Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a single-leaf overhead overhead door with the features of the preamble of the appended claim 1, as in the alternative to a) from DE 92 02 302 U1 and in the alternative to b) known from FR 15 21 631 C1 and from DE 16 92 017 U1 is.
Die bekannten Tore der gattungsgemä ßen Art sind mit einer Kraftquelle mit Gegengewichten zum Torblattgewichtsausgleich ver sehen, deren Bewegungsbahn entlang der vertikalen Zargenholme verläuft und die jeweils mit Seilzügen, deren freie Enden im Bereich der Torblattführungselemente am Torblatt an greifen, versehen.FR 15 21 631 C1 and DE 16 92 017 U1 describe a tilting gate with a rigid one Door leaf, the upper area of which is articulated to a frame via levers and below the lever linkage via rollers or similar guide elements in the frame attached vertical guide rails is guided. The guide elements are with Distance hinged from the lower edge of the door leaf to the side edges of the door leaf. By this mechanism swings the lower edge of the door leaf during the opening process Beyond the closing level and protrudes in the horizontal opening position of the door leaf forming a roof out of the garage opening. One advantage of this type of door is the small size Space required inside the garage. There is also no need for horizontal guidance inside the garage tion rails or the like. The well-known gates of the generic Type are ver with a power source with counterweights for door leaf weight compensation see whose movement path runs along the vertical frame bars and each with cables, the free ends of which are in the area of the door leaf guide elements on the door leaf grab, provide.
DE 92 02 302 U1 describes a tilting door with a door frame and a rigid door leaf, that with its lower area on a first of the frame essentially assigned vertical guide rail and with its upper area on a second of the door frame assigned essentially horizontal guide rail is guided such that the Door leaf in the course of movement between its horizontal opening position and its verti kalen tilts in the whole. It is also a source of strength for weight balance here a counterweight device acting via cables is provided.
From EP 0 156 415 A1 and DE 37 10 237 A1 sectional doors are d. H. Gates whose Door leaves made of individual hinged to one another via hinge Panels known. The known sectional doors have a weight compensation device a massive torsion spring shaft to be installed above the door opening with two torsos onsfedern.
The from the aforementioned FR 15 21 631 C1, DE 16 92 017 U1 and DE 92 02 302 U1 In contrast to the known tilting gates, they are made up of several door leaf members formed sectional doors through simpler manufacture and assembly and therefore mostly also by their cheaper price. In particular, this type of gates can Manufactured to a high degree pre-assembled and in the pre-assembled state to the Monta be transported locally.
The object of the invention is to provide a tilting gate which in the preamble of the appended claim 1 specified type with safe and quiet function over a long service life transportable and assemble.
To solve this problem is a tilting gate mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 Art further developed by its characteristic features.
It is therefore proposed according to the invention that the power source is used as a drive shaft acting pre-assembled drive unit with gate shaft and cable drums is used. Be this gate shaft can be used particularly advantageously as a torsion spring shaft of a torsion spring Weight compensation device may be formed. This saves weight and thus transportation costs; the torsion spring shaft can already be pre-assembled at the manufacturer the. The installer only needs the door pre-assembled in the frame at the installation site align and anchor the frame in the masonry in order to close a door ready for operation receive. The door shaft itself is mounted on the frame to save space. This leaves a pre assembly of the gate shaft at the manufacturer, so that uncertainties due to faulty Mon days and the risk of injury to the assembly personnel, e.g. B. when tensioning the Fe which can be reduced when the door shaft is designed as a torsion spring shaft. The drive unit consisting of torsion spring shaft and at least one traction drum, is in its Dimension the height and width direction so that they neither to the side nor to the top ben or in the gate opening framed by the frame in the direction parallel to the frame seen above the frame. It only protrudes in the thickness direction in the ver closing room, but otherwise uses the one required for the frame Room. In this way, the fully pre-assembled gate can be transported in a space-saving manner and oh ne difficulties at the construction site in the masonry opening to be closed will fit.
Now the door shaft must be designed to be particularly compact for such an arrangement. The possible torsion spring (s) must not have a large diameter point. With the gates of the type in question is also the load on the torsion spring is completely different from, for example, a sectional door. At the gates in question The type to be compensated for is the weight of the door throughout The same course of the gate. For this reason, there are no torsion springs as Ge weight compensation device, but counterweights used because their force is the same remains, while the spring force of counterbalance springs constantly during gate travel changes. According to the compact dimensions, the torsion spring arrangement of the he gates according to the invention over a long torsion range, for example more than 20 Revolutions, be effective. For example, the torsion spring is manufac- tured by the manufacturer by approx. 30 um preloaded rotations. So the torsion spring load is just at the beginning Opening movement particularly high. During the first tests you have to reach the com a solid rod is used as the torsion spring shaft. Because of the torso A spring wave has bent a wave and an egg movement "like one Sausage "performed, resulting in restless running, shortened lifespan and undesirable Has led to noises.
According to the invention, the drive shaft referred to here as the gate shaft is now section-wise se or entirely as a hollow shaft. The gate shaft is therefore whole or in sections formed by a tube. Such a tube has a larger outside with the same mass diameter and a greater resistance bending moment than a solid shaft. This is on the one hand the deflection, even when a drive is flanged onto the door shaft and the resulting dead weight, less. A lower deflection reduces the Bearing load. Furthermore, additional support bearings can be dispensed with.
By using a hollow shaft as a door shaft and preferably as a torsion spring shaft A torsion spring device is the one mentioned above for transport and assembly extraordinarily advantageous design and arrangement of the drive unit within the area covered by the frame without disadvantages in terms of smooth running and le life time enabled.
In other types of gates with torsion spring shafts, the specific ones mentioned occur Problems don't arise. For example, the torsion spring is conical for sectional doors stressed. An egg to the extent that the tilting gates in question are invented Compact pre-assembled power source unit according to the invention does not occur there.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
. .) für die Rohre unterschiedlichen Durchmessers denk bar.The largest possible tube diameter would be desirable for the stability of the door shaft. However, there are the limited dimensions available, because the tube must be able to engage in the torsion spring and this should have a diameter have less than the height or width of the parallel frame spar. In particular, a problematic about the storage of a thick pipe, because this would on the one hand for the required compact arrangement of large bearing elements, but also with the Diameter increasing bearing friction forces result. In a preferred embodiment of the Invention is provided, the gate shaft formed with a tubular profile with different di sections, thicker sections that stabilize the shaft against bending lize, and thinner, on which the shaft is mounted. Advantageously, the wel lenends mounted and thus the end portions of the tubular shaft having a door shaft made thinner than their center extending between the bearing elements cut. Training with thinner and thicker sections is in different ways possible. According to an advantageous embodiment, the door shaft is formed in one piece with conical transition areas between the sections of different diameters sers. In a further advantageous embodiment, the gate shaft is made of pipes those diameter joined together, for example, one end of a thinner Pipe into a thicker pipe by means of a (spline) toothing rotatably inserted into a thicker one sets is. Instead of splines, there are other non-rotatable connections (Welding, split pin connections,...) Think for the pipes of different diameters bar.
. .) zum Einsatz kommen. In principle, it is also sufficient to achieve the advantages according to the invention if the Gate shaft is only tubular in the areas relevant for stability. The Pipe profile does not have to be circular over the entire wavelength, it could also be For reasons of stability, other tube profile shapes (square, star-shaped, with reinforcement approaches,. , .) are used.
Darin zeigt:Embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawing tion explained in more detail. It shows:

The embodiments described below are further developments of a tilting gate referred to as Ca nopy gate, as described in the not previously published German patent application 101 15 571.9. The tilt gate described here corresponds to the design of the gate (drive) shaft acting as a torsion spring shaft in all details the gate described in 101 15 571.9, which is why reference is made to this earlier patent application for further details. The present FIG. 1 corresponds to the representation of FIG. 3 of the older patent application and shows the door with a relevant new embodiment of a pre-assembled power source unit, ie here the pre-assembled weight compensation device.
The tilting gate shown in FIG. 1 accordingly has a rigid door leaf 1 and a frame 2 . Guide rails 5, which extend vertically over only a partial region of the side frame bars, are arranged on the side vertical frame bars 3 of the frame 2 . At the upper horizontal frame spar 6 , a power source in the form of a door leaf weight compensation device 7 is arranged. This is formed by a gate shaft in the form of a gate spring shaft 8 , which is flanged to a drive, not shown, can also serve as a drive shaft. The torsion spring shaft 8 carries rope drums 9 at both ends and is biased against the frame member 6 by means of a single torsion spring 10 .
On the cable drums 9 are left and right each formed by a wire rope 11 rope units of a cable pulling device. The free ends of the wire ropes 11 each engage a fall protection device (not shown here), which, when one of the wire ropes 11 becomes slack, fixes the door leaf 1 by engagement with engagement forms formed by a series of openings 13 , which are distributed along the guide rails 5 transmits the cable pull to gate leaf 1 in normal operation.
In Fig. 1 the gate is shown ready for transport from the manufacturing site to the construction site and pre-assembled for easy final assembly. There is only one spring 10 for equalizing the weight on the inside of the door facing the space to be locked. This is designed in the form of a torsion spring 10 .
The torsion spring 10 has, for example, an inner diameter of approximately 30 to 40 mm, preferably approximately 35 mm. The torsion spring shaft 8 is introduced therein. The torsion spring 8 is mounted in fixed to the frame 2 bearing elements 51 with their end portions 50th The bearing elements 51 are essentially U-shaped with a web 52 fastened to the frame 2 and two U-legs 53 each having a bearing 54 for the end section 50 . The cable drum 9 is arranged between the two U-legs 53 .
The torsion spring shaft 8 is tubular in the embodiments shown here as a hollow shaft. This reduces the tendency of the torsion spring shaft 8 to bend under the load of the uneven bias of the torsion spring 10 in the course of the door.
To have stability, the tubular torsion spring shaft 8 should have a diameter of more than 20 mm, preferably of about 25 mm or more. On the other hand, a drive or the like should be flanged to the torsion spring shaft 8 equipped with a tubular profile at one of its end sections 50 . This would normally be done using a ring flange and screwing. With a diameter of 25 mm, the ring flange already goes beyond the dimensions of the frame (e.g. the upper frame spar). For this reason, the tubular torsion spring shaft 8 is thicker in its central section 55 (for example approximately 25 mm in diameter) and tapered towards its end sections 50 , for example to a diameter of approximately 15 mm. The torsion spring shaft 8 is mounted on its thinner sections, ie here the end sections 50 . This means that there is significantly less bearing friction and less bearing resistance because of the smaller pipe diameter. On the other hand, the large tube profile has a stability advantage. This is particularly advantageous for (canopy) gates with a drive. You have a stable tube profile in the middle and a thin tube profile at the end.
In a first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 and in FIG. 2, showing separately the first embodiment of the torsion spring 8 which is Torsionsfe the shaft 8 formed by a one-piece tube 56. The tube 56 shows two end sections 50 with a smaller diameter, the central section 55 with a larger diameter and a conical transition region 57 .
The production of this tube 56 takes place as follows: The tube 56 is pulled ge. Between the thin and the thick diameter there is a conical transition section in the transition area 57 , the angle of the conical piece to the horizontal is approximately 15 to 20 °. The longitudinal extent of the conical transition amounts to, for example, 35-45 mm, preferably about 40 mm.
In FIGS. 3 and 4 is also shown a second embodiment of le as Torsionsfederwel 8 insertable hollow shaft. It also has the thicker middle section 55 and the thinner end sections 50 . The sections 55 , 50 of different diameters are formed here by individual tubes 58 , 59 . The Endabschnit te 50 forming thinner tubes 58 each have at one end a Keilverzah voltage 60. The thicker tube 59 forming the central section 55 is formed at both ends with a corresponding internal toothing, into which the splined ends of the thinner tubes 58 are inserted in the assembled state.
The door shaft design described is also suitable for a canopy door that does not swing out, that is, it is supported on the lower edge of the door in the vertical track. The described balancing device with the hollow torsion spring shaft 8 can also be used for a door of the type described in DE 10 00 5745 A1, to which express reference is made for further details, instead of the counterbalancing device provided there.
