Abstract
Description
The invention describes a scanner arrangement in which large objects such. B. Cars, trucks, buses and trains optically on their underside with high image quality can be detected, and the arrangement of the optical and electronic The detection components are selected so that they are only minimal for installation Compliant construction measures are necessary and at the same time easy maintenance is possible.
The inspection is for maintenance and control of vehicles and train units the underside of the vehicle, the floor of the vehicle. A widespread though the inspection pit is outdated and impractical.
Mirrors are often used for visual manual control of the vehicle floor or TV cameras used.
The previous technical solutions have the following state of the art Problems described that are overcome with the present invention should.
Es ist über die gesamte Unter bodenbreite nicht möglich, mit einer gleichbleibenden Grubenbreite sowohl LKW's als auch PKW's zu kontrollieren.- inspection pits where people check the underbody - These solutions are relatively expensive in terms of construction work because they are approx. Must be 1.8 m deep. Because of the personnel costs in connection with the low vehicle throughput is expensive to maintain. In the current ver This solution is absolutely useless. It's all over the sub floor width not possible, with a constant pit width both To control trucks and cars.
B. realized in the EURO-TUNNEL. The Pit no longer has to be as deep as in the previous solution because the video camera can have a wide-angle lens. Basically Such a pit can also be so small that an operation while it is running Traffic is possible. The disadvantages of this solution are the pollution vulnerability, the relatively low resolution, the distortions caused by the Wide-angle lens and the shadowing problems (a camera); the ver strains of the wide-angle lens also make it almost impossible several drawing files of a truck driving over it together correctly menzusetzen.
The object of the invention is through the appropriate arrangement of the optical and mechanical components a high-resolution underbody picture of a be long vehicle (truck, train), with ongoing traffic, with any loading lighting conditions, with minimal optical distortion, with low Obtain susceptibility to contamination, with the entire system maintenance and should be easy to install.
The solution according to the invention contains at least two high-resolution lines cameras through a contactor in the carriageway or under the train tracks deii Take the vehicle underbody across the direction of travel as line images. because with no distorting wide angle lenses need to be used The largest possible distance between the two cameras and the vehicle underbody. If this great distance were realized through a deep pit, this would result high construction costs and maintenance problems; for this reason, the pre proposed solution the beam paths of the two cameras with a langge stretched mirrors (across the lane and under the lane slot) once folds. It is achieved that the pit is built flat and elongated can. The two line scan cameras are adjusted so that they have their two line images at a precisely defined distance (S) of a few mm or cm from the vehicle Pick up the underbody. The line scan cameras can now run continuously with high Scanning speed line images of the vehicle underbody located above it record moving vehicles. Because the vehicle speed initially is unknown and variable, a special procedure must now be used the so that the line images in the electronic evaluation unit together properly can be set. When the vehicle is stationary, they can be straight line pictures taken only once in the composite two-dimens sional underbody image are shown as a small section. The single ones Line pictures can only be used with a picture software program if the driver is known tool speed or vehicle position are put together correctly; this information is offset with the two scanning line cameras determined with the help of a correlation method.
The proposed solution is cheaper than an inspection pit, it has one higher quality, the test result is documented and is therefore also can be checked at a later time. The proposed solution works even with ongoing traffic, d. H. the proposed scanner can be in a nor male road or a rail track can be installed. Typical applications Such scanner units are rich in service, quality control, quality do Documentation, analysis and comparisons when evaluating the vehicle underbody various vehicles.
The solution according to the invention, shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, is to be explained using an example:
Fig. 1 shows the overview of the underbody scanner embedded in the track or flat on the track. The scanner covers are formed by the two cover plates ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) with a slope leading away from the slot. These cover plates are dimensioned according to the statics and can be supported by appropriate support structures. Position ( 8 ) shows the two drip edges of the cover plates. The pit floor ( 6 ) and ( 7 ) has a slope to the drainage channel ( 1 ). The viewing planes of the two line scan cameras, which were shown symbolically with the BLACK-BOX ( 4 ), are deflected with the elongated deflecting mirror ( 5 ) so that they look out through the contactor formed by the two drip edges ( 8 ) , This mirror is mounted so that it is outside the critical drip area. It is also favorable if the mirror ( 5 ) deflects the viewing planes of the two line scan cameras so that they look after the vehicle, since a drop falling from the vehicle floor through the slot continues to move in the direction of travel and therefore cannot fall onto the mirror.
The installation conditions are shown in more detail in Fig. 2. The vehicle ( 13 ) drives over the cover plate ( 3 ). You can also clearly see the drip edges ( 8 ) of the two cover plates. The drops hit the bottom of the pit ( 6 ) approximately at the point marked by the two arrows ( 12 ). The deflecting mirror ( 5 ) is located outside the drip area. The two line names ras ( 4 A) and ( 4 B) are offset in relation to each other in the installation height in such a way that the two viewing levels of the line cameras (with respect to a horizontal surface) are offset by the distance S (see item ( 11 )). Via the deflecting mirror ( 5 ), the two line scan cameras each look at a line-shaped area on the vehicle underbody which is at a distance S from one another transversely to the direction of travel. The data from the two line scan cameras are fed into a computer ( 9 ) for recording, processing and outputting the image data. The image data can be queried and / or processed via a PC or monitor ( 10 ). The line cameras ( 4 A) and ( 4 B) now continuously record line images at high speed, which have to be put together to form a correct two-dimensional image with the aid of a correlation method. For this purpose, the line camera ( 4 A) (which looks further ahead in the direction of travel) takes the line image A at time T1. The computer ( 9 ) now continuously checks whether this line image A is identical to the line image B, which was recorded by the camera ( 4 B) at the time (T1-TX). If these two images are identical, the vehicle speed V = S / TX is calculated. One could also say that the vehicle moved exactly by the distance S in the time TX. The respective position of the vehicle is determined with this data; missing data can be determined by interpolation from known values. Depending on the desired image resolution in the direction of travel, the desired line images of the camera ( 4 A) or ( 4 B) can now be integrated and stored in the two-dimensional image of the vehicle underbody at the right time.
