Self-starting synchronous small motor with in addition to one face of the
Runner arranged on the same axis excitation coil The invention relates to a
self-starting synchronous small motor. There are versions of such engines known
in which the rotor is located on one end of the stator in a stator pole tooth cage
is located; here the excitation coil is parallel between the end faces of two
arranged to the rotor lying stator laminations, which at the edge with the stator pole cage
bent pole prongs provided from main and auxiliary poles and through over the pole prongs
pushed short-circuit rings are centered against each other. All known engines
this type have an extremely complicated structure, so that except for one
expensive manufacture they still have the disadvantage that each motor is only for one
Performance is appropriate because you don't have different types of runners in one and the same
Can use stand. An advantageous solution would be to build
of the motor in such a way that the rotor can be replaced without special tools
and is possible without special centering means.
According to the invention, a simple type of self-starting

that to change the torque with constant power consumption of the rotor
can be exchanged. While at low torques one is known per se

to hold together continuous screws. However, in the known engines
the screws are not used in the combination indicated above. the
particularly simple design, which is achieved by the latter, is based on the
The embodiment shown in the drawing clearly emerges.

The drawing shows a section through the small synchronous motor. With
1 and 2, the stator laminations are referred to, which at their outer ends to the
Pole prongs 3 and 4 are bent up. At the same time, the lower stator lamination 1 is still
bent out two angles, which are used to screw the motor together. Between
the excitation coil 6 is arranged in the middle of the two stator laminations
a bearing 7 for receiving the rotor axis 8 of the rotor 9 is located. The second
Bearing 10 of the rotor axis is located in the cover 11, which holds the motor as a whole
and in particular the stator pole prong cage formed by the pole prongs of the two stator laminations
ends at the top. The cover 11 is by means of the screws 12 with the approach angles

Short-circuit rings 13 pushed, which at the same time centering the two stator laminations
enable each other.
