Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Nockenwellenversteller zur variablen Ventilsteuerung in einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem Antriebsrad (1), das von einer Kurbelwelle der Brennkraftmaschine antreibbar ist, und mit einem Rotor (2), der zwischen zwei Endanschlägen durch Hydraulikmittelbeaufschlagung gegen die Federkraft von Federmitteln (4) relativ zum Antriebsrad (1) verdrehbar in diesem gelagert ist, wobei ein drehfest mit dem Rotor (2) verbundener Deckel (5) die Federmittel (4) axial abdeckt und gegen ein Auswandern sichert und am Außendurchmesser des Federdeckels (5) ein Triggerrad (10) zur Ermittlung der relativen Phasenlage des Nockenwellenverstellers integriert ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Verwendung zumindest eines Nockenwellenverstellers in einer Nockenwellenanordnung zur variablen Ventilsteuerung in einer Brennkraftmaschine. Der Nockenwellenversteller weist ein Antriebsrad, das von einer Kurbelwelle der Brennkraftmaschine antreibbar ist, und einen Rotor auf, der zwischen zwei Endanschlägen durch Hydraulikmittelbeaufschlagung gegen die Federkraft von Federmitteln relativ zum Antriebsrad verdrehbar in diesem gelagert ist. Hierbei deckt ein drehfest mit dem Rotor verbundener Deckel als sogenannter Federdeckel die Federmittel axial ab und sichert diese gegen axiales Auswandern. Da am Außendurchmesser des Deckels ein Triggerrad zur Ermittlung der relativen Phasenlage des Nockenwellenverstellers integriert ist, werden ein zusätzliches Triggerrad und der dafür benötigte Bauraum eingespart.The object is solved by the features of

Erfindungsgemäß wird zur Ansteuerung zumindest einer Nockenwelle der Nockenwellenanordnung zumindest ein Nockenwellenversteller mit einem in diesen zur Ermittlung der relativen Phasenlage desselben integrierten Triggerrad verwendet.
