Description
The The invention relates to a medical adhesive composition, its Uses in the field of medicine, a starting from the Adhesive composition produced or producible adhesive compound and a suitable container or container that the Contains adhesive composition.
In In the meantime, modern care surgery has come a multitude of adhesive compositions used. Often based the adhesive compositions on proteins. A well-known example of this represent fibrin glue. Fibrin glue is characterized by a good biocompatibility as well as a complete Absorbability. For example, fibrin glue is used for treatment used by bleeding wounds. A disadvantage in the case of fibrin adhesives However, this is their low adhesive power. On top of that, fibrin glue are very expensive and also a poor storage stability exhibit. So have fibrin glue for storage or storage be frozen. This, in turn, requires that the Fibrin glue must be thawed in good time before use, making the handling of these adhesives overall awkward and consuming. In addition, fibrin livers exist a certain risk for infections.
On the other hand, based on cyanoacrylate monomers have a high Adhesive force and are relatively inexpensive. Since it is synthetic Adhesive compositions is, there is also no risk of infection. The disadvantage here, however, is that cured adhesive compositions often brittle on the basis of cyanoacrylate monomers and are brittle. A low flexibility of the However, cured compositions is particular with regard to rhythmically expanding tissues, such as Lung tissue, or pulsating tissues, such as blood vessels, of Disadvantage. So there is a risk that the hardened Detach adhesive compositions from the tissue and yourself cut into the tissue. A reliable wound closure is therefore not guaranteed in such cases.
Deswegen
hinreichend beschrieben (The use of Indermil (n-butyl cyanoacrylate)

The The invention therefore has as its object, a medical adhesive composition to provide, which one after its curing biological tissues has improved adhesion without thus the remaining desired property profile for medical adhesive compositions, in particular in terms of flexural strength and curing time, in is undesirably impaired.
Beispiel 1: Untersuchung des Einflusses eines Carbonsäurezusatzes auf die Entstehung von AusblühungenExample 1: Investigation of the influence a carboxylic acid additive on the development of efflorescence
The Results shown in Table 1 show that cured Adhesive compositions containing a carboxylic acid content> 0.1 wt .-%, based on the total weight of the respective adhesive composition, led to no or no significant efflorescence.
Beispiel 2: Untersuchung der Biegefestigkeit von erfindungsgemäßen KlebstoffzusammensetzungenExample 2: Investigation of the bending strength of adhesive compositions according to the invention
Klebstoffzusammensetzungen
Beispiel 3: Untersuchung der Haftkraft von erfindungsgemäßen KlebstoffzusammensetzungenExample 3: Investigation of the adhesion of adhesive compositions according to the invention
Zwei
Schweinehautstücke von 2 × 7 cm wurden mit der
Schmalseite aneinandergelegt.
verteilt. Nach einer Aushärtezeit von 15 Minuten wurde
mit einer Zugprüfmaschine die Reißfestigkeit der
Prüfkörper bestimmt. Die hierbei erhaltenen Ergebnisse
sind in Tabelle 3 dargestellt.
In
- NCBA = n-Butyl-Cyanoacrylat-Monomere
- NCBA = n-butyl cyanoacrylate monomers
Out Table 4 shows that the addition of myristic acid in comparison to a conventional adhesive composition leads to a doubling of the load capacity of the bond.
