Abstract
The invention relates to the production of line drapes made of Draenrohren and filtering Huellen. The aim of the invention is to provide a method for the continuous production of high-quality line drapes while increasing labor productivity and reducing energy consumption. The technical problem consists in a one-step process design while avoiding larger moving masses and achieving a high uniform packing density of the Umhüllungsgutes by interaction of the Mantelfaeden. According to the invention, a filtering sleeve, the total width of which corresponds at least to the tube circumference, is fixed on the drawer tube by meshing of sheath threads in the courses running in the longitudinal direction by means of a sheathing device operating with grippers. During the common horizontal transport with the drape tube to the casing, the filtering casing is placed around the casing in such a way that the edges run parallel to the tube axis. In the context of the invention, it is also possible to put more cases gradually before the intermeshing of the sheaths around the Draenrohr.
Description
The invention relates to a process for the production of linear drains from drainage pipes and filtering casings.
In the production of known linear drains Welldränrohre be wrapped with straw or coconut fibers, the Umhüllungsgut is fixed by spirally extending sheath threads, which are deducted by oppositely rotating around the tube axis coils.
In principle, in all wrapping methods for tube wrapping, either rotating tubes and stationary coils or vice versa are used. The Umwindegut has a spiral course.
Rotary tube processes are limited to short pipe sections and therefore not suitable for endless Welldränrohre.
When using rotating coils relatively large masses must be moved because the coils to avoid frequent changes and thus machine downtime must be sized accordingly. Due to a high thread braking of independently acting on the circumference of the drainage pipe sheath threads, which is required to achieve a high packing density, it comes with frequent thread breakages still machine downtime.
The aim of the invention is to provide a method for the continuous production of high-quality line drains while increasing labor productivity and reducing energy consumption.
Technical object of the invention is a single-stage process design while avoiding larger moving masses and achieving a high uniform packing density of the wrapping material by cooperation of the sheath threads.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that a filtering envelope, the overall width of which corresponds at least to the circumference of the tube, is fixed by interweaving sheath threads in longitudinal courses by means of a sheathing apparatus operating with grippers on the drainage tube. The filtering sheath is placed around the sheath during the common horizontal transport with the drainage pipe so that the edges are parallel to the pipe axis. As a filtering sheath several strips can be supplied.
The edges of the filtering envelope may overlap. Within the scope of the invention, it is also possible to place further casings in stages before the meshing of the sheath threads around the drainage pipe.
The inventive method allows a continuous production of line drains while largely avoiding machine downtime. By the cladding technology with grippers, e.g. is realized with a device according to DD-PS 110905, the sheath threads are tied together, with a high packing density of the filtering envelope is already achieved by relatively low yarn tension. This effect is in each case determined by an annular force, i. annular necking of the entire cross-section, achieved because the teeing-off direction of the mesh is directed outwards and at the same time meshes are generated over the entire circumference with each working cycle.
The lower thread tension reduces the number of thread breaks.
Since working from fixed bobbins, it is possible to connect each thread end of the first drain body with the thread beginning of the next drain body, whereby it does not come to an interruption of the work process even with an empty drain body. This procedure reduces the energy consumption of the process significantly compared to known production processes for linear drains without loss of operating speed.
An additional advantage arises from the fact that with differences in the thread tension of the sheath threads compensation by the other sheath threads.
The mesh length can be adjusted by the withdrawal speed.

The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment.
For the coating of Welldränrohren with an outer diameter of 40mm, the filtering envelope in the form of a voluminous nonwoven! Iters of z. B. secondary raw materials withdrawn from a roll with 130 mm width. Then it is guided together with the Welldränrohr through a funnel-shaped feeder and thereby placed around the Welldränrohr. The edges of the filtering envelope overlap slightly. Immediately after leaving the feeder, the structure is fixed by sheath threads which are intermeshed in the longitudinal course of stitches by means of a working with grippers sheathing device, the basic structure of which is to be taken from DD-PS110905. All transport and processing of the product is horizontal.
The filtering sleeve may also consist of several strips, which, distributed over the circumference of Welldränrohres, the funnel-shaped feeder are fed. For example, 3 strips of 45 mm width are fed. A second such feeding device can also be arranged between the funnel-shaped feeding device and the wrapping point. Thus, it is possible, according to the conditions of use of the line drainage more cases in the same manufacturing process, d. H. without loss of productivity, firmly integrated.
