Abstract
Description
The The invention relates to a bayonet coupling, in particular for rods such as anchor or Bohrinjektionsankerstangen, comprising a bayonet connector and a bayonet socket, wherein the bayonet plug at least one Bayonet pin and the bayonet socket at least a bayonet groove with a Nutmündung and a Nutfortsatz oriented in the coupling circumferential direction for Has entry of the bayonet pin.
A Bayonet coupling of this type is known from the German patent application 10225980.1 the applicant known. Is such a bayonet coupling in in particular rotary-striking introduction of anchors in a subsoil is used over the Bayonet pins not only transmit the torque in the clutch, but the bayonet pin is also transmitted through the impacted loaded axial load into the injection anchor. A Such combined stress adversely affects the life from, in particular with bolt welded to the bayonet connector there is a risk that after a long time Operation the weld breaks.
From that Based on the object of the invention, a bayonet coupling of the aforementioned type advantageous further, so that in particular the sensitivity to the is reduced during operation loads.
The object is achieved according to the invention first and essentially with the features that the Nutfortsatz is wider than the bayonet pin and that an axial stop of the bayonet plug against an inserted into the bayonet sleeve to an axial support surface or inserted rod or that an axial stop of the bayonet connector bounded against the bayonet sleeve the insertion depth of the bayonet plug into the bayonet sleeve, so that the Bajonettbol zen of the side wall of the groove extension, which faces away from the Nutmündung, is held in the longitudinal direction of the coupling at a distance. According to the invention results, as described below, a separation or division of different functions in a combined transmission of compressive forces and torque, in particular when introducing rods such as anchor or Bohrinjektionsankerstangen in a background, which leads to a more favorable load on the bayonet coupling. Specifically, an axial, ie acting in the longitudinal direction of the coupling or connected thereto rods compressive force is transmitted via said axial stop, so that the bayonet pin is relieved of this. The bayonet pin is thus loaded during drilling practically only with the torque transmitted to it, ie with a force acting on the bolt in the clutch circumferential direction force. The bayonet pin is thus weaker compared to the known bayonet coupling, so that it is compared to the known bayonet coupling less sensitive to the total acting on them loads. Nevertheless, according to the invention, if required, the desired further function or suitability of bayonet couplings can also be maintained for the transmission of tensile forces. The bayonet coupling can thereby serve, for example, in the handling of said rods as captive in the axial direction of pull. When the bayonet plug is inserted into the bayonet socket up to the said axial stop and the bayonet pin has entered the groove extension, either a contact suitable for axial tensile force transmission can exist between the side wall of the groove extension facing the slot mouth and the bayonet pin, depending on the width of the groove extension initially remain a distance, which passes at an axial tensile force after a corresponding movement play in a contact. By the Nutfortsatz is wider than the bayonet pin, in addition, the toleration and thus the production is simplified, and when releasing the bayonet coupling in particular under the influence of cuttings or a grout (eg. Cement milk) existing risk of Ver clamping is reduced. The positive coupling according to the invention can thus be much further and less sensitive compared to the known bayonet coupling. With regard to an axial stop of the bayonet connector serving to limit the insertion depth of the bayonet or coupling plug into the bayonet or coupling sleeve against a rod insertable into the bayonet sleeve up to an axial support surface, a preferred embodiment is seen in that the bayonet sleeve has a coupling longitudinal direction having through cavity, which forms a rod terminal portion and a plug inlet portion and into which a particular ring-like radial projection projects, the rod connecting portion assigning axial support surface for a rod, and that in the coupling longitudinal direction of the distance between the support surface and the side facing away from the groove mouth side wall of the recess smaller than the distance between the end face of the bayonet connector and its bayonet pin is. In this context, it is further preferred that in the bayonet joint a rod is introduced to the support against the formed on the bayonet sleeve axial support surface, in particular screwed that the rod at the inserted end has an at least substantially flat end face which laterally before zugt radially inward, projects beyond the axial support surface and that the bayonet plug at maximum insertion depth with its front end against the end face of the rod occurs. The particular impact or impact force acting axial force is thereby transmitted directly from the end of the bayonet connector (end face) on the end face of the screwed into the bayonet sleeve anchor, eg. An injection anchor. Also, instead of only one bayonet pin on the bayonet coupling according to the invention also two or more each other distributed on the circumference of the bayonet connector, in particular opposing bayonet pins present and provided on the bayonet joint corresponding to several, the bolt associated grooves. According to a further aspect, which may also have independent significance within the scope of the invention, it is preferred that the bayonet pin or pins are made in one piece with the bayonet connector. The production can, for example, on a CNC machine tool, preferably in only one clamping done. The pin or pins can be worked from the solid. Since there is thus no need for a welded joint between the pin and the bayonet connector, a higher material quality can be selected so that higher torques are to be transmitted. Preferably, the bayonet plug and / or the bayonet socket can also be made in one piece and therefore cost-effective, so that only two components, which are screwed on site, are required per size. Another expedient development may be that the rod connection portion of the bayonet joint and / or a rod connection portion of the bayonet connector have an internal thread for screwing provided with matching male thread rods, preferably both internal threads have the same slope sign and more preferably the same thread type. The slope sign is preferably adapted to the outgoing from the Nutmündung circumferential direction of the Nutfortsatzes that acting in a certain direction of rotation torque holds both the screw and the bayonet coupling in engagement. It is also preferred that the bayonet connector and a screwed into the bayonet sleeve rod, in particular a Bohrinjektionsankerstange, each having a continuous longitudinal opening, said longitudinal openings together form a passing through the bayonet coupling channel. For expedient development, there is also the possibility that attached to the bayonet sleeve outside a sleeve, in particular welded, which surrounds the groove mouth, preferably the entire bayonet groove, for reinforcement radially outward. To seal the bayonet coupling initially there is the possibility that an annular groove is present on the bayonet joint between the radial projection and the bayonet groove and / or between the radial projection and the internal thread into which a sealing ring, preferably an O-ring, is inserted. It is verhin changed so cheap way that pass through a Bohrinjektionsanker, ie also through the passing through the bayonet coupling channel, Verpressmittel such as cement or the like, from the inner channel directly to the bayonet separation point and their later intended release can complicate. Preferred (but not necessary) is that the bayonet sleeve with the anchor remains in the ground, while the bayonet can be removed after loosening the bayonet separation point with the drive rod from the drilling and used for further drilling. The cheap O-rings or the need to bore then only once. With regard to the preferred reusable bayonet connector, however, is preferred that adjoins the rod connection portion a reduced diameter chamber into which an elastic sealing body is inserted, wherein further preferably provided that the sealing body engages with an outer annular bead form-fitting manner in an undercut of the chamber and or in undeformed state protrudes from the chamber in the rod connection portion. This supernatant may be, for example, in the order of about 2 to 3 mm in order to compensate for any existing end-side Anwalznase on a front side to be sealed rod. Through such a so-called head gasket, a durable and captive seal against a rod, for example, a Bohrinjektionsankers and achieved in conjunction with the said O-rings on the bayonet coupling to the bayonet coupling a separation of the sealing functions. The above-explained aspect may in the context of the invention also be of particular importance independently. Furthermore, it is preferred that on the bayonet joint or on the bayonet plug a in a plane transverse to the coupling longitudinal direction extending plate, in particular a large-scale for buoyant anchorage of concrete bodies suitable top plate, attached, in particular welded.
Adverse effects in this respect and advantages will be referred to the foregoing description. Also can on such a bayonet connector one or more of the other, be described above features realized.

The invention further relates to a method for introducing a drilling injection anchor by means of a drive and injection device in a substrate, preferably in a soft ground. To achieve the above object, the invention proposes that for connecting the Bohr injection anchor to the drive and injection device, a bayonet coupling is used according to one or more of the preceding claims without top plate, in particular the bayonet joint to the remaining in the ground injection anchor and the Bayonet connector is connected to the recovered drive and injection device. Also with regard to adjusting effects and advantages, reference is made to the preceding description. Especially in soils with seasonally fluctuating groundwater levels, a method is preferred in a further development, which is referred to in the context of the invention as a method for empty drilling through soil. In this case, the procedure is such that the anchor or drill injection anchor is drilled to a desired depth of the bayonet coupling in the ground, that in particular the drilling injection anchor is pressed into the surrounding ground by means of a grout, that subsequently solved the bayonet coupling and the drive - And injection device is removed, then that the ground above and to the side of the bayonet separation point of the anchor or Bohr-Injektionsankers is dug, so that a desired height-distance position of the bayonet separation point is obtained over the bottom of the pit, then the bayonet -Trennstelle, in particular the bayonet joint, unscrewed from the drilling anchor or drilling injection anchor and a head part is screwed to the at least one large and transversely to the armature longitudinal direction extending head plate is attached and then to the buoyant anchorage of the concrete body rs the headboard is completely covered with concrete enclosing the top plate. One of the advantages of this method is that the drill can do the work from the terrain surface. When digging the excavation, eg. With an excavator, is make sure that the anchor ends located at or slightly above the level of the excavation bottom are not torn loose. On the other hand, the described use of the bayonet coupling makes work easier during excavation, since the excavation does not have to take place between a "forest" of anchoring anchors. The method can be further developed by the fact that after the excavation of the substrate, the bayonet sleeve is replaced by a diver, preferably by means of a striking key, against the provided with at least one head plate for buoyant anchorage of a concrete body headboard. The bayonet sleeve can be unscrewed by the diver and exchanged for a headboard, which has, for example, a top plate and two ball collar nuts. On the other hand, a headboard of the type described below can be used. It is also possible that a bayonet coupling is used in this method, which further has one or more of the features described above.
The Invention further relates to a head part for a drilling injection anchor, in particular for use in a method according to one or more the above described aspects of the invention, which head part at the one longitudinal end one with female threaded connection section for screwing of the drill injection anchor, at the other longitudinal end as a detachable separation point to a drive and injection device, in particular as a bayonet connector or is designed as a bayonet sleeve and between the longitudinal end one transverse to the longitudinal direction having extending plate. Such a headboard is also known from the German patent application 10225980.1. The herein provided single head plate is for buoyant anchorage of concrete bodies at a lying below a water level surface by means of a drill injection anchor suitable. The top plate may e.g. in an underwater floor slab or in an underwater concrete sole be embedded in concrete. However, it does not offer the possibility also in addition one then in the Dry construction concrete base made after the pit has been demolished to anchor against buoyancy. Based on this, the invention the task is based, a headboard of the known type nutzsvorteilhaft educate, so that in particular an additional Anchoring of placed on the underwater concrete sole concrete bodies is made possible. The object is achieved according to the invention initially and essentially by it achieved that between the longitudinal ends and axially spaced from the plate at least one further plate, preferably at several intervals from the one plate in each case a further plate is provided. Such a head part preferably has at least one longitudinal section one with an external thread provided anchor, in particular one provided with a through hole Drill injection anchor, on which a desired number of threaded sleeves with Outside fastened, preferably welded, top plate to the desired position or spaced from each other screwed and, if necessary, axially secured (for example, also by welding) are. At a Application in one of the methods described above can after the Install the drill injection anchor at its free end screwed on bayonet socket (or a bayonet plug there) be exchanged for such a headboard. For this, the headboard an additional, over the Anchor section protruding at one end threaded sleeve whose internal thread on the head end of the drill injection anchor can be screwed on. The head part according to the invention can by a Rotation of the threaded sleeves (before the axial securing) by adjusting the distance of the top plates easy to the local Be adapted to circumstances. A preferred application may be therein lie, a double anchorage of unreinforced underwater concrete sole and reinforced construction concrete sole.
