Abstract

Die Erfindung wird an einer, in eine Zusammentragmaschine mit Vereinzelung der untersten Bogen von Flachstapeln durch Greiferzangen integrierten Blockvereinzelungsstation angewendet. Der Grundkoerper einer Greiferzange zur Vereinzelung von Buchblocks ist an seinem Greiferende winkelfoermig ausgebildet und weist am vertikalen Schenkel des Winkels mindestens eine senkrecht angeordnete Gleitfuehrung auf, in welcher ein Greiferelement mit mindestens einer Greifflaeche vertikal gefuehrt und arretierbar ist. Am Grundkoerper ist mindestens ein Greiferarm gegen die Wirkung der Kraft einer Feder schwenkbar gelagert, wobei die Greifflaeche des Greiferelementes und die Greifflaeche des Greiferarmes sich gegenueberliegend angeordnet sind und parallel verlaufen. Mittels einer an der Greiferzange vorgesehenen Stellschraube wird die Oeffnung der Greiferzange auf verschiedene Buchblockstaerken eingestellt. Die erfindungsgemaesse Greiferzange wird mit ihrem Grundkoerper auf der in der Zusammentragmaschine vorgesehenen Aufnahme fuer die Greiferzangen zur Vereinzelung der untersten Bogen von Flachstapeln vor der integrierten Blockvereinzelungsstation durch Verschrauben der geteilten Lagerung verdrehfest angeordnet, nachdem die Greiferzange zur Vereinzelung der Bogen entfernt wurde. Weiterhin ist zu gewährleisten, daß der in der Zusammentragmaschine vorhandene Antriebsmechanismus zum Öffnen und Sch ließen der Greiferzangen zur Vereinzelung der Bogen für die zu schaffende Greiferzange zur Vereinzelung von Buchblocks anwendbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daßder Grundkörper einer Greiferzange an seinem Greiferende winkelförmig ausgebildet ist und am vertikalen Schenkel des Winkels mindestens eine senkrecht angeordnete Gleitführung aufweist, in welcher ein Greiferelement mit mindestens einer Greiferfläche vertikal geführt und arretierbar ist, daß der Grundkörper der Greiferzange an dem, dem Greiferende abgewandten Ende eine geteilte Lagerung aufweist, und daß am Grundkörper der Greiferzange mindestens ein Greiferarm gegen die Wirkung der Kraft einer Feder schwenkbar gelagert ist, wobei die Greifflächen des Greiferarmes sich gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind und parallel verlaufen. Die erfindungsgemäße Greiferzange wird mit ihrem Grundkörper auf der in der Zusammentragmaschine vorgesehenen Aufnahme für die Greiferzangen zur Vereinzelung der untersten Bogen von Flachstapeln vor der integrierten Blockvereinzelungsstation durch Verschrauben der geteilten Lagerung verdrehfest angeordnet, nachdem die Greiferzange zur Vereinzelung der Bogen entfernt wurde. Das am Grundkörper der erfindungsgemäßen Greiferzange in der Gleitführung oder den Gleitführungen vertikal verschiebbar angeordnete Greiferelement wird entsprechend der Blockstärke der zu vereinzelnden Buchblocks so eingestellt, daß bei eingespanntem Buchblock die Greiferfläche des gegen die Wirkung der Kraft einer Feder schwenkbar am Grundkörper der Greiferzange gelagerten Greiferarmes oder der Greiferarme senkrecht auf die Unterseite des Buchblocks wirkt und die Federkraft auf diesen übertragen wird.
