The invention relates to a method for repairing a fiber composite component specified in the preamble of claim 1. Art.
It is the object of the present invention to provide a simplified method for repairing a fiber composite component.
This object is achieved by means of a method for repairing a fiber composite component having the features of patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments with expedient and non-trivial developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
- – Herstellen eines im Wesentlichen der Kontur des Reparaturbereichs entsprechenden Modellierkörpers an dem Faserverbundbauteil;
- – Entfernen des Modellierkörpers von dem Faserverbundbauteil;
- – Anbringen und Aushärten von zumindest einer Faserlage an dem Modellierkörper;
- – Anbringen der zumindest einen ausgehärteten Faserlage an dem Reparaturbereich des Faserverbundbauteils;
- - Producing a substantially the contour of the repair area corresponding modeling on the fiber composite component;
- Removing the modeling body from the fiber composite component;
- - attaching and curing at least one fiber layer to the modeling body;
- - Attaching the at least one cured fiber layer to the repair area of the fiber composite component;
- - Lamination of further fiber layers on the fiber layer by filling the filler.
In contrast to the known methods, in which usually CAD or CAM data sets of the component to be repaired must be accessed, the method according to the invention can also be implemented with relatively simple means by using the modeling body, so that the method is also suitable for use is suitable in workshops. The fact that at least one fiber layer is attached to the modeling body and cured and then attached only to the repair area of the fiber composite component, can be achieved with a relatively low cost in a simple way a fairly tailor-made production of at least one fiber layer suitable for the area of the fiber composite component to be repaired , Since the further fiber layers are only then laminated to the already attached fiber layer to form the entire filler, this repair method is particularly suitable for applications with a one-sided accessibility, as is usually the case with vehicle bodies to be repaired.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that a film is stretched over the repair area and the modeling body is produced on this film. By means of such a film, at least approximately the original shape of the cut or removed defective region of the fiber composite component can be reproduced in a simple manner. Furthermore, the modeling body can then be attached to the film and this can be removed from the fiber composite component relatively inexpensively by means of the film, and thus also the modeling body can be removed from the fiber composite component in a simple manner.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that attached to the repair area a plurality of flexible elements comprehensive auxiliary construction and the film is attached to this auxiliary structure. The flexible elements may, for example, be flexible strips in the form of plastic parts and / or elastically deformable, back-fed elements. By means of such an auxiliary construction, a relatively stable base can be formed, on which the modeling body can be produced.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the auxiliary structure is attached with magnets to the fiber composite component. On the one hand, the auxiliary structure can thus be relatively easily attached to the fiber composite component and removed therefrom again; on the other hand, damage to the fiber composite component can be avoided by the magnetic attachment.
A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that after the removal of the defective component area, the edges of the repair area are busied. In other words, the edges of the repair area are formed stepwise, for example, by milling or the like, whereby the defective fiber composite component can be repaired in a simpler manner.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the fiber layers are cut to complement the bustled edges of the repair area. In other words, the filler is formed substantially as a negative of the occupied component area and accurately inserted into this and connected thereto. This allows a particularly accurate and durable repair of fiber composite component allows.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that respective markings are provided on the film, by means of which the dimensions of the at least one fiber layer are identified. As a result, the fiber layer can be attached in a particularly simple manner to the film or to the modeling body, so that it can be introduced into the area of the fiber composite component to be repaired after or after its curing.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the modeling body is produced in layers of a UV-curing plastic. As a result, the modeling body can be produced in a particularly fast and simple manner.

After curing, this molded repair insert is ready for flush insertion into the bottom CFRP fabric layer. Final adjustments can be made, for example, in the way that a magnetic counterpart is placed below the repair fabric and so the repair fabric is placed on the magnet sitting on the top of the sample for fit control or for post-processing in the repair.
If the repair job is perfectly fitting, the second bottom CFRP fabric layer is laminated to the repair insert of the lowest layer and cured. After curing and, if necessary, necessary adjustment and reworking, this newly formed insert is laminated into the damaged area. If necessary, the lowermost CFK layer of the component is only insufficiently connected to the lowermost layer of the repair insert. The actual connection is made more via the second lowest layer of the repair application, which extends over the damaged area in the Schäftung and thus bridged the lowest layer of the component to the bottom fabric layer of the repair service.
Increased resin application at the repair area at the edge from the lowest to the second lowest repair layer can minimize this potential weak spot, since by inserting the repair insert into the component, the additional resin is pressed into the smallest gaps between the lowest layer of the repair insert and the component provides a bridge.
