The invention relates to the generation and maintenance of a compressed air cushion in pressurized fluid reservoirs. Öie inventive circuit arrangement is primarily suitable for use in pressure boosting systems of the water supply.
B. in FR-PS 2.044.086 vorgeschlagen. From the patent and technical literature, various devices and methods are known to provide air cushion in pressure vessel. One of the best known is the use of compressors to deliver air into pressure vessels. Such a solution is z. B. proposed in FR-PS 2,044,086.
The disadvantages of the compressor ventilation are mainly in the high noise level development (noise), in the energy needs for the compressor drive, in the additional maintenance and in the risk that lubricating oil can get into the circulation of the pumped medium (eg drinking water).
For these reasons, the systems with compressor ventilation have been replaced by systems in which the air is supplied to the pressure vessels via an injector. In this case, the injector can be integrated into the main pressure line or it is arranged in an additional connecting line between the pressure vessel and the pump suction side.
These injector circuits have the disadvantage of a high pressure loss or cause a structurally fixed level height of the pressure vessel, which is not variable as a function of variable operating parameters and thus precludes an optimization of the useful water volume of the container. Furthermore, the air must be conveyed through the pump system in the pressure vessel. The air dosing problem should z. B. according to DD-WP 61.487 be solved by excess air is discharged through an additional fitting (float valve within the pressure vessel). The PWA pressure booster unit DWA-K of the Swiss company "Biral" is also equipped with an additional device, which includes an injector and an additional float in a pre-tank of the Aramatur, however, in both cases there is no variation of the filling level according to an adaptation to specific operating conditions the pressure booster possible.
Furthermore, solutions are known in which additional intermediate container are used, in which the air is precompressed (air bottles) and is introduced from here into the pressure vessel (FR-PS 2,044,086). Finally, a solution has been proposed (DD-WP 214.415), in which the air supply takes place in the pressure vessel through an arranged in the pump suction line switching member which is opened and closed periodically. At the same time the water supply line is controlled in push-pull and thus promoted via the pump, an air-water mixture in the pressure vessel. This circuit variant is material-consuming, auxiliary energy-dependent and has a relatively high susceptibility to interference.
It is an object of the invention to remedy the shortcomings of the prior art, and in particular to provide a circuit arrangement for a pressure increase system, which is to build with conventional components, is less susceptible to interference, requires no special maintenance and is particularly economical to operate in terms of energy consumption.
Based on the object of the invention, it is an object to develop a pressure booster system according to the injector, in which the air required in the pressure vessel is not passed through the pump system and the level in the pressure vessel can be optimized depending on the conditions of use of the pressure booster. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that in the known per se, injector-equipped connecting line between the pressure vessel of the pressure booster and suction side of the pump system, an air separator is involved. According to the invention, the air separator is in the flow direction downstream of the injector in this connecting line. It is connected via a solenoid valve to the suction side of the pump system. According to the invention.Druckbehälter and air are equipped with Füllstandmeßeinrichtungen (level switch).
By the above-described circuit arrangement, it is possible to set various required container levels. The arrangement of the solenoid valve in the connection line allows the incorporation of non-return devices in the pump delivery lines on the pressure side between the pump and the pressure vessel to. This protects dia pumps against damaging pressure surges during all switching operations.
According to the invention, the level switches of pressure vessels and air separators are coupled via the associated control lines on the BMSR side.
When switching to "drainage principle", the functionality of the injector is surprisingly possible even at critically high network pressures on the pump suction side, which increases the range of applications of systems with the ventilation principle of the invention from 70% to 100%.
In the case of the air requirement in the pressure vessel 3, controlled by the level switches 8,8.1,8.2, the solenoid valve 9 is opened. Taking advantage of the pressure difference between the container 3 and the suction side of the pump 2, a defined flow rate in the connecting line 11 through the injector 6, air separator 7 and solenoid valve 9. The sucked in by the injector air is passed in the form of an air-Waasser-mixture to the air. There, the air excretes and gradually fills the air separator. If the water level in the air separator has dropped to the set minimum level, the solenoid valve 9 is closed by the level switch 8.2. The water flowing through the injector 6 generates pressure equalization between the pressure vessel 3 and the air separator 7 and conveys the air by gravity from the air separator 7 in the pressure vessel 3. After water filling the air separator 7 to the maximum level level switch 8.1, the solenoid valve 9 is opened and the air delivery can again begin. If the air requirement is covered in the pressure vessel 3, the solenoid valve is kept closed by the level switch 8 on the pressure vessel, which is in priority to the level switches 8.1,8.2 of the air separator, and thus set the air promotion again. The air delivery is not tied to the pump running, but works more effectively when pumping. "By the action of the solenoid valve 9 in connection with the level switch control, it is possible against other known injector circuits to leave the check members 12 on the pump pressure side and thus the Pumps 2 as far as possible to protect against unwanted pressure surges during switching operations.
