Description
Process for the production of pole systems for electrical machines with low power The invention relates to a method for producing pole systems for electrical machines, preferably for low-power machines like them in particular as motors are used to an ever greater extent. The invention refers in particular to single-phase AC motors that use a two-phase Pole system and a two-phase winding are executed. The invention aims a method of manufacturing a stand, the manufacturing cost of which is significant below those of the previously known.
The stand is built up from a number in the finished pole system side by side and a ring forming profile iron, and the method according to the invention is characterized in that all belonging to a pole system and each with a complete groove comprising profile iron in a winding device the slot openings are clamped to the outside that the coils are directly in the profile iron wound and then removed with the associated profile iron from the device and put together to form a ring.
The time consuming and expensive work of winding machines with the The usual form of the stator consists, as is known, in the winding of the coils and their insertion in punched grooves of the stand or in grooves of the stand built up of a number of profile irons, each having a complete groove or part of it include, and further in the interconnection and isolation of the individual coils. Threaded windings have also been used, but this is even more expensive than the above method. According to the invention, this work can thereby be based on a minimum can be reduced that the profile iron at the same time as a winding template can be used for the coils. The profile iron is -so in a clamping device arranged that they have two parallel sides of a square turned outwards Form openings. As many profile irons are placed on the first two profile irons, as are necessary to assemble the stand. The coils are then inserted directly into the profile iron wound, going straight from one reel to the other until one Phase is finished, then you continue with the next phase. If the Coils are finished wound, they are together with their associated profile iron taken out of the jig and combined into a ring, after which they be pressed into a circular ring, or they can advantageously with a binder, e.g. B. epoxy resin, are poured together. With this method you can remove one end shield at the same time as the cast iron is poured in Pour the same material that is used as a binding agent for the profile iron.
You can give the profile iron a U-shape and they with the openings assemble to the outside in such a way that a stator ring is formed. The U-shape is expediently achieved by drawing or punching and crimping. To the To reduce magnetic scattering, the U-shaped profile iron can be used to the greatest extent Slotted part of their length in the middle, or they may be slotted in their A band made of non-magnetic material was obtained in the middle. After a coil side or Groove winding has been wound in a groove, trapezoidal laminated cores can be used In the profile iron are introduced to a circular core of magnetic To form material around the windings.
You can also make the profile iron from stamped pieces of sheet metal with a the cross-section of the profile iron build the same shape and this to profile iron join together of the desired length. In this case, you can put the sheet metal pieces in hold the profile iron together with rivets or by removing the entire surface the profile iron or a part of it is covered with a binding agent. When the binder is insulating, e.g. B. nylon, it can be compression molded into a layer that contains the Area of the groove covered. This has the advantage that none special groove insulation needs to be used.
As an embodiment of the invention, the drawing shows a stand, 1 shows a radial section, FIG. 2 shows a side view, FIG. 3 shows a perspective one way of winding the stator, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the assembly of the stand and FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the stand. In Fig. 1 and 2 designates 22 the stator of a two-pole two-phase alternating current motor. The stand is composed of twelve U-shaped profile iron 13. Six profile irons belong to each phase in such a way that three coils are formed per phase. The winding coils 14 and the magnetic, trapezoidal ones are located in this profile iron Laminated cores 15. In order to obtain sufficient mechanical strength, the U-shaped Profile iron encased by a binder mass 16.
In Figs. 3 and 4, 20 denotes an axis which is one of the parts 23, 18, 19 existing, disassembled jig carries. A pen 21 penetrates the entire clamping device and ensures the correct position of the individual parts. In Figs. 3 and 4, the U-shaped profile sheets are denoted by 1 to 12, the Windings with 14 and the inserted laminated cores with 15. The windings over the profile sheets 1 to 5, 11 to 6, 12 to 7, 4 to 9, 2 to 10 and 3 to 8 form Coils, and coils 1 to 5, 12 to 7 and 11 to 6 form the one phase while the coils 2 to 10; 4 to 9 and 3 to 8 form the other phase. These phases can expediently via the phase connections 24, 25, 26 and 27 according to a known method with capacitors connected in parallel or in series to achieve a desired Phase angle between phases, or some other method can be used which produces the same effect can be used. Fig. 4 shows how the U-shaped Profiled sheets are combined to provide the required circular stand for to obtain a two-phase system.
In Fig. 5, another embodiment of the invention is in section shown. In the figure, 13 denotes the profile iron, 14 the slot windings, 17 Binder and insulation, 28 insulation and 16 a binder for Holding the stand together. This embodiment differs from that in Fig. 1 and 2 embodiments shown only in that the profile iron according to their Assemble to a stand ring have their openings in the direction of the circumference. This embodiment has different constructions than those shown in FIGS the advantage that the profile iron is not filled with laminated cores or in a ring made of magnetic material need to be inserted into a ring made of magnetic Material to form the windings. However, this construction has the disadvantage that the slot windings must be rotated 90 ° after the slot windings have been wrapped. If the windings are not wrapped too tight, this is it can be carried out without difficulty. Although the method of making one Motor with a two-pole and two-phase design has been described, it is clear that the same principle applies to motors with a larger number of poles and a greater or lesser number of phases can be used. The procedure is also not limited to motors, but also applies to electrical machines in general.
