Abstract
Description
The The invention relates to a decoupling element for vibration-stressed pipelines, for the exhaust pipes in motor vehicles typical embodiments are.
Die
Aufgabe solcher Leitungselemente besteht darin, schwingbeanspruchte
Especially for the Application in exhaust systems of commercial vehicles are particularly wound metal hoses suitable because, unlike metal bellows, they have large displacements in the axial, lateral and especially torsional direction without the construction of Decoupling structure stresses. you Disadvantage, however, is the remaining residual leakage.
There worldwide legal regulations pollutant emissions from commercial vehicles clearly in the future down regulate exhaust systems will in future increasingly with aftertreatment modules such as. Soot filters and SCR systems. In particular, the SCR systems make new technical demands on the decoupling elements, because they are the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas with the addition of AdBlue (= urea) to reduce. Adblue is injected into the exhaust stream, taking it dependent on the operating and Environmental conditions to a condensation on the inner walls of the Exhaust system can come. The urea thus present in liquid form is very creepy and should not get from the exhaust system into the environment. This requires all in the exhaust systems used line elements, and in particular also the decoupling elements are at least fluid-tight.
The invention is therefore a liquid-tight decoupling element provide that one potential Escape of condensed urea into the environment avoids and thus in the future Use as a decoupling element in exhaust systems in conjunction can find with SCR systems. In fulfilling this task, the Uncouple big ones Shifts in the axial and torsional direction in particular, remain unrestricted.

Neben dem Einsatz in den Abgasanlagen von Kraftfahrzeugen kann das beschriebene flüssigkeitsdichte Entkopplungselement gleichwohl in Industrieapplikationen, wie z.B. den Abgasanlagen stationärer Turbinen, Anwendung finden.in the Adaptation to a specific case of need is also Combinations of the variants described above possible. In addition to use in the exhaust systems of motor vehicles, the liquid density described Decoupling element, however, in industrial applications, e.g. the Exhaust systems stationary Turbines, find application.
