Abstract

Der zerlegbare zweipolige Hueftgelenksatz besteht aus zwei acetabulaeren Kapseln - eine selbststuetzende und die zweite mit Knochenzement klebbar - sowie aus zwei Oberschenkelstuecken - ein selbststuetzendes und das zweite mit Knochenzement klebbar, die miteinander verbunden sind in Abhaengigkeit von der klinischen Notwendigkeit in vier Kombinationen mit Hilfe einer metallischen Fassung und Befestigungsmutter. Die nichtmetallische Fassung wird in das Bett der acetabulaeren Kapsel untergebracht und ist mit ihm zerlegbar ueber den eigenen Hals und im Gewinde angezogenen Kapsel der Befestigungsmutter verbunden und weist an ihrem Rand, der nach aussen konisch geformt ist, radiale Schlitze auf, mit deren Hilfe es dreiviertel der raeumlichen Oeffnung bildet. Die Befestigungsmutter besitzt ihrerseits eine innere konische Oeffnung, die mit der konischen Form des Randes der Fassung zusammenfaellt, an den glatten Waenden des Oberschenkelstuecks sind ovale Laengskanaele angeordnet.
