Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein netzartiges gewirktes elastisches Material, welches aus einer Wirkware aus unelastischen Fäden besteht, die die Matrix bilden und welche zusätzliche Fäden aufweist, die aus einem elastischen Material bestehen. Das netzartige gewirkte Material weist durch die Verwendung der zusätzlichen elastischen Fäden eine gewisse Elastizität auf, wobei durch die Maschenweite des Wirkverfahrens der Matrix die Dehnbarkeit der zusätzlichen elastischen Fäden im elastischen Bereich nicht oder nur wenig eingeschränkt wird. Die Erfindung schlägt nun vor, zusammen mit den zusätzlichen elastischen Fäden wenigstens einen zusätzlichen unelastischen Faden zu verarbeiten, wobei dieser derartig in Form von Schlaufen in die Matrix eingebracht ist, dass die Matrix dehnbar bleibt. Die Dehnbarkeit der Matrix geht dabei jedoch auf die Länge der Schlaufen des verwendeten wenigstens einen zusätzlichen unelastischen Fadens zurück und ist geringer als die maximale Elastizität der elastischen Fäden unter Berücksichtigung der Länge der Schlaufen der elastischen Fäden. Description

Elastische netzartige gewirkte Materialien werden häufig verwendet, um Sicherungsnetze in Fahrzeugen herzustellen. Auch als Gepäcknetze, beispielsweise in der Rückseite des Vordersitzes bei PKWs, Bussen oder Flugzeugen und anderen Transportmitteln, finden diese Verwendung. Hierdurch kann das netzartige gewirkte Material gedehnt werden und die Elastizität der elastischen Fäden ausgenutzt werden. Die unelastischen Fäden können jedoch nur so weit gestreckt werden, wie die Schlaufen, in die sie gelegt wurden, dies zulassen. Ist das in den Schlaufen der unelastischen Fäden vorhandene Material gestreckt, kann eine weitere Dehnung des netzartigen Materials nicht mehr erfolgen. Es wird also die maximale Dehnung des netzartigen gewirkten elastischen Materials beschränkt. Der Punkt der maximalen Dehnung des netzartigen gewirkten Materials wird dabei so gewählt, dass die elastischen Fäden zwar im Bereich ihrer elastischen Verformung sind, um die Elastizität des netzartigen Materials nicht einzuschränken, jedoch noch nicht der Bereich der plastischen Verformung der elastischen Fäden erreicht ist. Die Dehnung des netzartigen gewirkten elastischen Materials im Bereich der plastischen Verformung der elastischen Fäden wird damit verhindert.
