Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Messen der Positionsänderung eines beweglichen Messcantilevers (4) mit funktionalisierter Beschichtung (5) in einer Messzelle (1) mit einem Interferometer faseroptischer Bauform, wobei durch Einsatz eines Referenzcantilevers (7) samt zugeordnetem eigenem Interferometer und einer Hebevorrichtung zur variablen Einstellung des Arbeitsabstandes zwischen dem Messcantilever (4) und zugeordneter Faser (8) sowie Referenzcantilever (7) und zugeordneter Faser (9) durch Fremdeinflüsse hervorgerufene Störeffekte ermittelt und bei der Auswertung berücksichtigt werden können. Alternativ oder zusätzlich zur Änderung des Arbeitsabstandes kann die Wellenlänge des in den Interferometern eingesetzten Lichtes gezielt verändert werden.
