Abstract
Description
Disadvantage of these designs is that in all embodiments, the insulating body provide a predefined geometry and unneeded space must be equipped with fillers or empty elements. Another disadvantage is that the insulating body itself have a predefined depth, which generally corresponds to the insulation thickness of facade insulation and thus specify a space that can accommodate thrust bearing, transverse tension rods and tension rods. Due to the fact that the transverse tension bars run diagonally through the longitudinal element, new installation situations for the transverse tension bars and thrust bearings always result with altered insulation thicknesses. As a result, a wide variety of designs and associated different heights and depths of the insulating elements lead to a multiplication of shapes, tools and storage costs. Furthermore, these solutions are not suitable due to their design form, for example, to be assembled and configured by the customer on site, ie on site. As a result, the elements are completely configured and assembled as a component in the factory of the manufacturer. Since these components are very cumbersome in the composite of insulating body and pushed-tie rods, it is difficult to transport these elements space-saving. Also, the packaging on pallets often leads to a very elaborate design to bring the elements undamaged to the site. If today pre-assembled insulating body in the ordered form on a construction site or not otherwise required, the insulation elements are stored temporarily, often in the open, and disposed of after some time.
Another disadvantage of the known types of such insulation elements is the fact that the selected insulation material, usually an extruded polystyrene foam (EPS) pretends a certain insulating value, but excludes certain materials by this method of production. High-performance insulation materials such as vacuum insulation panels, the latest development in high-insulating mineral wool, aerogels, perlites or other insulating materials from bulk materials can not be used. Even polyurethane foams (PUR) which already enable lambda values of 0.020 are not used for this reason. Another disadvantage of these designs is that non-combustible materials such as mineral wool or foam concrete, and Dämmbetone so can not be used, although they already have the same insulation values such. B. achieve EPS. If an insulating element with fire protection capability is required, this is usually achieved by placing a fire protection plate in place. If all steel parts could be embedded in a mineral, non-combustible insulating material instead of EPS, this could be spared.
