Abstract
Das erfindungsgemäße Non-Vakuum-Elektronenstrahlschweißen von metallischen Werkstoffen mit einer Vakuum-Elektronenstrahl-Kanone und unter Einsatz von Prozessgas, bei dem mindestens ein, mittels einer erfindungsgemäßen Schutzgaszuführung (2) zusätzlich zum Prozessgas in unterschiedlicher Weise und Zusammensetzung Schutzgas (8) eingesetzt wird, ermöglicht eine optimale Prozessführung und damit eine kostengünstige und qualitätsgerechte Werkstoffbearbeitung.
