Abstract
The object of the invention is to develop a process for the preparation of tritiated cardenolide derivatives, with which also those compounds can be obtained which are not sufficiently stable under the labeling conditions. Tritiated cardenolide derivatives of high specific activity are dissolved in an organic solvent and then chemically reacted either at room temperature or with heating. The resulting tritium-labeled cardenolide derivatives are isolated and radiochemical impurities separated. Surprisingly, only a very small loss of activity occurs in the process according to the invention.

!Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung;Explanation of the essence of the invention;
According to the invention tritiated cardenolide derivatives of high specific activity are dissolved in an organic solvent and then chemically, either at room temperature or under heating, z * B. implemented by halogenation, acylation or oxidation. "Subsequently, the resulting tritium-labeled cardenolide derivatives are isolated and radiochemical impurities are separated off."
By this method, tritiated cardenolide derivatives can be obtained which are not accessible by direct tritiation. "Surprisingly, in the invention. In the process only a very small loss of activity.
