Abstract

Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren und Schutzgas zum Non-Vakuum-Elektronenstrahlschweißen von Aluminiumwerkstoffen unter Verwendung eines Prozessgases, bei dem ein Schutzgas zusätzlich zum Prozessgas eingesetzt wird, das aus Argon oder Helium oder aus Argon mit 10 bis 90% Helium und 0,01 bis 75 Vol.-% Stickstoff und/oder 0,02 bis 25 Vol.-% Sauerstoff besteht, ermöglicht eine kostengünstige und qualitätsgerechte Werkstoffbearbeitung.
