Abstract
Description
Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächencleaning supplies for hard surfaces
The The present invention relates to detergents suitable for cleaning hard surfaces, which occur in the household, in particular for the cleaning of tile surfaces.
Even though a variety of hard surface cleaners known is, yet alternative products are desirable. It exists particular need for detergents that are able to Soap deposits that are on such surfaces, to remove.
Kitchen and Bathroom cleaners are highly abrasive powders in the past optionally containing small amounts of surfactants and properly referred to as scouring powder. They were aggressive not only to the user's hand, but also to the surface with they were brought into contact for cleaning purposes. In some make a bleaching agent was incorporated into such scouring powders, to oxidise protective coatings oxidatively and thus their removability to facilitate. Even if modern abrasive cleaners are now clear are more skin-friendly in their composition, they rely Cleaner nevertheless essentially on the effect of the abrasive, in order to remove soiling, in particular soap deposits, which are usually derived mainly from personal hygiene, from hard surfaces, such as bathroom tiles or sinks.
Gerade das Zubereiten einer solchen die Anschmutzung durchdringenden Reinigungsmittelformulierung ist schwierig, da solche Mittel normalerweise einen unerwünschten Belag oder eine Streifenbildung nach ihrer Anwendung zeigen.to Removal of such stains will usually occur after use of the detergent, a wipe with a damp or too dry cloth required. It is also desirable that the cleaning agent the on the hard surface Contaminating penetrates and so the lifting of the soiling from the surface facilitated. Just preparing such a soiling penetrating detergent formulation is difficult as such Means usually an undesirable Show coating or banding after application.

The International Patent Application WO 97/09412 discloses a detergent composition for Removal of soap deposits. It contains a surfactant and, if that Surfactant not a tertiary Amine oxide with a longest Alkyl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms, in addition to a organic solvent, which one for it should ensure that that Agent as a clear liquid is present. In one embodiment The agent disclosed therein may also contain a bleaching agent.
In usually need the known means relatively high concentrations of active substances contained in them and / or a solvent, in addition, often a multi-component solvent system is. Others need as stated above, Ingredients that are not easily treated by the hard surface remove and cause banding or at least a rinse step with clear water. The invention presented here wants To remedy this by providing an aqueous solution that allows for easy removal allowed by soiling and especially not for reduction the gloss of hard surfaces treated therewith.
The invention is an aqueous cleaning agent for hard Surfaces, that except Water consists essentially of 0.5% to 6% by weight alkali hypochlorite, up to 6% by weight of alkali carbonate, up to 3% by weight of alkali silicate, 0.03 % By weight to 2% by weight a sequestering agent system consisting of phosphonic acid-modified polyacrylic acid and amine oxide phosphonic acid and / or their alkali metal salts, from 0.1% to 2% by weight of alkali metal hydroxide, 0.1% by weight to 5% by weight of bleach-stable surfactant and up to 1% by weight of hydrotrope, in particular in the form of an alkali metal salt of an aromatic sulfonic acid.
Such formulations are useful and very effective as hard surface cleaners such as walls, work surfaces, or floors. They are particularly suitable for the removal of, especially because of their content of hypochlorite and the other ingredients in the specified amounts Stains that occur in the kitchen and bathroom areas, including the soap deposits that are often found in bathtubs, shower cubicles or sinks.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die Mittel mehr als 70 Gew.-% Wasser, wodurch sie auch unter wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten besonders vorteilhaft sind.at the cleaning agents according to the invention is it advisable to achieve a good cleaning result, those listed above Volume ranges of the individual ingredients to be considered, if one at the same time the desirable criterion of high gloss want to fulfill the surface treated with it, without following to wipe the application of the product with clear water. Even though the individual components of the compositions according to the invention already as possible ingredients Detergents are known to be relatively diluted aqueous systems, which contain them in the specified amounts, extremely good cleaning performance show and at the same time building up deposits and banding Avoid anything else by rinsing with clear water would have to be achieved. In a preferred embodiment According to the invention, the compositions contain more than 70% by weight of water, whereby They also particularly advantageous from an economic point of view are.
One Bleaching agent in the form of hypochlorite is an essential ingredient the agents according to the invention. Bleaches per se are well known components of detergent compositions and are particularly successful in controlling mildew and mold, Stains that are in soap deposits or in community with these often to be encountered. Although other alkali metal hypochlorites, such as Potassium hypochlorite, are useful, it is preferred in the compositions of the invention Use sodium hypochlorite. In commercial aqueous sodium hypochlorite solutions often considerable Contain amounts of chloride salts.
These can be used without difficulty for the production of compositions according to the invention, so that one not necessarily rely on the use of high purity NaOCl is. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the compositions contain 1 wt .-% to 4 wt .-% sodium hypochlorite.
The agents according to the invention are alkaline and contain from 0.1 wt .-% to 2 wt .-%, in particular 0.1 Wt .-% to 1.5 wt .-% alkali hydroxide. The preferred alkali hydroxide is sodium hydroxide, and also the alkali salts that are related with the rest Ingredients of inventive compositions are preferably the sodium salts.
Compositions according to the invention contain as one component of the sequestering agent system phosphonic acid-modified polyacrylic acid and / or its alkali metal salts. As polyacrylic acids or polyacrylates are polymers based on acrylic acid having a characteristic chain building block [CH 2 -CH (COOR 1 )] -, in which R 1 is hydrogen, an alkali metal or a linear or branched hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 22, preferably 2 to 12 and in particular 3 to 8 carbon atoms, respectively. Typical examples are polymers of acrylic acid and esters thereof with methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropyl alcohol, n-butanol, isobutanol, sec-butanol, tert-butanol, pentanol, caproic alcohol, caprylic alcohol, 2-ethylhexyl alcohol, capric alcohol, lauryl alcohol, isotridecyl alcohol, Myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, palmoleyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, oleyl alcohol, elaidyl alcohol, petroselinyl alcohol, linolyl alcohol, linolenyl alcohol, elaeostearyl alcohol, arachyl alcohol, gadoleyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, erucyl alcohol and brassidyl alcohol and their technical mixtures, for example in the high pressure hydrogenation of technical methyl esters based on fats and oils or aldehydes from Roelen's oxo synthesis. The resulting polyacrylates are modified with phosphonic acid with the phosphonic acid group attachment site on the carbon chain of the acrylate polymer. The resulting polymers may have average molecular weights of the order of 300 to 50,000, preferably 1,000 to 30,000 and most preferably 5,000 to 10,000 daltons.
As a second component of the sequestering agent system, the compositions according to the invention contain alkylphosphonic acids having at least one amine oxide substituent on the alkyl group, referred to herein as amine oxide phosphonic acids, which may also be in the form of their alkali metal salts. Amine oxide phosphonic acids are normally prepared by oxidation of aminoalkyl phosphonic acids. They preferably belong to the group of compounds according to general formula (I), in which R 2 is hydrogen, a group - (CH 2 ) x (CHCH 3 ) y -NH 2 -> O or an alkali metal, x is a number from 1 to 4 and y is 0 or 1. Among the more preferred amine oxide phosphonic acids is the amine oxide based on aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid.
The Incorporation of said complexing system leads surprisingly for a particularly good gloss retention of the treated hard surfaces. This is not observed when instead other complexing agents, for example, methylglycinediacetic acid or nitrilotriacetic acid. Another object of the invention is therefore the use of a Sequestering system of phosphonic acid-modified polyacrylic acid and Aminoxidphosphonsäure and / or their alkali metal salts in a process for cleaning hard surfaces with an aqueous solution containing Alkali hypochlorite, alkali metal hydroxide and pale stable surfactant increase the gloss retention of the hard surface, in particular to increase the gloss retention of tiles. Preferably, the aqueous solution used here is a Composition according to the invention or can be easily obtained by mixing an agent of the invention with water to be obtained.
