Abstract
Verfahren zur Behandlung eines Biomassenstromes, umfassend:
schnelle Pyrolyse des Biomassenstromes in Gegenwart von supererhitztem Dampf einer gewählten Temperatur, um mindestens einen Produktstrom zu produzieren.

Claims (21)
- Verfahren zur Behandlung eines Biomassenstromes, umfassend: schnelle Pyrolyse des Biomassenstromes in Gegenwart von supererhitztem Dampf einer gewählten Temperatur, um mindestens einen Produktstrom zu produzieren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Produktstrom Hodge's Carbonyle, oligomeres Lignin und Biokohlepartikel enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Produktstrom eine wässrige Aufschlämmung von entstandenen Aktivkohlepartikeln und oligomerem Lignin enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Hodge's Carbonyle wasserlöslich sind, aus Kohlehydraten hervorgebrachte Carbonyle.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Temperatur 400°C übersteigt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Hodge's Carbonyle mindestens einen Bestandteil enthalten aus Hydroxyd-Acetataldehyden, Glyceraldehyden, Acetolen, Pyruvaldehyden, Glyoxalen, 5-Hydroxydmethylfurfuralen, Furfuralen, und Formaldehyden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Biomassenstrom aus Zellulose mit geringem Ligninganteil ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Temperatur in dem Bereich von 490°C bis 590°C liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Zellulose aus der Gruppe sind, die aus zellulosen Pulpen und Aufschlämmungen, sowie aus mikrokristallinen zellulosen Pulvern bestehen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Produktstrom eine wasserlösliche Mischung aus den Hodge's Carbonylen mit Hydroxyd-Acetataldehyden, Glyoxalen, Methylglyoxalen, Formaldehyden, Acetolen, Furfuralen und 5-Hydroxydmethylfurfuralen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Biomassenstrom Ligno-Zellulose ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Temperatur in dem Bereich von 430°C bis 550°C liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Ligno-Zellulose gewählt sind aus Forst-Biomasse oder Landwirtschafts-Biomasse, einschließlich Abfall und Reststoffen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei ein Produktstrom aus oligomerem Lignin produziert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei der zweite Produktstrom eine lösliche Mischung aus Hodge's Carbonylen mit Hydroxyd-Acetataldehyden, Glyoxalen, Methyl-Glyoxalen, Formaldehyden, Acetolen, Furfuralen und 5-HMF ist, und Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, und wasserlösliche Phenolharze umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das oligomere Lignin und die Biokohle physikalisch kombiniert sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Kohle einen hohen Anteil an sauerstoffangereicherten funktionalen Gruppen hat und nicht nur als Absorber dient, sondern überdies Stickstoff direkt durch eine Reaktion mit NH2-Gruppen bindet.
- Produkt aus der schnellen Pyrolyse des Biomassenstromes, aufweisend Aktivkohle kombiniert mit oligomerem Lignin.
- Produkt aus der schnellen Pyrolyse des Biomassenstromes, das zur Bildung eines Bodenbildners oligomeres Lignin und oligomeres Lignin in Kombination mit Biokohle aufweist.
- Produkt aus der schnellen Pyrolyse des Biomassenstromes, das ein oligomeres Lignin-Schmelzschicht N, P, K-Düngemittel aufweist, das als langsam oder steuerbares Düngemittel-Abgabemittel dient.
- Produkt gemäß Anspruch 20, das Biokohlenstoff enthält und durch den 4-Buchstabencode N, P, K, C beschrieben ist.
