Description
Line routing of a track for track-bound vehicles, in particular a monorail rail The subject of the invention is the alignment of a Railway, especially in the transition curve, which allows for the most shock-free and jerk-free travel possible of track-bound vehicles at high speeds, similar to the Travel by ships or airplanes.
In the case of the known track-bound roadways, the route consists of Straight lines, curves and transition arcs, i.e. from sections with different curvatures. While driving, the vehicles experience jolts both in a straight line and in a straight line especially when entering bends. The former are mainly due to the sinus flow the vehicle chassis, the latter from the imperfection in terms of driving dynamics of the track curves in the transition between straight lines and curves or curves with different Curvature.
The peculiarity according to the invention consists in the alignment of the train that in the transition curve of the track body and the vehicle from the horizontal plane The center of gravity of the vehicle is preferably pivoted in this way around a common point that the vehicle when passing through the transition curve except for its advancing Movement only executes a swivel movement around the common point.
The preferred point may or may not be the center of gravity of the vehicle the center of the plane laid by the center of gravity of the seated passengers be inside the vehicle. But it can also be a different reference point, e.g. B. the center of gravity of the load come into question.
Fig. 1). Fig. 2) vermieden wird. In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail using the example of a transition bend using five figures. Here, in Fig. 1 and 2 the path conditions when driving in the transition curve, in Fig. 3 and 4 the design of the lines in the side projection and in plan, in Fig. 5 the same in perspective. It is known that track-bound vehicles enter a curve by means of a transition arch which is constructed according to a cubic parabola, a clothoid or the like. The track increase is usually designed to increase linearly by lifting the outer rail to the amount of the intended increase in a uniform increase. The vehicle base is as a result when driving through the transition arc in the horizontal plane, z. B. after the Klotoide and pivoted in the vertical plane on an arc of a circle by the angle a around the support points of the wheels rolling on the inner rail (see Fig. 1). The vehicle's center of gravity S therefore executes a compound movement in space by, in addition to the intended progressive movement, also migrates to the side and height around the path and la to S ', which is avoided according to the invention (see FIG. 2). In order to meet this condition, the track body is pivoted transversely to the direction of travel according to a sine law and guided laterally in the projection onto the horizontal plane so that the vehicle's center of gravity is prevented from moving sideways due to the elevation. These relationships are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 in the diagram. G is the straight line and t1 is the transition curve. When driving through it, the vehicle rotates according to a sine law. In order, according to the invention, to guide the center of gravity on the intended continuously curved line n, it is necessary to lead the central axis of the roadway outwards from the usual linear curve, as shown in broken lines in FIG. 4 by curve m In the subsequent circular arc K , the curves m and n again run parallel to one another, their distance e resulting from the curve superelevation and the height of the center of gravity above the plane of travel.
In Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the transition bend according to the invention reproduced on a monorail, from the one in the background Starting from straight line G and merging into the uniform curve K beginning in the foreground. The steady path of the center of gravity is denoted by S. Which is made up of weak ones resulting from the above conditions Counter curve p im The beginning of the cant is here, as in Fig. 4, clearly visible.
It can be determined by the given or appropriately chosen constants and dependencies determine the coordinates of all arc points step by step and from them, taking into account the transverse slope, the altitude and the horizontal coordinates calculate the route. In contrast to the known method of determination of the transition arc, this is according to the invention according to driving dynamics aspects determined.
The described using the example of the transition bend according to the invention The way of determining the route points can also be applied to any other route parts apply by defining the route point by point and no longer as before to consist of arcs and straight lines. Assuming constant, more dynamic driving Sizes for all route sections results in a variable line layout, which favorable adaptation to the terrain allows.
