embodiment intended for four-spindle automatic winder, the actuating levers 8 fastened to the four pivot shafts 7 are connected to one another via bolts and a coupling rod 13. The latter is moved accordingly by a control lever 14 driven by the changing mechanism of the automatic winder or a similar drive device, which is mounted on the rear wall 1 of the magazine by means of a bolt 15. The control lever 14 is articulated to the coupling rod 13 via a slot guide 16 and a bolt 17 engaging therein.
Due to the pivoting movement of the inclined base parts 10 ', the tube or empty bobbin supply in the magazine is constantly loosened, so that the tubes or empty bobbins C have the opportunity to sort themselves into the guide shafts 11 due to their gravity. The respective lower bobbin is released from these shafts by means of a known sliding device in the rhythm of the bobbin change and fed to the associated winding unit.
