-2- 290 318 Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung-2- 290 318 Explanation of the nature of the invention
The invention has for its object to develop a classifying wheel for a countercurrent centrifugal air classifier with forced vortex flow, in which compared to the prior art, the flow resistance of the classifying wheel better adapted to the Klassieraufgabe.
Die Aufgabe wird ausgehend von einem Sichtrad für einen Gegenstrom-Zentrifugalwindsichtor mit erzwungener Wirbelströmung zum Trennen eins Sichtgutes in eine Grob· und Feinfraktion in vorzugsweise zylindrischer Form, das auf der Mantelfläche (2) zahlreiche zum Innenraum (3) des Sichtrades (1) durchgehende Bohrungen (4) enthält, erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Länge der Bohrungen (4) mindestens so groß wie ihr kreisäquivalenter Durchmesser und der Abstand zwischen den Bohrungen an der Innenseite des Sichtrades in tangentialer Richtung geringer als ihr kreisäquivalontor Durchmesser ist und die Bohrungen gleichmäßig In Segmenten der Mantelfläche (2) des Sichtrades (1) verteilt angeordnetThe object is based on a classifying wheel for a counterflow Zentrifugalwindsichtor forced vortex flow for separating a visual good in a coarse and fine fraction in preferably cylindrical shape, on the lateral surface (2) numerous to the interior (3) of the classifying wheel (1) through holes (4), according to the invention solved in that the length of the holes (4) is at least as large as their kreisäquivalenter diameter and the distance between the holes on the inside of the classifying wheel in the tangential direction less than their kreisäquivalontor diameter and the holes uniformly in segments the lateral surface (2) of the classifying wheel (1) arranged distributed
According to the invention, the bores (4) are distributed uniformly over the entire lateral surface (2) of the classifying wheel (1) and that all holes (4) on the lateral surface (2) of the classifying wheel (1) have the same circular equivalent diameter and the same Have length and are arranged in radial planes of the classifying wheel.
It is also essential to the invention that the holes (4) on the lateral surface (2) of the classifying wheel (1) at an angle, preferably less than 45 degrees, to the radial direction of the classifying wheel (1) are and / or at an acute angle 7 .u don radial planes of the classifying wheel (1) and that all bores (4) have the same distance from the axis of rotation of the classifying wheel (1).
It is also essential to the invention that the length of the bores (4) is less than a third, preferably less than 25% of the Sichtraddurchmessers that the holes (4) are cylindrical and that the classifying wheel (1), preferably the jacket of the classifying wheel, completely is made of a wear-resistant ceramic material.
The circle-equivalent diameter of each bore (4) is the quotient of four times the average cross-sectional area and the mean circumference of the bore.
The rotating classifying wheel (1) produces a centrifugal fluid which, together with the rebound effect on the lateral surface (2) and the throughflow resistances in the bores (4), counteracts the tractive force of the classifying air which is drawn through the interior (3) of the classifying wheel. The material to be sighted, together with the classifying air, approaches the classifying wheel from the outside and is subjected to a countercurrent centrifugal force direction, i. H. the coarse material is rejected and the fines sucked together with the classifying air through the interior (3) of the classifying wheel (1) at (6).
The invention is explained below in 4 exemplary embodiments and FIGS. 1 to 4. Each figure includes 2 schematic sectional drawings representing the classifying wheel in longitudinal and cross section.
The classifying wheel 1 (Figure 1) consists of one piece, which is fixed to the drive shaft 5 of the classifying wheel and is made of wear-resistant silicon carbide. The classifying wheel 1 is like its interior cylindrical. The width-diameter ratio is for the classifying wheel 0.75 and for the interior 1. All holes 4 habon cylindrical shape, the same diameter, extending in the radial direction and are evenly distributed on the lateral surface 2. The length of each hole 4 is three times its diameter and 20% of the sighting wheel diameter and the distance between the holes on the inside of the classifying wheel in the tangential direction is half the diameter of the hole. The holes 4 are arranged in radial planes of the classifying wheel. The diameter of the exit opening for fines and air 6 is: half as large as the Sichtraddurcnmesser.
Daszu to sighted is brought together with the classifying air from the outside to the rotating classifying wheel 1, rejected the coarse material through the classifying wheel and vacuumed fines fine together with the classifying air on the holes 4 and the interior 3 at 6.
The embodiment 2 (Figure 2) differs from Example 1 in that the holes 4 are not cylindrical, but are frusto-conical and have a larger circle equivalent diameter. The ratio of length to circle equivalent diameter of the bore is 2 and the distance between the holes 4 on the inside of the classifying wheel in the tangential direction half of the circle equivalent diameter of the bore. The diameter of each hole is on the inside of the classifying wheel 60% of the diameter of the diameter of the bore on the lateral surface 2. Since each hole is formed as a straight truncated cone, the circle equivalent diameter is 80% of the diameter of the bore on the lateral surface. 2
Embodiment 3 (Figure 3) is a variant of Example 1 in which the cylindrical bores 4 are at an angle of 20 degrees to the radial planes of the classifying wheel.
Embodiment 4 ( c igur 4) is another variant of Example 1, in which the cylindrical holes 4 are arranged on the lateral surface 2 in radial planes, but at an angle of 10 degrees to the radial direction of the classifying wheel 1 stand.
The advantage of the classifying wheel according to the invention is that the classifying wheel consists of one piece and can therefore be manufactured with relatively low production costs or more easily made of wear-resistant ceramic material and well adapted by suitable choice of the number, shape, arrangement and size of the holes 4 of the Klassieraufgabe can be.
