Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Formteil, insbesondere Trägerbauteil (2) eines Innenverkleidungsteils für ein Kraftfahrzeug, welches flächig ausgeführt ist, und eine plane und/oder dreidimensionale Kontur aufweist, wobei das Formteil aus einem faserverstärkten Kunststoff besteht und einen umlaufenden Bauteilrand (4) aufweist. Das Formteil soll derart weitergebildet werden, dass es einfach herstellbar, qualitativ hochwertig ist und dass das hergestellte Formteil insbesondere eine hohe Maßhaltigkeit aufweist. Um dies zu erreichen weist der Bauteilrand (4) eine Anzahl erster und zweiter Randbereiche (11, 12) auf, wobei die zweiten Randbereiche (11) mit Strukturen ausgebildet sind. Die im Kunststoff eingebetteten Fasern im Bereich der Strukturen (9) im zweiten Randbereich besitzen eine abweichende Faserorientierung im Vergleich zu den eingebetteten Fasern in den benachbarten ersten Randbereichen (12). Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Formteil, insbesondere ein Trägerbauteil eines Innenverkleidungsteils für ein Kraftfahrzeug, sowie ein Spritzgusswerkzeug zur Herstellung eines Formteils. The invention relates to a molded part, in particular a carrier component of an interior trim part for a motor vehicle, as well as an injection molding tool for producing a molded part.
Formteile werden als Trägerbauteile für Innenverkleidungsteile von Kraftfahrzeugen eingesetzt und werden beispielsweise in einem Kunststoff-Spritzgießverfahren hergestellt. In weiteren Verfahrensschritten können diese Formteile als Instrumententafeln, Mittelkonsolen, Türinnenverkleidungen, Dachhimmel weiterverarbeitet werden. Mittlerweile werden im Automobilbau für diese Formteile hauptsächlich faserverstärkte Kunststoffe eingesetzt. Dieser Faser-Kunststoff-Verbund ist ein Werkstoff, der aus Verstärkungsfasern und einer Kunststoffmatrix besteht. Faser-Kunststoff-Verbunde weisen hohe spezifische Steifigkeiten und Festigkeiten auf. Die Formteile bzw. die Innenverkleidungsteile sind flächig ausgeführt und weisen eine plane oder durch das jeweilige Design vorgegebene dreidimensionale Kontur auf. Des Weiteren sind beispielsweise Durchbrüche, Ausnehmungen für Baugruppen, Bedienelemente, Elektronikkomponenten etc. vorgesehen. Wie bereits oben stehend beschrieben, werden die Formteile in einem Spritzgießverfahren aus einem faserverstärkten Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt. Derartige Kunststoffe sind beispielsweise thermoplastische Kunststoffe wie Polypropylen (PP), Polyamid (PA), Polycarbonat (PC), Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol (ABS), Blends usw.. Als Verstärkungsfasern werden beispielsweise Glasfasern, Langglasfasern, Kohlenstofffasern eingesetzt. Bei der Verarbeitung dieser Konstruktionsmaterialien im Spritzgießverfahren, insbesondere bei der Herstellung von oben genannten Formteilen, kommt es allerdings beim fertiggestellten Trägerbauteil häufig zum Verzug. Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, dass bei von im Spritzgießverfahren hergestellten Kunststoff faserverstärkten Formteilen, insbesondere bei glasfaserverstärkten Bauteilen in den Randschichten eine hohe Schwindungsanisotropie auftritt. An Bauteilkanten stellt sich beim Spritzgießen ein Faserorientierungstensor von nahezu 1,0 ein. Das bedeutet, dass an den Bauteilrändern bzw. Kanten ein hoher Orientierungsgrad erfolgt und die Fasern sich nahezu parallel zu dem Bauteilrand bzw. der Bauteilkante ausrichten. Der hohe Orientierungsgrad an den Bauteilrändern wirkt stark verzugsfördernd, weil die Schwindung in einer Richtung blockiert wird. Der üblicherweise auftretende Verzug im Formteil wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch vermieden, dass der Bauteilrand sowie vorzugsweise alle im Bauteil angeordneten Randbereiche die Ausnehmungen, Durchbrüche usw. begrenzen mit Strukturen versehen sind, die eine Richtungsänderung der Fasern bewirken.
