Description
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for a PLL speed control with automatic operating point adjustment, in particular for electronically commutated motors in cassette drives.
Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
In a known embodiment (rfe 2/1979) this is done by a PLL speed control for a DC shunt motor. In order to obtain an optimum control range (phase margin), the control loop must be adjusted by means of a reference voltage to the base current of the motor (for example, at idle or at base load).
This embodiment has the disadvantage that in the cases in which an adjustable speed is required, two settings must be made (setting the frequency of the reference oscillator and setting for the motor base current). In addition, there is no long-term and constant temperature for the basic motor current adjustment.
Other known designs work with a PLL loop and additional speed-proportional negative feedback (DE-OS 2418769 Η 02P 5/16, DD-PS 206454 Η 02P 5/16). However, these types of control are not designed such that the absolute magnitude of the generator voltage has no influence on the operating point that is set, i. the phase difference at idle or at base speed, has It requires a change in the speed using the oscillator frequency at the same time an adjustment to the changed generator voltage by means of an additional adjustment resistor. The generator voltage drift and sample scattering thereof are not automatically compensated.
Weiterhin ist.eine Ausführung bekannt, bei der durch eine drehzahlproportionale Gegenkopplung die Drehzahl des Motors konstant gehalten wird (DE-OS 1638Π H 02 P 5/16).Furthermore, a version is known in which the rotational speed of the motor is kept constant by a speed-proportional negative feedback (DE-OS 1638Π H 02 P 5/16).
The disadvantage of this arrangement is that a load-dependent static speed deviation remains (no PLL speed control). Furthermore, a long-term stability for the set speed is not given, as caused by the influence of temperature or aging of the magnetic circuit generator voltage change is not compensated. Finally, an arrangement is known in which also the speed of the motor is kept constant by a speed-proportional negative feedback. The motor emf is compared with a setpoint (DE-OS 2161223 H 02 K29 / 02). However, this circuit arrangement has the same disadvantages as the previously described, even if the motor EMF is used directly (not via coupled generator) as actual speed value. A temperature andunditerungsbedingte speed drift, caused by change in the EMF, thus remains in this circuit.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The object of the invention is to eliminate the deficiencies mentioned in the known circuit arrangements while reducing the complexity of components and the working time for Drehzahljustage.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The object of the invention is to find a suitable PLL circuit structure in which the optimum operating point for the phase-locked loop automatically adjusts itself by a reference voltage linearly linked to the motor speed and the motor or generator constant but which does not react to short-term angular speed changes. According to the invention this is achieved in that the rectified engine speed-dependent generator voltage is connected via a resistor to the input of the low-pass filter and the outputs of the controllable current sources. Furthermore, the rectified engine speed-dependent generator voltage is across an RC element, i. H. another resistor and a capacitor at the other input of the differential amplifier. Advantageously, the resistor located at the capacitor and at the input of the differential amplifier can be bypassed by means of an electronic switch controlled by the phase discriminator.
Am Ausgang des Differenzverstärkers liegt dasThe actual speed value is formed from the sum of rectified generator voltage and phase-difference-proportional voltage and is applied to one input of the differential amplifier. The necessary for the function of the PLL control circuit reference voltage at the other input of the differential amplifier is formed by means of the RC element, which operates as an analog value memory, from the rectified generator voltage. At the output of the differential amplifier is the
Motor control signal, with which the motor current and thus the speed is controlled so that the frequency of the coupled generator coincides with the frequency of the reference generator. This corresponds to the locked state of the PLL control loop. Since the capacitor of the RC element is charged to the rectified generator voltage, arises at this in the locked state of the PLL loop a quasi-static speed proportional reference voltage when the time constant of the RC element is greater than the reaction time of the PLL loop. Thus, the rectified generator voltage is at different time constants at both inputs of the differential amplifier. The absolute value of the rectified generator voltage thus has no influence on the operating point in the latched state of the PLL control loop, d. H. on the size of the adjusting phase difference between the frequency of the coupled generator and frequency of the reference generator. By using the advantageous circuit arrangement with an electronic switch, a better run-up behavior of the motor is effected.
The invention has the advantages that the optimum operating point of the PLL control loop for speed control itself, d. H. regardless of the absolute value of the rectified generator voltage. Thus, only one adjustment that determines the frequency of the reference generator, necessary for the speed adjustment. Furthermore, compensated by temperature or aging of the magnetic circuit or by item control caused generator voltage deviations. The usable control range is not restricted by this.
In der zugehörigen Zeichnung zeigen:The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. In the accompanying drawing show:
Fig. 1: Drehzahl-RegelschaltungFig. 1: speed control circuit
Fig.2: Modifikation der Drehzahl-RegelschaltungFig.2: Modification of the speed control circuit
Bildet man erfindungsgemäß den Drehzahl-Istwert aus der Summe von gleichgerichteter Generatorspannung und phasendifferenzproportionaler Spannung, was mit Hilfe der steuerbaren Stromquellen 2 und 3 und dem an derFig. 1 shows a speed control circuit consisting of the elements motor 12 with coupled generator 13, a full-wave rectifier circuit 14, a pulse shaper 15, the phase discriminator 11, two controllable current sources 2 and 3, which operate on the resistor 9, a low-pass filter 1, a differential amplifier 6 with the associated resistors 4 and 7, a voltage-current converter 10 and a reference generator 16 with the adjustment resistor 17 for frequency adjustment. If the capacitor 5 is replaced by a voltage source and separated from the resistor 8, we obtain a PLL loop with speed-proportional negative feedback. The target speed is set with the adjustment resistor 17, which determines the frequency of the reference generator 16. The magnitude of the voltage from the backup power source is dependent upon the magnitude of the motor current at idle or at base load. It is chosen so that in this mode of operation a minimum phase difference is established in order to have a maximum control range (phase margin) when the load changes. A desired change in the rotational speed by changing the reference generator frequency by means of the adjusting resistor 17 thus also requires a corresponding change in the voltage at the noninverting input of the differential amplifier 6. The same change should be made when the voltage output by the generator 13 at constant speed by aging the Magnetic circuit or by thermal influence changes. Is formed according to the invention, the actual speed value from the sum of rectified generator voltage and phase difference proportional voltage, which with the help of the controllable current sources 2 and 3 and at the
Zweiweggleichrichterschaltung 14 lying resistor 9 happens, and replaced according to the invention the assumed voltage source through the capacitor 5, which is charged via the resistor 8 to the output voltage from the generator 13, we obtain the capacitor 5 in the locked state of the PLL loop a quasi static, the speed proportional reference voltage when the time constant of the RC element (resistor 8, capacitor 5) is much larger than the reaction time of the PLL loop.
Da die Generatorspannung erfindungsgemäß nur mit unterschiedlichen Zeitkonstanten am Differenzeingang desSince the generator voltage according to the invention only with different time constants at the differential input of
Differential amplifier 6 is applied, the absolute value of the generator voltage in the latched state of the PLL loop has no effect on the operating point, d. H. to the magnitude of the resulting phase difference between the frequency of the reference generator 16 and the frequency of the generator 13, Thus cause temperature, aging and copy-related generator voltage deviations no operating point shift. The optimum operating point adjusts automatically independent of the absolute value of the generator voltage. The desired speed is set only with the adjustment resistor 17. Advantageously, the resistor 8 during startup of the motor by an electronic switch 19 and a diode 18 of FIG. 2 are bridged. The bridging is canceled with the help of a signal obtained on the phase discriminator 11 at the moment of "locking in." This gives a better run-up behavior for the motor.
