Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
Industrial gases such as furnace gas, flue gas and the like are usually dedusted in washing towers with built-in atomizing nozzles for a washing liquid as well as opening into the lower part Raw gas inlet connection and clean gas discharge connection connected to the head. The cleaning effect in such washing towers is often unsatisfactory.
For other dedusting tasks that are less important, dedusting To cope with large amounts of industrial gases, it is known to initially use the dusty gas to saturate with water vapor, to oversaturate this gas saturated with water vapor and this to subject gas saturated and supersaturated with water vapor to sudden cooling as well as that the resultant gas overloaded with water mist after the sudden cooling by a rain of water droplets wash so that the dust can be precipitated. These known procedural measures are achieved in that the air or gas flow in order to carry out its cooling through a venturi-like nozzle switched into the treatment path and in the area of the nozzle constriction is additionally cooled by supplying a cold medium. It becomes a cooling off essentially the flow energy of the gas stream to be cleaned is used and also for Improvement of the cooling with the help of a spray nozzle water in finely divided droplets into the Gas stream injected. Such measures for dedusting gases are suitable, although the method is advantageous in itself, not for dedusting large amounts of industrial gas, such as furnace gas and the like., which is obtained relatively unpressurized and therefore initially for cleaning according to this known method provided with sufficient kinetic energy, d. H. with a blower for large flow rates would have to be accelerated. The acceleration of the total amount of gas to be cleaned needs a large amount of energy and would therefore disadvantageously increase the cost of dedusting. The invention has set itself the task of Degree of dedusting of a device for dedusting industrial gas, such as furnace gas, flue gas and the like from a washing tower with built-in atomizing nozzles and opening into the lower part Raw gas inlet nozzle and clean gas outlet nozzle connected to the head to improve.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, an den Kopf des Waschturmes eine Rückführungsleitung für einen Teil des Reingases anzuschließen und diesen Teil Vorrichtung zur Entstaubung von IndustriegasThe invention consists in a return line for one at the head of the washing tower To connect part of the clean gas and this part device for dedusting industrial gas

According to a preferred embodiment, a water separator is connected upstream of the fan. In detail the invention is expediently realized that in the raw gas inlet nozzle of the washing tower a venturi-like nozzle is installed, into which the return line opens, and that a nozzle arrangement for injecting water into the raw gas inlet nozzle in front of the Venturi nozzle is.
The advantages achieved by the invention are primarily to be seen in the fact that the described simple measures is achieved to first saturate a dusty gas with water vapor and this with water vapor saturated or supersaturated gas a sudden cooling by entering the To suspend the washing tower, with the formation of water mist that loads the dust and with it in the Wash tower can be easily washed out. The degree of dedusting can be achieved without additional expenditure of energy can be greatly improved in this way.
In the following, the invention is illustrated schematically on the basis of a merely one exemplary embodiment Drawing of a device according to the invention explained in more detail.

Saturation of the still hot, uncleaned furnace gases with water a nozzle ring 8, so that this Enters the nozzle 7 saturated. In the nozzle 7, the saturated furnace gas with a partial flow of the already cooled furnace gas mixed, the mixture being supersaturated by cooling the furnace gases. As a result of the supersaturation, the water condenses on the dust particles contained in the gas, whereby instantaneously by condensation of the water or any other introduced, evaporated liquid even the finest dusts, such as aerosols, can be wetted. These wetted dusts can then, for. B. by impact body etc. are brought to the deposition in a manner known per se. In the one shown in the figure Example finds a further injection of through nozzle rings 9 within the washing tower Water and thus a cooling and at the same time further cleaning of the gas takes place.
